Chill Restaurant & Bar

Have read a lot about the place so thought we would go check it out. We went on a Friday night and it was moderately busy. They must be going through a renovation as it looked in disarray although there were no signage to indicate they were doing something. Started with an appetizer at the bar. After quite a bit of time it finally came out. The spinach dip came in an incredibly small bowl that looked like something you would have in your kitchen cabinet. Taste was mediocre at best.There were two bartenders working the bar but it took forever to get recognized and get refills on drinks. After a lot of frustration, we just left before even trying dinner. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Enjoyed the garden salad. All ingredients were crisp and fresh. Generous portion. Delicious Balsamic dressing was surprisingly sweet and tasted like coconut milk was one of the ingredients.Sesame seared tuna appetizer was fresh and well prepared. Wasabi was just right. Ginger looked strangely dry, so I didn't taste it. Cucumber salad was excellent but not plentiful; fair amount, though, considering it's a starter dish.Service was excellent. Didn't give the 5th star because none of the dishes I ordered was particularly unique or OMG I must return and have this again

Second time visiting on vacation. A nice little spot outside of the hustle of a tourist town. Really nice patio out front, shaded in the evening. Bartender had a heavy hand which I appreciate. Spinach and Artichoke dip app was nice and hot. I got Shrimp Scampi and husband had Chicken Alfredo. We cleaned our plates. It was absolutely what I was craving and the service made it that much better.

A great experience! I came with my family for dinner and we all loved our meals and the wine.The ambiance was probably not at its best considering the recent hurricane, but the restaurant felt lively and had character, with a nice outdoor seating area. The food was delicious and interesting, which was plenty good and met our expectations. I agree with some other reviews that the food was nothing super special or unique, but they did a great job at what they were going for.The service was not exceptional, and was quite slow at times, especially considering the fact that the restaurant was only about half full. However, our waitress was very friendly and conversational, which is always important.I'm not from Florida, so I don't know whether this is normal or not, but the water tasted pretty disgusting. Again, I don't know if this is a normal occurrence, but it was something I don't experience very often at restaurants.Overall, this restaurant was a really nice place to chill, just as the name suggests. I would totally return in the future if I lived here.

Had the fish and chips for lunch. Very good, service was great. Would definitely recommend

Horrible meal, took 40 minutes to get food when almost empty. It was disgusting! We had a great meal there Sunday, so took guests there Tuesday, and was so embarrassed at the slow service, over cooked small pieces of fish, way over cooked pasta, and cold tasteless frozen green beans, that was called a vegetable medley. Will never ever go back,!!!

Unfriendly and boarding on annoyed barmaids. Definitely not hired for speed or personality. Management should realize that in the hospitality biz and should hire for personally which can't be trained like other skills.

We happened upon Chill because we were looking for outdoor seating that was pet friendly. The patio is quite charming. The service was excellent, and the food was quite delicious. I had the blackened chicken avocado wrap with fries. The wrap was large! I had 1/2 leftover for lunch the next day. Splurge and order the fries...they are exceptional! I wish that I remembered the staff's names because they were extremely kind and friendly.

Ordered a cocktail. Server never provided cocktail napkins for my drink. Had to get them myself. Went to the bar and the Bar maids ignored me. Couldn't get their attention. It's a shame because the food is good. This is not the first time this has happened..

Fish and chips were not good. Batter on fish was still still wet, not cooled thoroughly. Coleslaw lacked sweetness. I typically love coleslaw, but this tasted like raw cabbage no flavor. Drinks were ok for the price.
