CAVA

After a great run, my friends and I decided to refuel at Cava, and it was the perfect choice. Their bowls are not only delicious but packed with fresh ingredients that really hit the spot. The flavors were amazing, and it felt good to have such a healthy, satisfying meal after our workout. The ambiance was lively, and the music made the experience even better--lots of groovy tunes that set an upbeat vibe.A special shoutout to Jade, who made our visit memorable too, she was very attentive and gave great recommendations for next time we come:)

CAVA is a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant. Think chipotle but better. It's a super quick grab and go meal but this location has plenty of seating if you'd prefer to stay. I'm just usually popping in for something quick. The process is like any build your own venue. You choose a base, grain, protein, dips (i.e hummus), toppings (so many options here) and sauces (again so many options). The food is consistently fresh, the service is usually very friendly and I've never had any issues. It's my understanding they have a few locations in the area but I have appointments near this spot so it's usually my go-to. Worth the try if you're looking for something fast, casual and honestly (in my opinion) super affordable for the quality and size of the meal. I snagged two bowls to go so I could have the extra one for lunch tomorrow.

Happily surprised by my salad. I can't wait to make another bowl. I especially like the eggplant.

For a 1st timer, CAVA will be overwhelming with all the varities and options. However, this review is for my 2nd time going to CAVA, different location and totally different vibe because it was in downtown Tampa. This place is excellent for anyone with dietary restrictions or needs. They serve HUGE portions which means LEFTOVERS! It even tasted better the next day. The food is definitely fresh and I am a huge fan of the cucumber mint lime drink! Delicious!

Super delicious fresh food, great service and amazing lemonades. My favorite lemonade is a mix of Bluberry Lavender/ Cucucmber Mint/ Classic lemonade -- just sooo good and not too sweet. Great locations, seats available inside and outside. The best place to eat super delicious bowl with fresh ingredients of your choice. Plenty of meat and veggies options both for meat lovers and vegetarians.

I came in a few month ago with my BF and I was so overwhelmed by the options I just let him order/eat and I missed out!! A friend suggested it this week and I looked at the website; holy grail of Cava information!!! The build your own bowl choice gives in depth descriptions of every single item and how best to compile your bowl. After about 45 min I finally made all my choices and the website made it easy to order for grab and go pick up (although now I can also order in person!). The food was SO fresh, healthy and the chicken had quite the kick! I felt full? Energized and ready for the afternoon which is not usually the case after eating a bowl! Already can't wait to try another bowl and love that each one comes with a little complimentary side of pita! Great place and easy location for pick up!

LOVE CAVA. I only give it a 3 star review because every time I order online to be delivered some items are missing or I'm not getting the extra protein I pay for. In store, it's always a great experience however price is different every time I go. Just wish there was more consistency on quantity and price, please pay closer attention to online orders.

First time getting a pita wrap at Cava! Typically a huge bowl girl, but was feeling like switching it up this time. The wrap was delicious, but SO MESSY! I ended up having to eat it with a fork and knife! However, the pita was nice and soft, and I loved everything I put in the wrap - just a messy meal. Will probably stick to bowls for the most part, but I liked being able to try something new!

I love cava! I usually to to the one on 4th street in st Pete. This location is not clean, lettuce was rancid and the meat was very very very fatty. I'll still come back but not to this location

The manager T was working the line and preparing the food. I have never seen such good customer service. I asked her about the pita crisps and she said they would take about five minutes. I then sat down to go eat, not wanting to wait and she brought over a cup of pita Chris for me, knowing I wanted them. To go out of her way was extremely thoughtful. I then went to go thank T again and she was helping out new customers letting them sample food. After working at chipotle I can understand that it is quite difficult to serve with the smile on my face, but she did that and more. She deserves raise and is a great look for the company. I will definitely come back soon.
