Chipotle Mexican Grill

When going in the store, the initial look was not good. It looked dirty. I ordered chicken tacos.. The serving area had rice beans drippings in between the containers, which were harden so it was there for a while, not wiped. The overall presentation of where the items came out was not good look real sloppy and this is my first time coming in the restaurant and was not impressed. My order was to go and when they prepared my order, it started out separate tacos on one plate and when I got home, I didn't know whether I had Burritos or tacos. My wife was not impressed at all, and I doubt that I'll be going back to the chipotle on Causeway. Oh and the drink I got there was a green leaf on the can and when I got home, I cleaned it should've took pictures, but I was so disappointed that was the last thing in my Mind

The first experience in a while that I can give over three stars to Chipotle. My experience was good but usually they give small portions and they never tried to fixed my last order but we went through the Chipotlane after ordering online and I was happy to see my order was ready early and my bowl tasted pretty good. I did add the queso in the bowl which wasn't too bad but separate with chips I'm not a fan.

This order was picked up from the Chipotle on Lumsden (Causeway) Blvd. in Brandon, FL. The order was for a DOUBLE PROTEIN steak bowl with only white rice and queso. I ordered using the app AND used a reward redemption for the double protein ($5.45 value). The ingredients are correct, but the steak was not "double". When I picked up the bag, I suspected it was not double, because I've ordered this before (and paid the full price of over $18 for a 3-ingredient bowl) and I know how heavy it's supposed to be. This was lighter, but I doubted myself and left with the bag anyway. I won't make that mistake again, mainly because I'm tired of paying for overpriced food that doesn't get prepared correctly, so I won't be back to that location, and I may stop using the app since clearly written orders via the app aren't even followed on their end.

Chipotle is one of my preferred chain establishments but the quality changes based on the location or time of day. this location so far has had fresh food, pleasant employees and the shortest lines in town! I frequent this location the most!

It's been a minute since I have had Chipotle. I was craving a quesadilla & I had a bday reward from their app. I have never been to this location, I believe it is quite new & a bit smaller than other locations. It was rather quiet considering it was lunchtime, but I quickly noticed many had ordered via uber or online & were just picking up or using drive thru. I noticed the quesadilla was not on the menu & was informed that it could only be ordered via app because they did not have the press on the regular prep line. I ordered from the app for the first time, & asked Marvin, the cashier on duty, a few questions to make sure I did it correctly since it had to be p/u & prepaid. He was very kind & helpful as he was hustling through his duties. Everyone there was busy working & the kitchen & dining room looked clean. My meal was ready to go quickly so I headed home. I haven't had a quesadilla from here in years & they clearly have gotten clever with presentation & packaging especially for a to go order. It comes in a cute bento like box with my cold toppings kept in separate compartments (sour cream, corn salsa & reg salsa) plus a little container for my guac. I tried the Barbacoa w/fajita veggies for the first time as well. I had a 20 minute trek home, then changed & settled in to eat. I opened the box & everything looked perfect & appetizing. It was still plenty warm & I was actually pleasantly surprised how yummy it was. Even though it was a spendy $14 (bidenomic inflation) thanks joe. It really was enough for 2, but since I skipped breakfast, I indulged in the entire meal. I was a happy camper & am still full as I write this. I will def be back for this tasty treat again. Dirty unclean tables, service counter has food everywhere. Trash is overflowing. The girl at the counter has the personality of a wet mop.

How do you guys not know how to roll a basic burrito. It wasn't even big. I never come here and the one time I do, she puts another tortilla over the first. And just like the first tortilla rolled, the second isn't rolled either. Everyone's having a bad day, i don't care. Take the extra second and roll the burrito properly instead of being lazy and inefficient.

Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen.. bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.. feces all over toilet seat, floor and wall. No hand soap.. told the cashier of my bathroom experience and she shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well." The rest of the establishment followed suit, trash cans overflowing, floor dirty, all the tables and countertops dirty... at 2:30 in the afternoon... Not exactly rush-hour and plenty of staff around to help .. Absolutely gross.

Excited to order the Carne Asada burrito and after adding queso it came to $14 for the burrito alone... what I received was much smaller than a normal Chipotle burrito and I was lucky if I had 5 overcooked slivers of meat. Pictures depict the contents after a span of five bites. If I wanted a rice burrito I promise I wouldn't have paid $14.

I came here around 8:00 P.M. and ordered a carnitas bowl. At first it tasted good, but in the first quarter of the meal I discovered a huge chunk of unshredded meat. I decided to attempt to bite it, and bit straight into a huge chunk of fat. Whatever, everyone makes mistakes, right? I then got multiple bites of way overseasoned or underseasoned food. My next bite was just rice and topping... or so I thought. I bit straight into another chunk of fat. After picking out the rest of the meat to avoid the fat, I found a literal SHRED OF BONE in my food. I've made carnitas before, and it isn't hard to avoid having BONE SHREDS in your food. Do not eat here.
