Carrollwood Country Club

Ok this place is on another level! I can't review it based on golf since we didn't play a round but the course did look like it was in exceptional shape. We came here for an early Fourth of July celebration with our friends and they didn't miss anything! The first hole was used for food and beverage tents as well as a rides, petting zoo and tons of kids blow up houses. Later in the evening, they held an extravagant firework show on hole 9. The club house is beautiful! Super clean, staff were very kind, even with 100's of people for the big event. If we were looking for a country club in this area, this would be it! The community, family friendliness and organization were top notch! Looking forward to coming back and playing a round when it's cooler.

Except for the sandwiches & burgers, I can not/will not ever recommend this place for a It has never stood out to me. Their raw shrimp offerings never comes with fresh ground hoarse reddish, nor do their spicy bloody Mary's. They take cheap short cuts with a Tobasco bottle. If you do request fresh hoarse it takes forever.to get any.Their raw oysters are the largest I've seen, with no taste at all. In addition the kitchen doesn't even bother to loosen the abductor muscle.The salmon moose on that tiny round of a cucumber was an insult at $3 per sliceThe staff was helpful, but, their hands were tied.

Great course conditions and food. The club house is always kept to its best, very clean.

Very friendly staff. The facilities are nice, the clubhouse and bar areas. Not unlike most Concert Golf facilities, they are rarely open/staffed though.Practice range was closed for some reason this most recent visit.Three 9-hole courses that are in good shape, greens a bit sketchy but roll relatively true at average speeds.If you are coming out from Tampa it's a bit of a drive but nothing too crazy.Overall a good experience, mostly due to the staff.

We play in a Wednesday night league there. You don't have to be a member to play. Save your initiation fees. They'll let you play if you talk to pro shop. Greens are usually in good shape, but the fairways need attention as they are thin and often marked off with paint for GUR. Their cart paths are in pretty bad shape and ball washers are hard to find. They have a beverage cart service but the service is so sporadic we bring our own. A good place to golf but not worth a membership for sure.Landscaping is a bit spartan for a country club. Definitely not something they invest in. TVs on their patio don't work and the roof leaks. Their pub area is boring and bland, but the food is pretty good. It looks like a public course facility from a clubhouse perspective.

Nice clay court tennis area with 8 courts. Never used the pool, but nice size with sun bathing area and a small cafe for burgers and beers. Clubhouse has a pro shop and a great bar and restaurant which has half price burgers and drafts on Sunday!

Great golf course amazing service great food amazing practice facility and a even better locker room

This is an excellent tennis golf and social club . The staff is competent and friendly . The facilities well maintained . The elevated views from the long porch , where food and drinks are served , provides one of the best vistas in the area.
