Club charged $45 for entry to a stinky, ear-splitting nightmare. Worst music, staff, and bartenders ever. Avoid at all costs. Was in for 1 minute before leaving and asking for a refund. It was my sister in laws birthday but they couldn't care less. Seriously the worst club experience I've ever had in my life. I'd give it a -10 stars if I could

Everytime I come to Club Skye with my friends I have a great time. The music played on the first floor is more rap/hip-hop and the second level is bachata/reggaeton music. I always pay $20 to skip the line and get in. My night always ends great. The drinks are strong so they usually sneak up on me. If you want to hear the music played live at Club Skye on Saturday nights just turn your radio station to 94.1. Overall I recommend and will continue to come here.

I've never experienced something worse. The staff for some reason was targeting me. I got yelled at for "standing on a toilet" but i was just standing because i'm tall and can see over the stall. I then got followed into the women's restroom twice by a security guard that is a man because he was accusing me of being drunk even though I wasn't. I'm not gonna lie my group was the only white people in there and I think they had something against me for being white because I've never experienced so much unwarranted disrespect in my life.

People complain a lot about the service but my friend and I were treated wonderfully and got VIP service. The issue was the weed! My lungs were about to explode from cheap smelling weed. The room was nothing but cheap weed smoke. It was awful. There was something else going on but it was really nice people. I wish I could go back but I'm not trying to fail a drug test anytime soon. Music was awesome though.

Ass. Line took forever. They had a VIP line if you wanted to get in faster you'd have to pay $5 just for the line. We waited instead for SOO long. All they want is your money, I looked online and it said ladies are free before midnight but we had to pay $20 EACH anyways even though we got there before midnight!! Apparently only 21+ females can get in for free before midnight which is so stupiddd. We got in no one was dancing and it was lame. Music was ass and my friend paid for VIP and it was just a booth to sit at up top, so so lame like we could sit at a booth at a restaurant and get food with the price like bro what?? If you want to go to an exciting club where everyone is having a bomb ass time go to the castle you'll have a fun time there and will see awesome shit regardless of what day it is.

Bouncers are rude and the place is small and hot. We get there for this event and the event said from 8 PM to 3 AM, meaning our tickets were valid. The bouncers deny this despite me spending $80 for VIP for this event claiming that the event already expired and demanded I pay another 20 to enter. I refuse and then get insulted by an old man in a hoodie(honestly looks homeless). Other bouncers do the exact same push and shove me out of the way. They prevented about 50 people who did the exact same from entering and let in a bunch of random people from the street without even waiting in line. Terrible

Club was ratchet. The bartenders gave drinks that were mostly liquor. Bathroom does not have much toilet paper. Music was lame. No dancing and everyone is looking for a brawl . Not somewhere I would go to again.

This place was pretty big compared to the other clubs I've been to but the staff is so rude and the prices are a scam. My boyfriend and I went to an event a couple weeks ago and we've known about it for months because they posted an ad on Instagram and it stated that you could buy tickets in advance for $15 or $20 the day of. Well my boyfriend bought both our tickets 2 weeks in advance and we get to the place and get in line confused since there was only one line but we were under the impression that since we paid for tickets in advanced we could skip the line. Well the guy collecting the tickets announced that if we already paid for tickets to come to another line they opened up and my bf and I go and we get to the front and he says okay "$20" and we're like "Oh we bought tickets already" And he says okay but it's another $20 to get in now otherwise you need to wait in line like everyone else. At this point I was furious but did not want to cause a scene and it was an expensive Uber to get to the place so I just paid the $20 and went inside in a crappy mood. it was just better to wait till the day of to purchase tickets, in total the tickets were $40! First time in ybor but wasn't all that, I prefer downtown st Pete where I know the best places with friendly staff.
