"Tried Tuk Tuk on a take out Wed. Tried ordering online....wouldn't work. Called....no answer. I just went and see what was going on. Got there and everything seemed normal, open, diners and two young ladies behind the counter. "Picking up?" I was asked. I told them I had to order first and that the website or the phone wasn't working. They just shrugged their shoulders and said they knew, nothing they could do to help but they will be happy to take my order. I did and then asked what was going on. Seems that the phone and website are chronic problems. It didn't seem to hurt the business as there was a steady stream of take outs and sit downs. Now, the food. I got the drunken noodles with beef and wife got pas see ew with beef. Generous portions, very generous beef , almost all beef and veggies. I got medium heat and it was plenty spicy. Two good dishes. Can't wait to go back."
"What a great experience.. beautiful decor, friendly staff, wonderful food! A happy hour daily from 3:30 to 7:00pm, lots of options! We had spicy edamame, crispy pork belly, egg rolls, and dumplings for the table. Everything was delicious.I ordered the Ma La Shrimp (Hot & Numbing) ... variety of veggies - red/green peppers, lotus root, onion, Brussels Sprouts, etc. with several lightly battered and fried shrimp. Loved each and every bite. I will absolutely return when I come back to town!"

"I came here with my family for a late dinner on Saturday. It was all of our first time there. It took about 5-10mins for our waiter to bring us our menu after seating us. He was the only server working though, and there were 2 tables waiting to cash out. Service was overall good though.I ordered the Grouper Pad Char, which was DELICIOUS!! I usually prefer fish grilled/blackened. This one was breaded & deep fried, but the breading was super crunchy & very well-seasoned!! The sauce was awesome (medium spice), and it had lots of veggies. My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice, which was really good! He ordered it with hot spice level, which was the perfect combination that balanced out the spicy, sweet & salty flavors. My mom had cashew nut stir fry w/ pork, which she loved. The sauce on it was thinner than the sauces used at other Thai restaurants so I didn't like it as much, but it was still good. My mother-in-law ordered Chicken Pad Sew Ew. I was disappointed w/ it because the sauce was also a lot thinner & not the same flavor as what I'm used to. She loved it, but that was her first time having that dish. Overall, this is a good Thai restaurant. I would come here again if I'm at this area."
"Great place I found on Yelp while visiting the Tampa area. Service was prompt, polite, and friendly. My Drunken Noodles were served piping hot, had a great taste, and some really nice heat! (I asked for somewhere between medium and hot). My Thai Iced Sweet Tea with Cream was delicious and served not only as a nice drink with my meal, but seemed as a refreshing dessert as well (yes, it was that good, ha!). Lunch came to just $15.95 which I thought was very reasonable for as much food as I got. Seating includes booths, tables, and 3 bar stools at the front sushi bar. Melodic music played in the background over the course of my meal which added up to a very enjoyable experience. You need to check this place out! Hours are: (posted on front door)Lunch:Monday-Saturday. 11:30am-2:30pmDinner:Monday-Thursday. 4:30pm-9:30pmFriday-Saturday. 4:30pm-10:00pm Sunday. Closed"
"Visited here for the first time yesterday. Restaurant was clean, cool and relaxing. Service was absolutely excellent and fish was fresh and delicious. Boyfriend and I both got the Phoenix roll and we also shared a small sashimi appetizer with my daughter. The Phoenix roll was delicious but other pics I have seen posted had allot more tuna that what was in our rolls and would have enjoyed even more if there was a little more tuna.We also.ordered a side of fried rice to share...add in a little soy and yum yum sauce...mix and delishWill definitely be back to try some more goodies. We all lived the free appetizer they bring out right away with clear soup as well...great touches!"
"Cozy little place. When you walk in the place is decorated in traditional Thai decor. The lighting is not super bright. Our group had 5 and we all enjoyed our dishes. The portions were perfect and prices were reasonable. Three of us ordered the drunken noodles and everyone cleaned their plates. The paid Thai needed more lime but that's easily remedied. We got there right before lunch on a Wednesday and they got our food out in no time. As we were leaving a large group came in and the staff seemed to handle the rush just fine."
