Atmosphere - very nice. Located in a strip mall, the restaurant is not viewable from the street. The restaurant is larger than you might expect. The place is bright and cheerful. Service - Very good! Our server was pleasant and attentive.Food - Very good. I ordered the Canopy Road Special with an extra egg. I ordered the eggs scrambled with hash browns, sausage patty and an English Muffin. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and everything was hot. The breakfast was pretty basic, but everything tasted great. The hash browns were particularly good.Overall Value - very good. The combination of nice atmosphere, very good service and food, along with reasonable prices, make this restaurant a very good value

Monday - 10:30 am, not crazy busy.Asked for a seat of two, she asked me to wait a couple minutes, no problem, I'll be right outside the door, she said ok great.3 more groups of peeps came in and she sat them ahead of my party of two.I mentioned it to her, she had no logic.Ordered sausage biscuits and gravy,Zero sausage in the gravy. Asked the waitress about it and not sure what verbal garbage she tried explaining to us.Will go to Himes, hear they have sausage.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Canopy Road restaurant in Riverivew/Brandon area. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with excellent service that made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful selection of breakfast options, and my boys were particularly impressed by the chocolate chip pancakes, which were both delicious and satisfying. Another standout dish was the avocado toast with goat cheese, a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving more. All the food items were very generously served. The only thing I wish was different is for the bread to be toasted as the bread on my toast was soft. The atmosphere was also very bright and pleasant, creating a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Overall, I would recommend this simple breakfast joint for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast experience with top-notch service by Alexis and a cozy atmosphere.

Went to this new location for brunch. I'm not sure why but this is the 3rd or 4th breakfast restaurant to open at this location. The Canopy Road Cafe has completely remodeled the space. The new space is modern and bright. I ordered the:Breakfast QuesadillaSautéed peppers & onions, crisp bacon, scrambled eggs and shreddedcheddar melted in a grilled tortilla.Served with fresh salsa and sour creamIt was very good and generously filled, but I thought it could've used less oil. It was dripping oil. This was a large dish and I could only eat half!! I ordered it with crispy hash brown potatoes which were perfectly cooked. They are open for breakfast and lunch. They offer breakfast all day and offer sandwiches, salads & burgers for lunch.

Came here for a late breakfast during the week.This restaurant is brand new. Very modern, lightand airy. Place was about 30 % filled.Food and service were very good. I had a breakfast quesadilla which was largeand generously filled. I chose the hash brown potatoes.The meal was delicious. The coffee came hotand was good. They serve flavored creamer.Our server was friendly and did a great job.The menu has mostly breakfast items, but thereis enough lunch items to choose from. Most diners were eating breakfast at lunch. There is outside covered seating. Plenty of parking right in front.

What a great morning breakfast spot. Very clean, friendly staff, and great food. Makayla was our waitress and was so sweet to our family and very attentive. The food was delicious, definitely try the cinnamon roll, so fluffy and came out warmed. I will be dreaming about it and most definitely be back for it!

Met a dear friend here for a late breakfast. Cute place, large booths, tables & high top seating. We had a darling waitress (Mikayla) that was professional, considerate, took her time explaining our options and made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. We both customized our skillets from the suggested omelette menu and she made us feel like they would do anything we asked. No burden for substituted items. Food was excellent, hot, fresh, delicious and exactly what we order. The menu has sweet treats, savory down home favorites, comfort food and some southern traditional dishes. Biscuits & gravy, fried green tomatoes, cinnamon rolls, crab cakes, avocado toast and bagel + lox are some of the items. This place would be perfect for breakfast/brunch with girlfriends, date breakfast or lunch. Truly enjoyed the experience.Brandon/Riverview location has plenty of parking, shares a lot with a hotel other restaurants, a nail salon and etc.Recommend giving this place a try when you have the opportunity.

This is my breakfast spots for work meetings outside of the house. It is a small cute cafe with friendly and warm staff. The food is freshly cooked, great portions and priced appropriately . I have had breakfast here to include pancakes, eggs to a nice juicy burger.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast on mother's Day. It's our third visit canopy road. Always a great place great food great service. My wife had her country fried steak she absolutely loved it. Compared to others he has had which is really good. Had to meet lover's omelette regrets very good omelette light and fluffy. Give it a 7.7. service is always great there it would be back a few more times. If you're in that area and you want a good breakfast stop in

I had a pleasant experience here! Dropped by right after dropping off my daughter at daycare.The outdoor dining area is lovely, and I adore the open interior, it's so bright and inviting.I asked my server to surprise me with an order, and I got the traditional breakfast, which was delicious. Plus, the cinnamon roll was huge - definitely big enough for two!Next visit, I'm planning to try something different, maybe dine outside or sit at the bar for a change of pace.Also, ended up snagging some gift cards for my daughter's teachers. Great spot for all occasions!
