China Star

This is my third time ordering from this China Star in Apollo Beach. Best chinese food I've had in over 20+ years. I've tried the shrimp egg foo young, shrimp fried rice, steamed shrimp with broccoli, shrimp egg rolls and the general tso's chicken. I absolutely loved each one of them.They give you a lot of food and the egg rolls are a good size and they are a lot cheaper than their competitors. And for those who are like my mother and only eat deveined shrimp then this is definitely your place. This is and will be my go to place for chinese food.

Cobwebs and wasps in the building , it appears as if they don't take care of it . The egg roll was disgusting and the shrimp tasted like it was cooked from frozen . The veggies also taste like they sat in nasty sink water. I won't be back

We like China Star for its quick service and quantity. Food is good and tasty. We'd say that it would be nice to have more pleasant people at the register. No greeting or yank you.

Very good food and they deliver quickly.Favorite dish is chicken and broccoli with white rice.

Good Chinese food. Okay priced. Quick pick up time. Good sized portions. Would recommend.

Not exactly what I call great Chinese food, everything we ordered was cooked in the same red sauce, ruined my New Year Eve plan for good Chinese food.

Good food, reasonable prices and large amounts of food, pick up is very quick also I recommend especially if feeding a group

They have the quickest service. Also, Hands down the best wonton soup!! We love all their food and the quality is worth the price.

This restaurant changed to New China Star. It is absolutely AWFUL. It was very good before, but now it's really, really awful Ordered General Tso's Chicken, Fried Dumplings,Won Ton Soup, egg roll, spring rolls and House Special Lo Mein. The spring rolls, egg rolls were okay. But I don't know what the Chicken was but IT was Not General Tso's! The dumplings?? Gross. I'm not sure about the soup. I am afraid to try it. Spent $38 just to throw the chicken and dumplings in the trash can. I will NEVER eat there again!

A hidden gem in Apollo Beach. Seafood was a tad fishy, but overall an efficient place to grab a quick bite. Had the shrimp and veg fried rice and egg rolls. Good portions for the price.
