Food is very good. Pork Fried Rice is very fresh and if you like NY style Chinese food check it out. Fresh peas, carrots, chunks of pork. Chicken and Broccoli was cooked properly and fresh made to order. Egg Roll was fresh and not frozen or oily.This restaurant has a donation wall that allows you to prepay a food item for someone less fortunate to come in and get something hot to eat.I greatly appreciate this community help and will continue to support this restaurant in the future.

Probably one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area, we have tried multiple locations in Spring Hill and I must say this is the best option we have found so far. And very close to home we will be returned customers, and the food is great.

This place is the Real Deal! All the veggies mixed with pasta, rice, beef, chicken or seafood or just veggies alone are always amazingly fresh! Oh and especially the shrimp. You can tell it's fresh and not pre-cooked already because it's always the perfect texture. Never overdone and somewhat mushy like I experienced with another Asian restaurant not too far from this one or of which I am no longer a customer.I started going to Chopstix a few weeks after they opened when I was searching Yelp for the best Chinese food restaurant nearby and was reading the reviews. Chopstix had the best overall reviews and they were new so I gave them a try. And trust me, I am very picky when it comes to Asian cuisine, and pretty picky in general when it comes to fast food in general, including American cuisine. They did not disappoint.Besides the great food, what's truly amazing is their customer service. Somehow they quickly knew me by name the minute I walk thru the door or even when I called in an order. I don't have leave my name because they already know who I am by what I order. WHO DOES THAT??? They even know how I like some of the items I order (spicy or not spicy) and if I'm ordering for just myself, my husband or my mom. I was shocked because I think after just my second or 3rd visit, this is how it went down. And it's not like I'm even there on a weekly basis. More like once a month or every other month and usually on a random day of the week. What's more impressive is the fact that each time I went there I was wearing a mask. So about 2 weeks ago, I went in for the first time without it and they still recognized me, having not ever seen my actual face before! Mind-blowing!!! I was so impressed I had to take my husband there so he could see for himself. He too was surprised and he's not easily impressed. This review is long overdue so I'll stop here. I just wanted to give credit where credit is deserved and just say Chopstix not only has the best Asian cuisine in Hernando county but they also have very nice, very professional and extremely humble people working there. Please keep up the good service and the good fresh food u guys and you'll have us as customers for LIFE!

This restaurant was magnificent under new management. The food is amazing. The flavors are Very palatable. Also the food is a very large amount when you order. So take that into consideration when you order because they fill the box. The restaurant is very clean and also I saw the owners cleaning the restaurant after we left so I would say this is a very clean and hygienic place to eat and to purchase food.

The quality of food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, and the best so far that I've had in Spring Hill. They were kind enough to be open all day on Christmas Eve and keep my order hot while I was stuck in traffic on my way to pick it up. I will absolutely be ordering from there from now on. I was so extremely happy with the quality, portions and prices. I have lived in Spring Hill for a year and haven't had Chinese because every other place has. Even awful. This place, Chopstix, is awesome.

Agree with some others who have commented this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in SPRING HILL. The staff is friendly and very nice. Food is made fresh and fast! The store was clean and had all the necessities. This is my favorite place so far! Rice: 7/10 fresh veggies, chunks of meat, good seasoning. Their rice is actually fried not random yellow soft rice.Meats: 8/10 meat cuts have been typical, texture is right and flavor on pointSauces: 9/10 most dishes have been made to "street/fast food Chinese style" aka it's what you expect and doesn't taste or appear overly greasy. Chinese restaurants have a tendency to overdo the sugar which changes the flavor of the sauce but Chopstix does it right. Veggies: always fresh and cooked to perfection Overall this place is great! If you're looking for fancy this ain't it and that's ok we love it that way! Nice job Chopstix!! For those complaining about orders via DoorDash, that's the apps fault not this place. Order directly via the restaurant or don't complain!

Food is excellent but good luck asking for sauces via DoorDash. Amazingly, they can read the special instructions if you want extra meat or add vegetables so they can charge accordingly. However, asking for sauce packets seems to elude the staff.
