Carrabba's Italian Grill

We don't typically go to Carrabas But they had a whiskey dinner, so we had to go.Now we are hooked. Every Carrabba's has a monthly menu, and so far we have always left full, learn about the wine (or bourbon) and great food and service! The Carrabba's Italian has it independent building that is very beautiful decorated for their customers. We were here for dinner for two 3 courses meal and a take home meal special. It is a great deal to do it. I got the 7 oz Sirloin steak with broccoli and the pasta. It was delicious. My app is the mama chicken soup. My wife has the grilled chicken top with mushrooms sauce. Love it. The meal is big for three courses. We have our appetizers to go. We also got the to go order meal with affordable deal to got along with this 3 course meal. It turn out my wife doesn't need to cook next day. Service is really good. That include no much of wait for the food. The dining hall is wide open and you can see the actions from the kitchen. Love it.

Unfortunately this happen last night. Cut my lip and lightly chipped by back tooth on this zip tie in the chicken soup. Watch out, it could have been a choking situation if some kid have received this soup. Usually have good service here, but this experience had put a bad taste in my mouth and ruin the evening with my date and myself. So, watch out anyone who dines here in the future.

Invited by a friend for lunch my husband and I met here. I ordered the three menu deal. I had the mother's chicken soup a Caesar salad and what was described as shrimp scampi. My husband had a steak sandwich with fries when asked if he wanted soup as well he said yes when we got the bill the bowl of soup was seven dollars. Now it's cold outside so you would think that the waitress would come over and say is everything OK? Both soups were cold, and since we were never checked we could not send it back .Our friends lunch was mediocre at best as well. Her soup was cold. The shrimp scampi came in a sludge sauce. Nothing I've ever seen before incredibly salty as well. The toast along with the shrimp scampi was just laden with salt and some sort of Italian spice. The waitress was hurried, even though it was not busy at all for lunch at 2:30 in the afternoon. I would not return. I was not happy at all with the level of service nor the items. Price was right parking was good. That's all I got from this place.

If I could give this place 500 stars I totally would! This is such an amazing all around restaurant. The staff, the food, the drinks, the vibe- all great. Every time I go, we are treated with top notch service, the food is always made to perfection, and the drinks are incredible. I usually attend their wine dinners and have never been disappointed with anything at this Carrabba's. Make sure you try their new arancini and their Old Fashioned- you'll love them!

Server was overworked. They sat a 12+ top right next our 8 person part with the same server with us sitting down under 5 min of each other. The server made no attempt to ask about our food and had no assistance on clearing plates. 4/8 entrees were cold and 1 came out incorrectly. Wish there was any management to assist in this or to check on their customers. Would avoid eating here further unfortunately.

Taylor was training someone but she was still amazing- pleasant and professional. I have low expectations when I go to chain restaurants but they exceeded my expectations. All of the entrees were delicious. I had the chicken Bryan which had goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes with lemon butter and my husband got the linguini positano which looked like it was growing as he ate it. My parents are vegan and they were plenty of options for them too.

Ever wish for the freedom to express yourself while still getting the formal dining experience? Come in after a long sunburned day at the beach for a nice bowl of pasta. Switch out any red sauce for Alfreda or roasted garlic cream sauce if you've had enough red for the day. Currently enjoy a strawberry Rose sangria that is pleasant to taste and look at. Don't stop at the drinks. Steak, chicken or pastas. Vegetarians enjoy the large eggplant that is eggcelent. Try the new limited time short rib Marsala. The short rib falls off the fork like Humpty Dumpty. Scampi on over for a relaxed elegant meal and kind prompt service.

My husband and I visited your Carrabba's in Lutz last night to commemorate our wedding anniversary and celebrate my new manager promotion. I've visited Carrabba's time after time to enjoy the food and ambience anytime there was a momentous occasion worth celebrating. This time I'm mortified by the quality of food that was served. I was unable to finish the Johnny Trio meal that I'd ordered and opted to take the rest of it home. Upon arriving home in better lighting, I opened my food container and began eating the rest of the chicken only to find that it was pink on the inner parts of the chicken breast. Not acceptable! The meat is clearly raw and not cooked all the way through. I gave two stars because the service was great however I can't get over being served raw chicken.

On three different occasions, including today we have ordered delivery from this Carrabba's only to find items missing that we specifically requested in our order. The employees shouldn't take for granted the importance of fulfilling a customer's order as requested, especially when the order exceeded $80.00. It's sad that there appears to be very little or no quality control with delivery orders to ensure accuracy at this Carrabba's location, most likely the person that is collecting and packing your order doesn't care because they think that issues with the order will not be reported back to the restaurant. If you order delivery from this location through Door Dash, call the restaurant after you get confirmation that the order is fulfilled properly. You shouldn't have to do that, but whoever the person is that is supposed to be collecting and placing the order in a bag for pick up is not ensuring the order is complete.Good luck!
