We love China Chef! They are closed on Tuesdays so heads up! They have great days and hours the rest of the week. The staff is always very helpful and nice and patient. They have two seperate phone numbers to accept orders on, food is always kept warm and prepared in how long they say, usually 20 min or less. Their prices are fair, it's always more cost effective to go with the larger portion size. They add plenty of meat/ protein to the dishes and not just overfilling with cheaper ingredients like some other restaurants. The Moo Goo Gai Pan/ snow white chicken is my fave but there's about 23 other delicious ones! Appetizers are great too, for a pretty good price. The restaurant has a few tables in there but mostly it's take out. It's always clean and fresh in there. I love it! I'm so glad it's close.

It's really hard to find decent Chinese food in this area, we enjoyed this place! Definitely the best take out , we got the general tso's chicken not spicy but very tasty!!! Order was made on time and had great service. Also if you want noodles order lo mein not chow mein, so many confuse that. There is only a few chairs to eat in there so definitely be prepared to just take it home. When I picked up my order the place was packed, looks like I'm not the only one that enjoys it!!!

New to the area. Found this via Yelp. Order done quickly. Price reasonable. But the food was very average Chinese take out. Gen Tso chicken was heavily breaded and more sweet than spicy. Pork fried rice decent. Wonton soup bland. Egg rolls plain.

Second time I've tried China Chef and it's consistently very good! I give it 5 stars in comparison to similar take-out restaurants in the area. The Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Rice soup was very tasty with plenty of chicken in the large dinner serving. My wife enjoyed her Egg Foo Yung as well. Service is very courteous with nice employees. China Chef will be our Go-To Chinese Carry Out in Riverview and is worth the extra distance for us to drive.

Disclaimer - I do not typically eat or enjoy Chinese food. Decided to order dinner - Lo Mein, Sesame Chicken, vegetable fried rice, egg rolls, and krab Rangoon. The krab Rangoon was decent. It's the kind with the 4 sharp corners that makes your mouth feel like you just ate a bowl of captain crunch. The lo mein was good. We just got it plain, but I enjoyed it. The vegetable fried rice was nice. Not greasy and didn't clump together. The egg roll was my favorite part. Delicious. Crispy. Not greasy. And the reason why I don't usually eat Chinese - the chicken. I dunno what this fried clump of bread is, but I don't see any chicken. It actually looks like it's just stuffed with more bread. Then I'm left eating noodles and rice (carb overload) w no real "main course".

This Chinese take out is the closest I have found to good NY Chinese food here on the west coast ofFlorida. The restaurant is in a relatively newPublix shopping center in Riverview. I have orderedfood here over the last 12 months. The service is good. All my orders were done right. The food is very good. They have a large menu with all the Chinese food favorites. The soups are delicious and not salty. Fried rice is tasty and not clumped togethEgg rolls are crisp and not greasy. Entrees aredelicious and cooked well. I highly recommendthe roast pork egg foo young, and beef and broccoliI, in addition to the previous mentioned items. Friday nights are busy here, so you may want tocall in your order and pick it up.Honestly, I believe nobody in Riverview cooks on Friday nights. There are a few small tables if you want to eatthere. They also have cold drinks availab

After no electricity due to Hurricane Milton I really wanted something hot to eat so headed out 301 towards Riverview. Found this place and reviews seemed pretty good. I would rate the food okay but not anything to make me want to go back. But what was really bad was how the items available were limited to ala-carte, the largest sizes. They had crossed out the lunch combos, the dinner combos, and the small soups. So, I had to order an entree and eggs roll separately, and a large soup. If I could have ordered a dinner combo, and a small soup, I would have gotten the exact same items, but at around half the cost. Seems like a way to take advantage of a situation. I should have left without ordering but at that point tired of dealing with the driving conditions and I just wanted to get back home.
