Chipotle Mexican Grill

Finally a Chipotle near home. Tired of driving to Brandon for take out, this is awesome for us.Waited a bit before trying this location. Give them some time to get the kinks worked out. That seemed to work. We do not order ahead, have had too many issues with other places doing that so prefer to stand in line, order our food, and watch and be sure we are getting what we ordered. The staff was awesome. They were really hustling and doing a good job. Line moved along quite well.My bowl was quite full with what was ordered. A bit stingy on the steak and overly generous with the rice however. But it tasted just fine. I could only eat half so lunch for tomorrow is ready!I love chipotle and am thrilled to have one 10 minutes from home!

I love chipotle in general. Their food is generally fresh and taste delicious. It's a perfect step up from fast food offerings.Having said that, this particular location is clearly struggling quite a bit. Understandably so, as they are the only location in a pretty vast radius. We ordered for pick up, to avoid the ridiculously long line that wouldn't let up. When we showed up at the designated pick up time, we had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes to get our order.We had to return because they forgot to give us a cup for the drink in one of the combos, forgot to give us a salsa that came with the chips, they forgot to add extra portion of protein in one of the orders.We tried to be as graceful as possible, considering that the poor staff people seemed absolutely overwhelmed.Next time, we would rather make the line just to ensure that all of our food is as we order it.

Two stars 1 star is for the manager being hands on. 1 more star is for giving them some grace after just opening on Wednesday 11/27.I ordered on the mobile app for pick up via drive thru. The earliest you can pick up is 1 hour after ordering. As I am waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes without moving, I decide to go inside and what do you know, they aren't serving via drive thru. A sign or something should be put up to not waste people's time and gas.Now inside is very busy. Long line and manager is calling out names for orders. After I waited about 20 minutes inside past my time of pick up, the manager calls my name to confirm I am there and then proceeds to make my order himself. Like I said above, I appreciate hands on management, that's how it should be.The taste of the food and amount served is subpar. The adult quesadilla meal barely had cheese and meat. There was only one small layer of cheese on the bottom and a little bit of meat and no cheese on top. Very odd and hollow. The corn and pico were very cold like fresh out the freezer cold and tasted like they were left open in the fridge. You know that inexplainable refrigeration taste? That's what it tasted like. The rice was hard and inedible. I was able to eat about a handful of chips before they started to taste hard and stale. The guacamole was actually bland seemed like they forgot to add seasoning in the midst of the rush.This location is not ready for the volume of patrons this area has. My suggestion would be to disable app orders and focus on the patrons that order in person. Perhaps I will return in the future when the staff gets their footing.For now, at the bare minimum please put up a sign stating you will not be serving via drive thru so that people don't waste their time.

Glad to have a local Chipoltle so I dont have to go to Brandon anymore. I knew it would be crowded so I waited about a month after opening so maybe the crowds would die down and give them a chance to work the kinks out. Well, I was half right, super long line but it mived well and the crew knew what they were doing. Our bowls were loaded up and very good. Good job crew, a lot closer than Brandon.

Worst location known to fucking man. Just left the drive thru after sitting boxed in for an hour and 11 minutes. Just trying to pickup an order for my sick son whom requested this against my wishes. THERE IS NO REASON GRILLED CHICKEN AND RICE SHOULD KEEP PEOPLE WAITING MORE THAN AN HOUR

My family & I have been waiting for a Chipotle to open in Riverview for years. Today was the second time we went. First time we ate inside. They bagged the order to go without asking. Extremely SMALL portions like they were getting charged out of their own paycheck if they gave a good amount. I'm talk only 4 prices of meat. Today was the second time we went & ordered online to pickup through the digital drive thru. Once again portions are VERY minimal. Very disappointing. We'll go to the locations in Brandon when we need our Chipotle fix from now on.

Depending on the time you go overall service was satisfactory. Staff making the food was very quick and easy . The dining area to eat inside or outside could be better . When advise staff no napkins . Staff took care of it. Overall will come back . *local eater*

Great service and very kind worker's and great food it's very filling but the best thing is that you can get a food one bowl is enough for two.

Service is slow and it takes for ever to place the order. I've tried twice (ordering through mobile app for pick up and standing in line to order) and I've had to wait an extremely long time. The food area is also extremely messy and the food I received both times were cold.

I ordered a burrito online around 6:15pm it said it would be ready @7 so I went to Walmart meanwhile came back at 7 and still had to wait another 10-15 min
