Carolinas Cuban Cafe

Carolinas Cuban Cafe feels like the heart of a family-owned business, and I love supporting places like this. The friendly atmosphere hits you the moment you walk in, with warm smiles and welcoming vibes all around. I ordered their Cuban sandwich, and it was fantastic--authentic, flavorful, and perfectly pressed. I paired it with some yucca fries, which were a real treat: crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right.If Yelp allowed half stars, I'd happily give this place a 4.5, but since I have to round, I'll go with 4 stars. The food and service are both excellent, but there's always room for a little extra polish. Still, this is a spot I'll definitely revisit when I'm craving Cuban comfort food!

Seriously!! The food is so fresh and flavorful here it's insane! We started with the appetizer sampler platter which was huge and pretty much filled us up. The croquettes were tender inside, crisp outside and packed with deliciousness. The beef empanada was amazing, the chunks of pork were tender, moist, and delicious. The "ball" was amazing. Picadillo center surrounded by mashed potatoes and deep fried! It was the size of a baseball. So much good food on one plate. We also got the Boliche and Picadillo plates. Fantastic dishes!! The Boliche was so tender and flavorful it will be hard not to order it every time!! Unfortunately the same is true for the Picadillo, lol. The portions are very good size. We brought home lunch for the next day. The come as you are ambiance and great service make this place a neighborhood gem go to spot!

Just a small little place in a strip mall. Like so many businesses in these malls you have to know where they are. Lucky for us we had a friend tell us about this place where we could get a real cup of Cuban coffee. It was fresh, hot and delicious. This is the place to go.

Stumbled upon this cute Cuban restaurant during my quick stay in Hudson. I ordered the Carolinas sandwich and it did not disappoint. The Caronlina's sandwich is pretty much a cubano but with extra sausage. The bread is made fresh and the pork is moist. This place is a must try in the area. Next time I will be ordering the garlic pork with rice and beans. Another customer next to us ordered it and it looked phenomenal

Very nice place. Food is delicious and portions are big. Staff is very friendly , checking in on us frequently and refilling our water cups. Restaurant looks clean and decorated Cuban style. We enjoyed our meal and will be back. Highly recommend.

Cute little Cuban place new to the neighborhood or at least to me! Delicious food, prompt service, generous portions. 5 of us between the ages of 19 and 85 were pleased.

Everything was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious. I got the classic Cuban. The restaurant was clean, service was absolutely amazing without being overbearing. From the looks of it they have a booming takeout business. Good sign of a restaurant is how clean they keep their bathrooms. What a cute little gem in Port Richey! I swear, the way Tampa Bay is growing, we can only expand out or up at this point, so I am very happy to say that Port Richey is getting on the band wagon of yummy spots.The cuban is under $10, huge, and has a good amount of (juicy) meat on top.The fries are also only a few dollars for a nice little side to split, because that cuban is either going to fill you up if you eat it in one sitting, or it's 2 meals... if you have a smaller stomach or are a quitter (kidding).Inside seating, plenty of parking, friendly service, & clean.Check it out and you can definitely have a solid Cuban sandwich - which, rumor has it, started in TB!

Second time here and it just keeps getting better. Cubano was on point and so were the empanadas. Wish I lived closer.

I'm Cuban so I'm very picky. this is one of the best Cuban restaurants I've ever been to. best Cuban sandwiches as well. people are so nice.
