This by far one of the best gems in pinellas county. The food is fresh made from scratch Italian, there are two chefs in the kitchen that welcome us when we come in! The food is amazing, chicken parm melts in your mouth, lasagna to die for and the pizza is delicious. We can't believe that not many know of this wonderful restaurant. It's just a great place for dinner, date night, and family. The service is outstanding!

Lovely Italian Restaurant on the way to St Pete's Beach with almost unbelievably good pasta. Our pizza was a very good NY style fold over with a neutral crust that framed very good sauce and cheese. However, the star of the night was their Rigatoni alla Vodka. Rigatoni was cooked to perfection with some of the richest and most delicious sauce you can imagine all while being enhanced with hints of vodka. The only bad thing of the night, besides having to leave, was the excessive 4% credit card / non cash fee.

Change your hours of availability if you are closing at 8 on a Sunday instead of showing you are open until 10. Great pasta. Had it once to go, but have made reservations twice now. And first time had a 4 top that we had a reservation for and didn't magically show up on your open table reservation. As someone who is an executive chef himself, in the industry for 24 years, I get the industry ins and outs. As a chef i appreciate good quality food when i have it. And try to support when I can. Server is very careless and it isn't good for business. I met one of the chefs and both seem fairly talented. But, with careless service and a non working reservation system, it makes your business seem as if you want good returning customers

Had the special pizza. The pie was good but the toppings were on the skimpy side. We ordered the Little Italy pizza and found it was pretty satisfying. I had onions and mushrooms added to the order but the onions were few. I think it made the pizza better but it was a good pie, nevertheless. The roasted red pepper gave it a sweet taste! I will get it again!

This was by far the weirdest dining experience of my life. I wanted to take everyone to a nice Italian dinner for our last night on vacation and thought I picked a great spot based on ratings and their website. The website is very much false advertising and so are the reviews. The food is mediocre. As one of the kids said the salad looks like lettuce you get from Subway. The portions are huge to make up for the fact that they do not get quality product. Seriously. Huge! Never seen such portions in my life. I felt like I was on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. The pasta was over seasoned with garlic and the chicken was similar to what you would get at Olive Garden... processed and not fresh.Management seems nice. The environment they are providing seems upscale however the food and service is missing the mark I think they are trying to achieve. Our waitress made passive aggressive comments. Maybe she was trying to be humorous but it just seemed weird with the don't make a mess comments. She also was too casual with her behavior such as sitting with us to take our order and needing the menu to know what we were talking about. Just wasn't professional. If management sees this I do wish you success. I think you're vision is there just the execution of it is not.

So this place was a condominium for us. There were parts of our meal that were excellent(but data, sauce, and pizza) then there were parts that were downright bad(salad, chicken, drinks) but I'm letting the good outweigh the bad. Specifically on the bad the ceaser salad had stale croutons on a creamy Italian dressing not ceaser dressing no y sure if that was on purpose??? The chicken on the pasta was plain with no seasoning and was a vein filled chicken tender like you buy in the store. So odd because the pasta and sauce tasted fresh and homemade and utterly delicious. There was no drink menu at least that we got. I just wanted an iced tea and was handed a bottle. I can understand limited space so doing bottles but at least give me a cup and ice.

O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo?Romeo is at Campanella's!Where do I start? This is my second time I have been here. We vacation 25 minutes away and we were bored of our usual, so we went on yelp and took a stab at it. The service is amazing and personal. The food is 5 stars and belongs in an upscale neighborhood...although we don't want that to happen! The caprese salad can feed 4 people. Start with a cheese pizza to get a sense of the dough, amazing! Veal parm, chicken parm, rigatoni bolognese...phenomenal. Large sides of pasta. Everything is fresh and homemade. I was debating between veal marsala or veal parm and the chef made me a tasting of the marsala before I made our decision. I would eat the marsala sauce alone as a soup because it was that tasty. Chocolate molten cake This place may be hiding in a plaza but don't pass it up. Romeo knows what he is doing!

The pizza was very good and I would have given it a five but the employees are the reason I dropped my score.Grab a pie to go, you expect maybe a few napkins, maybe some red peppers and some cheese, nope. You don't get shit, not even a thank you. Having said that, it really is good pizza and I wished the owners could find one or two employees with a personality.
