Butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone!! Delicious on a warm June day. Hubby had salted caramel in a waffle cone. Quite a few flavors to choose from along with shakes, smoothies, cake pops, biscotti cupcakes and pieces of cake. Every thing looked yummy! Amazing cake displays! Clean inside. Pleasant counter person.

Walked into here because the sign on the front window said "chocolate". We didn't see any chocolate anywhere but decided to try their cupcakes. The cupcake was good but very tiny for the price. It was $3.50 for a very tiny cupcake. The size is deceiving in my photo, they were very small. They were about 4 bites! It seemed to be more of a ice cream store than anything else. I wouldn't go back.

Needs a serious update. Overpriced mediocre ice cream and slow service. I'd rather pay $4 for a scoop at Mayfair in the joinery.

Had a sweet tooth craving and spotted this place on the map. Exactly what was needed. The ice cream was great and purchased a sprinkled sugar cookie which was good but a mistake to eat while driving.

Well, that was a total waste of time. Shake was not any good and customer service seems to mirror what others have reported in previous post. Maybe one day when people learn to be polite, they will deserve to be a successful business in Lakeland. Made to feel unwelcome. Always try to support small business but this is one I will not have a repeat visit.

Thw ice cream and cake was great! I got Chocolate Brownie and my boyfriend got the Strawberry Cheesecake. Mine was great but his tasted a little freeze burnt. The only size you can get 2 flavors is a large. I don't remember the size I got but it was 2 scoops and I'm not sure why it was limites to 1 flavor. We took. Chocolate dulce de leches cake home. It was pretty good. Responable prices. It was like $13 for everything.

While what my friends and I ordered tasted good, the two employees/owners were extremely rude and off-putting. They acted very annoyed by our questions, kept giving us dirty looks and made rude comments. Extremely unwelcoming. Not worth another visit.

Stopped in for some ice cream and was barely greeted by the unfriendly owner and his crew. Not even a thank you. $4.80 for one scoop of average ice cream is ridiculous. Store is possibly being updated, but some type of construction is taking place. Will not return!

I bought a piece of cake and a crème horn. Both had to be over a month old. The cream was sour like it had spoiled. The cake was crunchy. I noticed the unfriendly attitude of the people working but was hoping the bakery items would taste good. I didn't read the reviews prior to going but completely agree about the rudeness and attitude of the people working not sure if they were the owners or not. Save yourself some time and money and skip this one ! I can't imagine trusting them with a wedding or special event. I wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me.

The ice cream is overlooked by the nasty attitude of the staff. I had a chocolate brownie ice cream and is tasted sugar free. Customer service should have not have been forgotten with Covid.
