Chicanes Restaurant & Bar

Saturday evening, in-season dinner with 12 in our party. Our server was friendly, helpful, and the only one working our group. A couple of other servers assisted with delivering water and a few plates. Otherwise, one additional server would have been perfect. The restaurant was packed at 6 pm, I'm sure, understaffed. This probably caused the lengthy wait for our orders. Appetizers arrived quickly, main course, not so fast. Wing app never arrived. Certified Angus Delmonico, $58 was not cooked to order. Rare instead of medium rare. Not tender at all. Other dinners were cooked properly and enjoyed. Plank Salmon was done correctly and tasty. Sides were decent, especially smashed sweet potatoes. Green beans, excellent Total time, 2 hours 15 minutes

We were turned away at door. The host was rude and the place was empty with tables loaded with dirty glasses and dishes. They make hotel guests priority is what was told to us. I am a local resident and will never return! Cowpokes was much friendlier and had blue cheese martinis! They did us a favor by refusing to serve us..zero stars if I could

Fabulous night! Filet steak could cut with a butter knife! Seafood pasta was awesome! Ambience is wonderful! We celebrated our 29th anniversary!Thank you Chicanes!

Another great meal here at Chicanes. Our server, Molly, was very attentive to our needs. The food was divine. We had the conch chowder, pork schnitzel , chicken picatta. All very well prepared and presented. When you are looking for something special, go to Chicanes. It's a very nice place.

Awesome waitress wonderful atmosphere and food was superb. Food was served in a very timely matter with great attention to detail the scenic view from our table just enhanced the experience as well. Have made reservations for Valentines Day and so looking forward to the occasion.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The atmosphere was lovely, very nice easy listening music, at a volume that allowed for conversations.

Great service! I loved our waiter Carlos and the mood he gave to our group! The view was amazing outside as we went to take a look. The food was great! I widely recommend the chicken sandwich! He was so kind as to make us our own sauces!

My favorite place for a special occasion . I've dined here several times .The food, and service is top notch . Beautiful ambience-inside and out.. I always bring my camera to capture beautiful bird and floral shots.

Such delicious food- excellent service- our server Carlos was awesome! The host, Michael, makes you feel like family. Totally thrilled we made reservations! Moving from Nashville area- really wanted to find a good restaurant. Now we have our 'special spot' to relax and enjoy a beautiful evening overlooking the lake while dining. Perfect place!
