Best cheesesteak I have ever had and the gourmet fries were excellent. Best lunch I have had in a long time and I can't wait to come back and try another cheesesteak from their menu. Very filling and a good value as well.

True Confession - I'm from Philly and grew up across the ballfield from two iconic cheesesteak locations and lived down the block from two other major players before moving to Florida. I'm not a cheesesteak snob, however, the minute you call it a Philly Steak or Steak and Cheese or offer the 'original' with more than meat, cheese or maybe fried onions I lose interest.I was in the mall and had heard great things from locals and was like ' who voted them America's best?" So I tried one.I had a Regular size Signature Cheesesteak - said no to the mushrooms ( I caved and had peppers) and then no to the lettuce and tomato (those two make it a cheesesteak hoagie!) I made it a combo with fries and a drink and the food came up pretty quickly.Let me start with the easy part - the fries were EXCELLENT, way more than I expected as part of a combo; fresh, hot, crispy, and not greasy.The cheesesteak was a good size, the roll was pretty good, slightly firm on the outside and softer in the middle. The steak was very good, good sized pieces, moist, nice flavor and LOTS of cheese.After recently having a sub-par cheesesteak at a local Philly transplant place, the fact that I could find a pretty decent cheesesteakk in my local mall was a huge plus.Well played Charley, I'll be back

Chicken Teriyaki cheesesteak with onions is the winner here with fries.I usually load my philly with fries.Love this place fast and tasty and you get it right off the grill in front of you.It will satisfy your taste buds.

Let me begin by saying food in Florida sucks! I've been to many Philly cheesesteak places that only specialize in a few things yet they get it so horribly wrong. Having almost given up, I tried Charley's thinking how good could a chain be? Much to my surprise, it was and is amazing! I go 1-2 times a week making it a point to come to this particular location due to the quality of food and amazing employees. I can not say enough good things about it's employees especially Rebecca! She is such a professional and always smiling. She is a model employee, and pretty damn cute too! I love going here and look forward to it every time. Helps me get through the week!

The food is always good here but I came to write a review for a different reason. DO NOT get the sweet tea here. I got one and it was old and smelled rotten and I was not expecting that it even tasted horrible. Watch out before you pay!!
