Let's start here.Noone was at the front counter to greet you!!! A young man came out of the restroom and headed behind the counter.He did not acknowledge us whatsoever!!!Finally a few minutes later a young lady with a headset came to take our order.We were making decisions and she was not very helpful.She described the large Cheesesteak that we would be getting. There was no lettuce, no tomato, no mushroom and no mayonnaise. The sandwich was sparsely covered in meat, cheese, onion and green pepper.It was very dry!Boneless wings were hard as a rock, but they threw in extra.I was not impressed.Fries with bacon were good.The dining area was a wreck! The restroom was a wreck with no toilet paper and used hand towels all over the place!!!WE, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!This place was great when they opened. Good portions, excellent bone in wings.I'm not sure what is going on, but I won't give them one star!Management needs to definitely step up on this place!!!And there was trash all over the ground outside. Overflowing the trashcans as well!

We had two original Philly steaks. They were dry, overly salty and lacked flavor. We got regular onion on one and extra on the other and couldn't see a difference. The lack of cheese on a cheesesteak was appalling. The service was fine. Slower than I would have liked but the staff was nice. Restaurant was clean and bright and easy to see from the street.

I struggled with this rating , the food was great, hot fresh and delicious, the wings were cooked perfectly. The young lady who took our order was nice and patient as it was our first time at this restaurant. The young man came back and checked on us after serving us our food. The establishment was clean. My complaint are two very minor ones that either the owner or manager would need to correct... which is why I changed my rating from a 1 star to 4....1. The place is freezing, the thermostat is set to 58 which shouldn't be allowed, the employees were in sweaters and you could tell they were cold. Although they didn't complain my feet were so cold they were almost numb..It was 56 degrees outside and warmer to sit outside with the sun then inside. This in its own, would detour people, the lobby should be comfortable and welcoming. 2. No paper towels in the bathrooms? Super odd. It's the small things that add up to the big picture. I would recommend this place "to-go" only.... Unless your an eskimo.

Super rough night for this location. Lobby was a complete mess, dirty tables, spills, food and napkins on the floor. I went to get ice and about threw up in my mouth! The ice machine was nasty! If the visible ice machine looks like that I don't want to imagine the soda nozzles! Giving 2 stars because surprisingly the food was good. just hope the kitchen was cleaner than the soda machine.

New location opened in Clearwater on gulf to bay between us19 and belcher.I was excited to have a Philly cheesesteak place to break up the monotony of hamburgers and chicken. I finally stopped today when I was alone and nobody else could have an opinion where to go Lol I have to say that I'm a little bit underwhelmed and disappointed.I got the SMALL traditional Philly cheesesteak which still set me back $8 just for the sandwich which based on what I got I felt is a little overpriced.The flavor was ok but I expected better from a place that specializes in these sandwiches. Needed more mayo and fresh bread.Honestly, it wasn't any better than what I've had at Subway and that's pretty bad.I also have to question anybody who owns a cheesesteak place and tries to put lettuce, pickles and tomato on a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Just No! Those things don't belong! Thankfully I was warned and ordered mine without.I most likely won't be returning unless I'm really craving a cheesesteak and it's the easiest option. The rest of the menu outside of sandwiches didn't look good to me personally. This was very disappointing

Yelp asks "Do you recommend this restaurant?" My response is YES- But mostly for the lemonades and the ultimate cheese fries. They make a great combination even without a sandwich! Those ultimate fries come with cheese sauce, bacon and ranch, and that's the only way you should have them! Wash those down with a strawberry lemonade. It has real fruit in it, and contains the perfect amount of sweet to tart! Now let's talk about how unique this Charley's location is to me- I had NEVER seen a stand-alone Charley's (with a drive thru) before in my entire life. The only Charley's I've ever seen have been located in mall food courts. So, this is pretty neat considering you can get food from here without having to exit your vehicle! To top it all off, every single time I visit I enjoy fast and friendly service. I love the concept, and I love this location!

The service is definitely short staffed so if you do t have the time I would suggest going somewhere else not in a rude way but helpful we waited over 35 in the drive Thru for our food and when we got out food everything was hot we got the chili boneless and medium boneless wings and also a order of bacon cheese fries that didn't have any bacon on the and also a Phillip with just meat and cheese the wings were delicious but the fries were very limp not from the cheese but in general not cooked very long and the sandwich was okay but the wings were the star of the meal

A good stop for a philly and fries. The sandwich was a decent philly. The fries were hot. The service was good. The place could have been cleaner but they have a sign up about how they are short staffed. All in all, not bad but also wouldn't make me rush back.
