China Garden

We decided to try this establishment out since our go to Chinese takeout place was closed. The location was on the way home and we figured we may as well try it out. The service was hospitable and of the interior was dim and like your typical welcoming take out spot. We ordered wonton soup, sautéed vegetables and bourbon chicken with fried rice. Unfortunately the food was not as delicious as we expected. The wonton soup was fine however the bourbon chicken was dry with barely any sauce. The sautéed vegetables were lacking flavor and salt. The food was just ok, but we most likely won't return for takeout again. We will stick to our usual takeout spot.

Rash gone . Ordered Chinese takeout from china garden yesterday 5 hours later i brake out rash head to toe and tummy cramps from hell then few hours later I'm throwing up everywhere for 2 hours at least 6 huge barfs then at 5am done barfing and tummy cramps calm down enough to get some sleep . Then at 9am mom started getting sick . Why can't these places cook without MSG . How much did the cook use last night? Worst even had in my life had this mild happen when Chinese places use MSG . But dang the cook must've used ton . I threw away the leftovers. Tasted good but worst MSG cramps and rash and sore tung had in my life bar nun .

Food was only OK, service was awful. Called to place an order for pick up and the woman who answered was rude. Ok, maybe super busy time, I'll let it slide, especially since I'm trying a new Chinese food place, I'm willing to give the benefit of a doubt. But when we picked up the food, nothing really stood out. We ordered the beef with broccoli and orange chicken lunch specials. Choice of white or fried rice, with egg roll or soup or canned soda. The three soup choices were egg drop, wonton,or hot and sour. My beef was scraggly, and not much at all. The broccoli were still essentially raw, not crisp tender(which is what I expected) or seeming steamed at all. The orange chicken was noted as being hot and spicy, which my dining companion wanted but were stated to be fairly bland instead. Overall, not impressed.

Just your typical Chinese carry out, we ordered the hot sour soup, wonton soup, cashew chicken, lo Mein, Mei fun, shrimp fried rice, crab Rangoon and egg rolls. Nothing stuck out :/

I got the boneless spareribs dinner combo and it was the best looking BS I've seen around this area (no pun intended). The flavor had a slight sweetness along with a hint of cinnamon which reminded me of Chinese takeout up north which I absolutely LOVE. Definitely recommend trying!

Great value I got so much food. There was leftovers for the next day lunch and dinner and like all Chinese food. It tasted better than next day comes with soup aside the entrée rice and a drink. I think it was 10 bucks can't beat that

I have eaten here a couple of times in the past year. I have noticed that the last three times I have eaten there. I've got extremely ill. I am not sure what is making me sick from here every time we purchase the orange chicken and egg rolls. I' get extremely nauseated. I throw up. I get an upset stomach and extreme headache and it lasts all day to the next day. What are they putting in this food making me sick I really love eggrolls, and honestly, the food tastes good when you eat it, but I cannot afford to get sick like this anymore so I guess I won't be eating here anymore .

The hunan chicken said it was spicy. Nope! And it was very greasy. The fried rice was nasty.

Ordered a pepper and steak combination without pepper and it looks like I asked for an onions with pepper combination.

Food quality changes every time you get food from here. The last time we got food it was inedible. So we called and they said they would note it on the register and the next time we would get our meals for free. So we called today and we were told that they would not comp the food. She said the women who told us that it would be comped that she was not there. We will no longer be getting food from here good thing there is a chi sea restaurant in every shopping center. We will find a new place soon .
