Cheese Dreams

The wife and I were out running to Sherwin Williams and Home Depot and heard about this place while we were out so we checked out the menu and the pictures and it was hook line and sinker although we weren't even hungry but we couldn't resist so we went out of our way to check it out. Decisions decisions! Everything looked so delicious! We've decided to play it safe and got the triple threat and the homemade chili as a side. When he handed me that sandwich through the window I was not expecting how heavy it was this thing was massive, crispy and smelled sooo good. I stuck the plastic fork underneath to try to lift it out from the cardboard carrier and the fork just bent and couldn't even budge in the slightest bit the monster out of its tray this thing is huge and weighed a ton it was a GUT BOMB but in the most delicious way and I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into and have my way with it. As I pulled it apart the cheese just stretched and stretched apart clinging to itself and it was at that moment I knew I had messed up! This was going to be an experience! (see the pictures). So we cut a half of the sandwich in quarters and each quarter was like eating an entire sandwich it was an amazing experience I've never had a grilled cheese of this caliber before I can't wait to eat the other half when I'm hungry. The homemade chili was good it wasn't sensational but it wasn't bad either but that's just me I'm really finicky about my chili as chili is a troubled child and there are so many variations available to concoct. It was really good not five stars but I'll give the chili a solid 3 stars. The sandwich on the other hand this massive crispy,gooey meat filled delightful gut bomb has definitely earned five stars. I can't wait to go back and check out what else is on the menu. This food truck is like the size of an ice cream truck it's very small but it Make some big impressions with the quality of grilled cheeses and sides that any foodie would love to sink their teeth into. I imagine they get a lot of business from the brewery next door as other reviewers are raving about it who frequent the brewery. Best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had!

My son went here while we were enjoying the next door brewery. He could not stop raving about his ham & cheese sandwich. He gave me a piece and it was crazy good!! We'll definitely be returning for more gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch today. Highly recommended!

Delicious food! I've tried the pork sandwich, Ham and pineapple, and most recently the spicy sandwich! Not to mention the amazing tomato soup!

I was in Spring Hills for work and decided to give Cheese Dreams a try. If you love grilled cheese sandwiches, this is the place for you! They have what I like to call "Grownup's Grilled Cheese Sandwiches" with delicious additions like pulled pork or ham. The pulled pork was a home run for me, the barbecue sauce gave it just enough sweet and tang to balance the salt from the pork and cheese. Next time I'll try the 5 cheese grilled cheese! I'd bring my kid here regularly if I lived locally!

Excellent service and sandwich's. Stoped at Marker 48 and my group got this and I got the pizza food truck.big mistake. I threw it away and my husband went and got me the Big Willie. AWESOME.

I would have probably just lived an empty meaningless existence ordering hookers and pizza until I dropped dead. But now that I have had Cheese Dreams and Marker 48 my life and my gut is fulfilled, best sandwich and best beer; both recommended, makes the best lunch or dinner! Work a hard day then go and enjoy.

Such a creative take on grilled cheese. We wanted to try everything on the menu. The owner was so friendly and lovely to talk with. We got the brat with saurkraut and the bratasaurus. The were both delicious! We will definitely be going back to visit and try more of the menu. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely love the food here. Their grilled cheese is amazing - I refuse to order grilled cheese from anywhere else since nothing else can compare. 10/10 recommend if you get a craving for a cheese melt.

I was excited to try this place. The owner was friendly and everything looked clean and organized! The grilled cheese was amazing and super cheesy! The tomato soup was definitely homemade and so delicious! This place literally blew my mind! You have to try it!