"This local restaurant in the small shopping plaza in North Tampa is a delight! The sushi chef has the freshest fish locally. The waiter and the owner always come over and check on us. The food is delicious. It's priced right friendly atmosphere. It can be very quiet during the week, which is fabulous if you want an intimate dinner. All the food is fresh fresh fresh! Did notice a few items for sale behind the counter in the back from Nepal handstitched."
"Overall *** 2.75 Weighted Stars. While I may consider getting takeout I definitely wouldn't return to dine in. Our service was disappointing and the food not good enough to warrant a return trip to deal with it. Be aware that they do not have a liquor license and you cannot bring anything in. Additionally although it is in the name there is no sushi on the menu.Setting ** It's actually nicer inside than the lower end strip mall location might suggest. The restaurant has dark wood paneling and many booths for added intimacy. I'm only going 2 Stars here due to the cleanliness level. The ceiling tiles are water stained with many out of place but it was the bathroom that really turned me off, particularly the light switch plate (see photo).Service ** Granted our server was seemingly the only one working and dealing with the phone, take out orders and tables was a bit much. However she was borderline nasty and we had an excessive amount of confusion with our order. Each item seemed to come out in a haphazard manner and there were stretches we were left wondering if we were going to get what we ordered or if there was another miscommunication.Food *** The Tom Yum soup was very good as was the cucumber salad, our entrees all were a letdown though. Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice all suffered from the same fate, they just had no flavor. Without adding lots of condiments it's like we are eating nothing. The Won Ton Soup was loaded with bean sprouts so if you are not a fan of those like me you may want to ask them not put them in. Value *** Entrees we're about average in my book at $15.95, small cups of soup at $6 each I feel was pricey."
"Delicious food. Taste the fried rice but make it a little spicy. It was so good. The pad Thai was really good also."
"Spent the day in St Pete at museums and ended up here for a late dinner. Service was good with the exception of waitress putting the other couples spring rolls on our check. We did try the spring rolls and they were very good, flavorful, crispy hit and a sweet dipping sauce. For your main entree you pick your protein, chicken, pork, beef, tofu or seafood them your sauce. They had several choices. I had pork with ginger sauce that came with a variety of fresh veggies and jasmine rice. It was good, my hubby had sweet and sour chicken which I liked better than my sauce. It too came with fresh veggies and the white rice and the chicken was not breaded so it was light for a sweet and sour. Other couple had the seafood with veggies and fried rice and a plain veggie mixture with the rice. We were all pleased with our choices."
"I finally made time to stop in and wish I hadn't waited so long. We had a table of 2 for lunch around noon on a weekday. There was no wait but please note the restaurant is out of a converted home and the other tables that were available filled up shortly after. The lady running the show was unbelievably personable, stopping by to chat and made us feel so welcome to be there. I started with a thai tea which was a good serving size and rich and tasty as expected. We ordered the tofu fresh rolls to start, order came with 2 and dipping sauce. They were pretty standard fare. I had tofu panang as my entree and it was Delicious! I've never had thai food served in an elevated platter w a warmer underneath, and a ladle. It stayed hot and tasty and I felt pretty fancy, not gonna lie. My friend ordered Tom Kha soup with shrimp which she devoured and fried rice which looked good but fairly standard. We did not have room for dessert. I love the intimacy of this restaurant and that they have fresh herbs and vegetables growing on the property. I don't remember exactly but I think there were only 5 or 6 tables and about as many parking spots so you'll probably know if their full before getting inside but probably worth calling ahead to check before heading over."
"Came upon this place by chance when visiting some other stores in the plaza where it is located. Thai food sounded good when dinner time rolled around and I was out running errands. The inside is decorated very well and we were seated very promptly upon arriving. Food also came out rather quickly and was very fresh and flavorful. I had the hot pepper basil chicken, which is usually my go to at any Thai restaurant that offers it. The portion was plentiful and accompanied by enough rice to go with the dish. Service was great and this will be a new go to Thai spot for me when in the area."

