If I could do 0 stars I would. Due to customer service and food issues I nor my family will ever step foot into the establishment again. I was here with a couple family members that ordered. I didn't order because I was getting food elsewhere but as my family was handed there food the lady that was running the register yelled "what you want" at me as we were gathering our things to leave. I had been in there the entire time with my family and I already stated to her that I wasn't ordering. As I replied that I wasn't ordering she gave me an ugly look. She caught me in a good mood otherwise I wouldn't have kept my cool. I've eaten here twice and both times my husband and I ended up sick. The food portions are smaller than most Chinese restaurants that I've been to. I'm not going to tell people what they should or shouldn't do but I personally will NEVER return nor will I recommend them.

Greasy egg rolls, the pork fried rice should be called teriyaki rice, and don't tip they don't appreciate it and don't ask for the spicy mustard they keep in the fridge, they'll charge you an extra $.50 per container whereas other places give it to you for free! Greasy, greasy, greasy!

Customer service 5/5:I made an error on my part as far as ordering food over the phone, and ended up going to the wrong establishment (same name). They were very patient with me, and redirected me. General Tso's: 4/5 This is definitely up there in terms of flavor, portion size and quality! Probably one of the best General Tso's I ever had. Beef Chow Me: 2/5 It wasn't the best, I think it backed flavor, but the portion size was generous. Everything was nicely packed and presented. Overall it was a pleasant "to-go" experience, and I would definitely like to try more of their dishes.

I went to China Wok a last month and when I saw the cook in the back serving my chicken lo mein with his hands. He was cutting it with no gloves on and the pieces that would fall on the counter he would pick up and throw back in the pot . I felt disgusted and canceled my order and did tell them that him cutting my food up like that with his hands was gross and unprofessional. I will never go there again.

By far the worst Chinese takeout I have ever had. It's bland, flavorless, I don't know what they were thinking. Plus I watched the chef go into the restroom and not remove his apron I should've walked out right then and there. I will be disputing this off my card.

Food was good. Order was accurate. Taste was good. But not any better or worse than any other take out. Will not accept special requests.

I don't recognize anyone! I'm now convinced they changed management and it shows. I have been going to this place for MANY years and while no pizzazz to the actual establishment (at all), the food was always good and people were always friendly. My last two visits have been total chaos to the point customers were complaining and my wait was more than 20 minutes )after calling it in). It's like they didn't have a clue about how to answering the phones and taking more ordered when 6 ppl were waiting to pick up orders. What worse is messing up 2 large fried rice which was the only thing ordered this time (to complement what I was making at home). It looks bad and taste worse. My teens didn't even want it. The actual rice quality is awful. Bummer because it's a convenient location but I rather drive a little more for quality Chinese food. Wish I took a picture.

Ordered food from their last night and it had multiple pieces of hair in it. Very disappointing.

Typical establishment not respecting the community. The food is a joke. The rice was old. It had little black specs throughout as if it was fried in oil that's never been changed, same thing the egg roll. The general tso shrimp was disgusting. 80% salty breading, 20% shrimp. Mixed vegetables were soaked in oil! Inedible food. If you'd like a stroke with a side of hypertension then yes, buy this salty, days old food soaked in oil.
