Best Mexican food I've had recently! Quality ingredients, large portions. The ambience and service was terrific. Leonardo was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Plan to return soon.

Stopped in to check this place out with my wife for dinner. The restaurant is nice and clean. We were seated quickly and our waitress was professional and attentive. We order an appetizer, "The Volcano Cheese Dip", its presentation was not what was originally pictured. It was on a flat hot plate and lacked flavor. I ordered the "Super Burrito w/ Chicken" and my wife ordered the "Alhambra Shrimp" again the ingredients lacked flavor. It is a safe place to eat for Mexican fare. The food did not evoke any emotions. Hence the 3 stars! 5 out of 10 maybe a mention.

Ambiance, service and food were excellent. I enjoyed the tacos Al pastor & rice with black beans instead of refried. 9/10. Quick service and super friendly. I am more of a cilantro, limey salsa person and theirs is more peppery but still good and the chips were warm!

Fantastic, the food was great! Took 8 of my friends and Ed served us all, everyone was extremely happy with the service and food.

Excellent, authentic Mexican food. Service was so friendly and welcoming, we will definitely go here again. Some of the best Mexican food in the area.

Went to this place as a last minute decision and was pleasantly surprised. Great service and was impressed with the food. We got guacamole, fish tacos and ceviche. AllDelicious. The restaurant was clean and decorated beautifully. The drinks were good maybe a tad expensive over $8.00 for a margaritas. The "special" margaritas were higher at $14 so opted not to get those. The fried Ice cream was delicious. We will go back!!

For us nothing fabulous, but nothing atrocious so we're giving Campo Azul a middle rating. Why?Seated and greeted immediately. Table side guacamole was offered but we stayed with complimentary chips & salsa (mild)Food prices were good - there's a whole page of lunch specials. We tried #1 chili rellanos and #4 enchilada. Pepper was huge, but the layer of breading was over 1/4" thick all around (too much). I was expecting a mole or red sauce on pepper but it was verde (green)That portion of dish was hot, but the refried beans were lukewarm and had a heavy chili powder taste to them (a bit off putting to me). Meat taco was boring and crispy taco shell quickly went limp. While dining area has been completely refurbished from old seafood establishment, the new furniture is very tight - both in the sense of comfort as well as spacing. Padding on backs thick which shortens seat. And 3 chairs touching side by side gives middle seat diner no room to maneuver. Easy parking as its in a strip mall on hwy 441/27 at lady lake / summerfield line.

Great atmosphere, attentive friendly service and wonderful food. Chimichanga and birria tacos were excellent. Will be back!

This place is fantastic!! Got the fresh made guacamole at table, a pitcher of margaritas, and dinner. Was so full when left because I couldn't stop eating. Coming from IL who thought I would get such great Mexican food. Would show a picture of our country plates but we demolished them. Served was very nice and attentive.

The food was awful and bland. Staff seemed disinterested. And I saw roaches all over the place. Would never recommend. Really bad.