This quaint little restaurant is ducked off in a plaza, but don't let their humble location fool you. This is very good quality food. The service was top-notch and very quick to greet us. I came here mainly for chicken wings, which were absolute gas. I'm definitely recommending this to anyone who is looking for good wings in the Riverview area. I also had, their pink drink and tea, which were both delicious and refreshing. All the food I have pictured is absolutely great quality. You can tell that everything is fresh and homemade. I love that they have lunch specials as well and everything is very fairly priced. They definitely have a new regular.

I had been craving Thai food for god knows how long and when I was looking up some good Thai places in the area, this one popped up! I immediately went to try their stuff during their happy hour (even though I didn't really get anything off their HH menu). The service was great, our server was lovely, and the restaurant itself is super cozy. The food came out and it was so fresh and delicious- I had been wanting drunken noodles (pad ke mao) for a while and this dish was amazing. I got mild spiciness and it was perfect. My friend's sushi looked incredible ($31 for four rolls of sushi) and the mango sticky rice was to die for (just a suggestion to make the rice a little softer because it had a lot of bite, but the flavor was amazing). Can't wait to go back and try the panang curry!

We ordered from Uber Eats to try a new local Thai restaurant. We ordered Crab Rangoons, Thai Wings, Lemongrass Chicken and Pumpkin Curry Shrimp. Everything was delicious and fresh. The only thing I would change is that the description listed everything in the curry sauce. I could've done without the pineapple chunks since the pumpkin already has a sweetness , but that's a matter of preference. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

The food was absolutely divine. We tried the Toyota roll and chicken pad Thai. Cozy restaurant with friendly servers. Food was out in timely manner. Server made sure to refill our water, which might sound minor but I appreciate always having water on hand. Bathrooms were clean and prices were fair. I'll def be coming back!

Nice interior and outdoor seating area, plus friendly and fast service. Had some solid veggie spring rolls and pork gyoza as appetizers that I would order again. The panang curry was on the sweet side rather than the savory side, and "hot" wasn't super spicy, so I would jump straight into "Thai hot" if you're a spice lover! Reasonable prices for downtown as well. Would return!

This is my favorite restaurant on N Dale Mabry. The lunch choices are varied, with a broad variety of sushi, Japanese and Thai dishes (though the curries have been my go-to). I like that I can get brown rice instead of white. Minimal upcharges, too.Despite rising costs everywhere, they've managed to maintain fair pricing without compromising their quality. I appreciate it when I notice a business NOT gouging when they clearly could.Along with the quality of the food, I really enjoy the calm atmosphere. It is a tranquil spot on a busy corner... a great getaway from the pace of my workday. The lighting is dim, the music is soft and appropriate. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Ahi highly enough.

"I need not to forget about this Thai restaurant. It was so good. I'm still remembering how much I loved it there. I feel like they definitely have different menu options compared to the usual traditional Thai dishes you see everywhere. I ordered a chicken tom kha soup, shrimp in a pot and my hubby ordered the Thai fried chicken here. Seriously so many unique flavors from this food.Service was great and welcoming and it's a nice cool spot. It wasn't crowded at all when we went.I need to go back here!! Definitely a place I will want to try more from."
"We dined here on a Saturday around 1 pm. The restaurant is small but had a variety of table sizes and two outdoor tables. It was clean and they had cute decorations. The sushi menu is pretty large. We started with the appetizer sampler platter. The crab Rangoon was my favorite but they were all tasty and crispy! Very fresh. We had three sushi rolls: Mexican, Tampa and Super crunch roll. The rolls had just the right amount of rice to ingredient ratio. Some sushi places load the rolls up with rice and I don't like that. These rolls were excellent! The service was great. I'd eat here again for sure!"
"**** 153 ****Stopped in for lunch. The place is big and has a nice sushi prep area. Service was good, and staff really friendly. The menu is extensive, and everything looked good. Ordered the Summer Spring Rolls with shrimp, it came with some delicious peanut and sweet chili sauces. The rolls were mostly lettuce, and the shrimp was really thickly sliced, could barely taste it. Also had the Best Friends Sushi Burrito, it was delicious. Everything tasted very fresh and really well made. I'll definitely be back to try their fried rice."
