My experience at Chuck Lager was fantastic! We came with a big group of 12 and were seated inside near the door, which turned out to be a great spot for us. Our server was incredibly awesome and added so much fun to our meal.We opted for the bottomless mimosas, and let me tell you, they were strong in the best way possible! I even had to order more juice to balance it out, but that's never a complaint when the mimosas are flowing and deliciously strong, plus they were reasonably priced for bottomless. For food, my friend and I shared the mushroom truffle flatbread, which was a flavor explosion, and she tried the Mediterranean bowl, which she loved. Everything was so delish that I couldn't resist taking some photos of our meals and even some of my friends' orders! The vibe at Chuck Lager was fun and cool, and the food exceeded our expectations. However, the only slightly alarming thing was that a group of middle-aged men complained about our table. We weren't being obnoxious, but due to our large party and the acoustics of the room, our conversations did echo a bit. It's worth noting that we weren't too far from the bar, and it wasn't super busy at the time. Nonetheless, our server handled the situation with grace and professionalism.Overall, despite this minor hiccup, our experience at Chuck Lager was enjoyable, and I can't wait to come back for another memorable meal!

Loud but fun sports bar.We arrived on a Friday evening without reservations and were seated immediately. The service was very friendly and helpful. Yes, they name dropped their celebrity chef almost immediately. The set up amplifies everyone's voice, so there was a very loud baseline din. You had to yell most of the time to be heard over the crowd. It was raining a bit, so most people were indoors except for the dog people who braved the rain to sit outdoors with their pups.I had the roasted Italian pork sandwich. It was good but oily (and messy). Well seasoned, good bitterness from the broccolini. It came with salt and vinegar chips as default, and the chips could have used more vinegar. I also had a couple cocktails, the gin lemonade (excellent) and the house punch (a liitle too rum forward for me - I was told that if I waited for the Earl Gray ice cube to melt a bit, it would taste more like an Arnold Palmer, but my kids were itching to go before the ice cube melted much). My kids got the chicken tenders and fries and the spaghetti and meatballs. My son did not like the meatballs as they had a strong red wine taste, but both loved the spaghetti and the french fries. The chicken tenders looked like Sisco frozen tenders. Still, the kids menu is very reasonable for younger kids.My husband had the chicken marsala and a Casamigos reposada on the rocks. He ate everything, so I assume the food was good. There are several large screens showing whatever is on ESPN. I do wish they had curated better because most people didn't want to watch non-local high school football and would have preferred to stick to professional games. The place was too loud for us. Maybe if it wasn't raining, the outdoor seating would have been preferable. The food was pretty good, but I'm concerned that the menu was too large.

Down and dirty: sat immediately. Efficient service and delicious food. Downside was it was very loud and dogs were allowed inside and they had several people with dogs even ones sitting in peoples laps. It didn't bother me too much but it's not very sanitary. Service: had a party of 5 and was sat at a table that is normally a 4 top but added another seat at the head of the table. Wasn't an issue really but made it quite intimate and could be uncomfortable for some. Our server was efficient. Not very social but got the job done. We never "needed" anything. Food: everything was pretty good. The poke bowl was more like a salad. Too much lettuce and the black rice was weird for a poke bowl. Everything else was cooked well with great flavors. Fries were awesome! Service: Sat immediately and server was efficient. She was pleasant but didn't say much. Even if she did it would be hard to hear her. It was very loud in there. Atmosphere: the only downside was that it was very loud and they allowed dogs inside. I didn't mind the animals too much. They weren't loud and they all behaved well but some people may not like that. It's also not very sanitary. Overall I would probably eat here again just would likely eat outside so it wasn't so loud.

I was prepared to give Chuck's a 5-star review but a recent experience forced me to scale it back. As a resident of the neighborhood, my neighbors and I are at Chuck's at least 2x a week. We love the atmosphere, the food and they're pet friendly. The food is normally great, and better than your typical bar food. However, a recent take out order, the tuna poke nachos, was a complete disaster and needs some improvement. Twice, we've ordered the poke nachos and both times it's been underwhelming, with very little tuna and all chips with no toppings. For $19, you would expect atleast quality but that was missing as well. Again, typically a great place but I hope the quality of the food doesn't start going downhill like so many restaurants in the area do (e.g., Vela).

Really great first experience. This place is the perfect combination of sports bar and good American food. I would like a few more TVs so that multiple games can be on in one room. Restaurant was clean and staff were all nice. The food came out quick and was very tasty. Will definitely be back to watch some games!

So yummy! I got the Southwest breakfast tacos and my friend got a salad with salmon. The energy of the place was nice, spacious. The service was great- the tacos i got (with a side of sriracha mayo) were excellent! The potato's were crispy and the pickled jalapeños had a great tang. Overall, 5/5.

This place is ya regular neighborhood bar. Food is average. The wings were pretty good. Drinks were pretty good. The service was good. Our waitress was attentive. I really liked the lay out of the restaurant. They have a great patio. Overall pretty good experience.

Cocktails need some improvement. Tried three different cocktails and were all mediocre. The ciders and sours weren't cold enough. Went back to the old yeung ling after three different beers. Can't go wrong. Beautiful scenery and awesome atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Wings are the best!!

Still obsessed with Chuck Lager. Their happy hour deals are such a steal. A delicious old fashioned or French 75 for only $7!! This time for dinner, I ordered the black bean bowl and my boyfriend got the Italian roast pork sandwich. My bowl was HUGE and delicious (only comment is that chicken was cold...) The star of the show was the pork sandwich with pepperoncini and broccolini in it. My boyfriend says his sweet potato fries were the best he's ever had in his life. Love their outdoor seating and service was super friendly as always.

Staff is amazing. Get Apple Pay and I will come back. Utterly ridiculous you don't accept it in this brand new place.
