We walked in an the young girl in the register didn't even greeted and totally ignored us . ( not even a hello ) After 5 minutes of standing waiting to be acknowledged , we decided to use the self service screen to place our order . ( there was literally 2 other people inside , place was empty) . After we placed the order we waited 25 min for our food , after the long wait, it was finally brought to our table , we order a small Philly cheesesteak and Regular Philly cheesesteak, large fries and to 2 sweet tea .Both of our cheesesteak were cold ( bread , meat and cheese ) food look by the cold cheese , both of our cheesesteaks had been seating out for a while . I was extremely disappointed on lack of customer service as well as the food . We will not be returning to this particular location.

Well don't believe the hours of service.... 8:40 and they are closed...... if people can't trust your hours you will lose business on a regular basis.

Thought we'd give Charley's another shot, had a BOGO coupon. They were busy at lunch, everyone trying their hardest, with the owner/manager yelling and running back and forth. The cashier was super kind, but got our order mixed up and charged us the wrong amount. We tried to get that fixed and she was too slammed to stop and help. The line guys all wore gloves, but wiped the sweat off their upper lips and foreheads with their palms and grabbed sandwiches, meats and cheeses. A drive through order was mixed up and the person working the register walked the box back over to the prep line and tossed the chicken fingers back into the bin. Door was bland. Sorry, won't be back l.

this place is amazing everybody was so nice the wings are the best same thing as the sandwich i always go there the food is wonderful the parking is a busy but we found a perfect parking spot its very clean the workers are focused and doing a great job.

Service was horrible. The lady that was cleaning the lobby closed it around 8:20. Mopped the floors without a caution sign. And told us to leave out the door near drive thru that has a blind spot to on coming cars and my 2 year old could've go hit. Ava I think her name was didn't care and said "well it has a side walk your fine" and continued to say " get your fat fucks out of here" don't understand how you could be rude when someone asked a question. And the gentleman light skin with afro hair was also rude. This is the second time I've come to this location and the young lady was rude. I see you have horrible reviews for her maybe you should take action with her if she's going to treat all your customers like this.