"The garlic chicken lo me in is my go to when I am in St. Petersburg. It never fails to satisfy."
"Consistently fantastic! Beautiful interior, friendliest service, and grateful. What else could you ask for? My son loves their kids combo, combination of satay, chicken, fried chicken, potstickers, rice, cakes, and rice. A+ always!everything on the menu that I have tried is wonderful. My current favorite are the drunken noodles."
"This is always one of our favorite places. Consistently good food and service, lovely atmosphere."
"A winter haven classic. Thai haven always provides the best authentic Thai food around. One of my favorite parts of the restaurant is the fact that every time I come in for a meal, I am always seated upon arrival without a reservation. Not to mention the wait staff is quick and efficient and I don't wait more than 15 minutes for my food after ordering! Some of my favorites from Thai haven include their chicken pad Thai, Thai tea, fried spring rolls, and crab Rangoon! I also love how they serve their food with extra toppings on the side! Overall the restaurant isn't the most up to date or authentic to culture, but they meet my expectations every time!"
"Yummy Thai is my husbands and I go to spot and we eat here once a week. The staff is so friendly and offers generous portions. I always get the chicken pad thai and it always comes hot and bursting with flavor. The sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and spicy and coats the noodles well. The rangoons are tasty also, the addition of the curry powder adds flavor that I haven't had inside rangoons before. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area!"
"Beautiful restaurant in Wesley chapel. They have a small sushi bar and an intimate dining room. The food was delicious and very fresh. Everything is fresh and made to order. Server was very attentive and gave good recommendations. We had the Philadelphia roll and the Bomb roll. Both were excellent. They are open Mon - Thur:11:30am - 2:30pm and 4:30pm-10pmFri :11:30am - 2:30pm and4:30pm - 10:30pm, Sat : 4:30pm - 10:30pm andSun : 4:30pm - 9:30pm."
"We've eaten here several times, but the quality of food went downhill. The restaurant is decent, too bright for night time and lots of people going in to pick up food. We ordered a rice and chicken soup and the chicken is boiled, so that was a turn off. We ordered the spicy tuna and the tuna was puréed! Shocking! We both ordered diff Pad Thai and it was ok, nothing special. Not sure we'll be going back, unfortunately."
"Went for lunch. Got the mixed vegetables with chicken and shrimp pad Thai. Shrimp were too soft and small. Missed veggies were crisp. Needed more chicken. Liked the egg roll and soup."
"Ploy Thai offers great service and a welcoming ambiance. Despite being located in a nondescript plaza, the interior is beautifully decorated, giving it the feel of a nicer restaurant. We started with the miso soups and crab rangoons. Both were delicious. The rangoons had a pleasant surprise--a hint of curry sauce inside, which added a flavorful twist. The miso soup was hearty and more elevated than the typical version, making it a perfect way to start the meal. For our entrees, we tried the Panang curry and the crispy duck. The Panang curry was outstanding, and I'd definitely recommend it. The crispy duck, which was heavily promoted around the restaurant, looked great but unfortunately was extremely dry. It didn't meet expectations, especially compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, I highly recommend giving Ploy Thai a try. While the crispy duck was a bit of a letdown, the rest of the experience more than made up for it!Oh, and the Thai iced coffee was fantastic!!!"
