Cali Street Tacos

Got the birria tacos. They were delish. Also had the steak taco. The three tacos were definitely not enough for two but we were getting other food so I just wanted to sample this place. I'll definitely be heading back to this food truck for more!

I mean, it's like they've been perfecting this for centuries just for me.The owner is great too - the kind of person you want to thank personally for blessing your taste buds. But here's the catch: it's a food truck. So, if you're planning to get your taco fix, make sure to call ahead. Nothing ruins a day faster than taco anticipation turning into taco disappointment because they're not there. Pro tip: you can call ahead to place your order. Yes, they are that accommodating. Good food. Went Saturday at lunch and it was very busy. Only negative was it was a little slow to get my order. Order ahead. Chicken Burrito was great.

This place constantly delivers the best local tacos around. It's a place where the owner makes you not just feel like a customer but part of his extended family. The crowd knows it, we know it. It can get chaotic since the secret is out and everyone knows this place has got it. The few times the wait has been a bit longer it's simple because of the volume the business services. I'm a frequent customer and every single time the e owner engages in conversation and always make sure you feel appreciatedThe food is amazing. Hope others who haven't experienced this place get to.

I seen them on Facebook and it looked delicious, now I live in Pasco and Cali's is in Spring Hill which is 25 miles from my house, my only day off is on Wednesday. So I decide to drive out one day and see if it is as good as it looks. My sons got me into the Birria Tacos. So I order 4 Birria tacos and a quesadilla Birria, I was going to wait till I got home to share them with my sons, but about 2 miles down the road I had to pull over, cause my mouth was watering from the Amazing smell of the consumme' ( broth ). OMG!!! I'M HOOKED!!Must say Marcus ( Owner ) is a gold mine, the place is amazing, there are picnic tables for you to sit at and enjoy the greatness. So 25 miles is well worth it. And since I have found the best, I try other places around me and Nothing Compares To Cali Tacos!! Service was definitely on point as well. Please stop by this place and order! You will not regret it.
