just went on a belated valentine's day date here and it was so much fun!the devil is in the details and from the wine selections (and option for wine or!mimosa flights) to the instructor cheeseology was on point. I loved how the instructor was funny and didn't even lose us once...and burrata is complicated! also the decor inside was really cute and I loved the giant tv screen at the front of the class for those of us with a touch of adhd to focus on here and there :Pwhat I loved the very most was that we got to meet the owners, who were onsite since their store is so young (it's NOT a chain and just hit the year mark) and you can tell they put their hearts and souls into making it a wonderful experience. i can't wait to come back for future dates, girls nights, and even for kid classes where we can bring our boys!

Had such a fun time at Cheeseology as we took the Fresh Mozzarella with Cheese Tasting Class! It is $75 for one person and a partner add-on for $25. You can also add wine flights to your experience or just get a glass of wine. The class is about 2 hours. I learned so much about cheese and it was such a fun activity! I will definitely take other classes they offer as well.

We did the pizza making class as a girls night activity and it was great! The instructors were informative and the class was hands on. The pizza dough is already made which I was surprised though. At the end of the class they give you the pizza and you can add basil and other toppings and then you eat it in the seating area which is nice because it's more conducive to talking. I do wish they allowed guests to bring your own beverage like a lot of other cooking places do, as their beverage selection is pretty limited and pricer. Overall it's a fun activity for a night out!

I visited Cheesology for a burrata making class with a group of 8 on at Saturday at 2:00. We purchased our tickets in advanced for the class but there were a few spots open. We all added on the wine flight which was $35. The wines were all amazing, there were three reds and one white. The class was fun and hands on. It is taught by actual teachers so they know how to be in from if a class room.At the end of the class everyone takes home the cheese they made. I would definitely to it again. If you have two people at your station, it's $50/pp.

My husband booked the burrata making class as part of our celebration for our 4 year wedding anniversary and we had such a great time. Burrata has been our obsession for the past few months and I was so excited when he booked this. Heidi was a great teacher and made the class really enjoyable and interactive. I would definitely do this again. The facility was extremely clean in the class section and we loved the store up front. Some things I would suggest: I wish they had the option to taste the olive oils or balsamics. I really wanted to take a bottle or two home but wasn't sure which one to pick. We wanted the 30 year balsamic but it was not in stock...our luck. It would have also been nice to have some fresh options to buy or include in the class so we could have enjoyed the burrata there. We bought crackers from the store anyway. It was still a beautiful cheese on its own. However, it would have been wonderful paired with fresh ingredients. We both took home our second and I wish we had shared just one and took home the other 3 to enjoy with more ingredients.

Cheeseology offers quite a few classes. We took their pizza making class. We learned about the history of making curd while also enjoying a hands-on experience. You are served a flight of wine to enjoy during your cooking experience. The price begins at $99 and you can add $25 per person and for additional wine. The instructor is knowledgeable as well as helpful. Owners Kelly & Paul are right there with you helping to make it a memorable experience. Afterwards you can sit in the lounge and/or shop in their store. I recommend purchasing the garlic infused sheep cheese. So creamy for a nice topping on a crostini. And since you're in Ybor, walk around afterwards and enjoy the city.

What a great idea! This was a very cute location in Ybor. They have a little store, a little lounge, and a little classroom with stainless steel so it felt scientific and clean. The cheese we ended up making after roughly a two hour course was absolutely delicious and I learned a LOT about cheese in terms of how it is made and some history and regional info. I deducted one star for one reason- it felt a little like I was at work. The instructor came across strict and intolerant. She also overexplained and I wonder if maybe that was because she was filling the time so the cheese could process.... so maybe not her fault. My suggestion would be to loosen up and have a little fun and have quiet time in between. There doesn't need to be a flow of facts.

Such a fun activity! Make your own cheese and have delicious fresh cheese to take home and snack on. Everything is provided. The instructors provide clear directions and walk you through every step. They include some history of cheese making and other facts along the way. The quality of the end product was fantastic. The only negative was handling the cheese at extremely high temperatures, they do warn you, but this would not be safe you have neuropathy of the hands.

So I booked my husband's a mozzarella making class for his birthday and we couldn't have had a better time . Everyone was Amazing the owner was so sweet and awesome and our teachers Monica and Heidi were freaking amazing teaching us all about the mozzarella making process. I can't wait to come back with friends. They made my husband feel so special on his birthday. The whole process was so amazing and fun and I even learned a lot about cheese and mozzarella making. You definitely gotta try it . The location was so clean and so warm inside it felt so cozy and the staff made you feel right at home . They also have amazing wine where you can add a flight to your class and they also have beer for the non wine drinkers. They also sell snacks for you to enjoy. If you can take a class any class I definitely recommend and definitely ask for Monica and Heidi they were both Amazing.

What a fun experience! Located on the main Ybor strip you'll find this cute little storefront that hosts cheese making classes! They offer cheeses and little gifts in the front retail area and the back is where classes are held. My friends and I tried a mozzarella and pizza class which was the perfect GNO but also could've been a creative hands on date night as well. Our class was given a complementary glass of wine before starting and each table had a basket of pretzels to snack on. You can add wine flights and charcuterie boxes as well to your experience. We sat all the way in the back and still heard all the instructions from the front. Employees were helpful and walked around to each table to see if anyone needed help. It was fun to make our own cheese and pizza and the pizzas were delicious! The dough and sauce are sourced right in ybor from Due Amaci. They offer a variety of different classes and I would definitely return!