"Delicious Thai food and very large portions. The waitstaff was very nice and helpful. Our table Ordered: veggie spring rolls, soft shell crab appetizer, thai Ice tea, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Coconut milk Soup, and Ginger sauce salmon. The salmon was the star to me personally, although the menu offered Tilapia I asked if we could get the salmon instead and they obliged. Everything was stellar, my dining companion said the soft shell crab was the best he had. Another person at our table said the Tom Kha soup was the best he's had. We have another whole meal waiting for us due to leftovers. So glad we found this gem open on Christmas"
"Wow, if you want great tasting sushi, this is the place! This is my local go to for great tasting sushi and very nice service. They do a great job at taking care of you and the place is clean. The only thing I would say negatively, is the price is higher than it should be. The quality and quantity is great, but at a higher price.I love the place and will continue to go and recommend the restaurant to others.Thomas Goldberg"
"Thanks Ryan for recommending this very tiny, very delicious and very humble hidden gem! I can't say I'm an expert in Thai food having only been to Bangkok for two days. But, I can say this is the best tasting and least expensive Thai food we've ever had in the US!You can't eat in since there are no tables! No problem! To go it is!The assortment of soups and dishes my wonderful wife ordered for us were very flavorful and sweat inducing! They were just medium heat!My pineapple fried rice was incredibly flavored and the Pad Thai was easily the most fragrant, flavorful and satisfying I've ever had in the Tampa area. Thanks Thai Mama who personally whipped up our taste sensations! Will try calling ahead nice time! Life is good with amazing Thai!"
"We have been going to this place for a couple years and love it, especially at lunch time. Their sushi rolls are amazing and the pad thai is some of the best around. Wait staff is friendly enough and the setting is relaxed but tastefully decorated. Definitely our favorite sushi spot in the area!"
"While in St. Petersburg for training, I stayed nearby and had no desire to drive around, attempting to find food to eat for dinner after sitting in a classroom for 9 hours. I utilized many delivery services for my dining needs. I found Bangkok on one of those sites. I will say I enjoyed their food so much, I ordered from them twice. The food was made perfectly. The delivery issues I experienced had nothing to do with the restaurant themselves, but the service picking the food up for me. I highly recommend this place and would definitely eat here again if ever in the St Pete area again. I'd pick it up myself though. Save the fees and middle man, and tip the restaurant well."
"New favorite Thai place in Tampa!! Very mom and pop vibe with 4-5 tables. recommend trying the various fried rices. They have Khao soi which is a curry noodle soup similar to Singaporean Laksa. All the dishes are super flavorful and dinner is huge portions. There is one person manning the front, serving and taking orders. He is so nice and friendly. Palm Thai opened for at least 5 years now. Good for take out as well!"
"My husband and I went here on a whim and so glad we did. It's the best Thai food we've had. It's small yet quaint. Service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and always there if we needed them. The food is amazing. My husband and I wanted to try so many different dishes we over ordered, but they were just as good for leftovers. I highly recommend them. We will become regulars."
"I randomly stopped by this quaint little restaurant one night following one of the hurricanes. I was surprised, and thankful they were open. The service is friendly, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable. Tonight, I ordered the thai salad and garlic fried chicken. I'm starving and I can't wait to finish devouring this deliciousness. Everything I've had here has been downright delicious. Aaannnnddddd, I'll be back."
"Been to Masa three times. We have been pleased every time. The minute you walk in you're greeted. We've been seated promptly and a server arrives quickly with a menu and your drink order. The food comes out quickly and steaming hot! Then comes the good part, very tasty and nice size portions. On our last visit we had chicken lomein and Basil shrimp. Both were excellent! Of the 4 Asian restaurants in Spring Hill this has the very best food. Five stars"
"The good is always good here. I only ever get sushi or green shrimp curry so I am only basing my review on that. Nice restaurant and setting. Typical Thai with knickknacks on shelving and around the restaurant."
"Need to update this to 5 stars! Asian Yummy House is consistently delicious food. This is my fave Chinese restaurant in the area. This past year, I've been trying a few of the other small takeout Chinese restaurants nearby. Asian Yummy House is still the best. We ordered takeout. My food was ready when I arrived to pick it up 20mins after I ordered it. Salt & pepper calamari was pretty good. Shredded pork w/ green beans is always good. I think I order this almost every time. Chicken w/ eggplant in garlic sauce was delicious... first time ordering this & I love it! Today was also the first time I ordered beef chow fun, and that was DELICIOUS also! If you've never been here, you need to check it out. I need to dine in again some time. It's nice inside & they offer a lot of seating."
