Chef Rosana

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef Rosanna's beautiful, and delicious food. I had her make the spread for my man's 70th birthday party. No one left hungry, everyone raved about how gorgeous and delicious everything was. Scallops and chorizo was the absolute hit and there was NONE left. Her empanadas are fantastic (of course they are, she beat Bobby Flay with her empanadas) Grazing boards full of cheeses meats, nuts , fruit, spreads of all kinds and on and on. It made the evening celebration very special. Thank you so much Rosana for making Eric feel SO special.
