"I have been to Parkshore several times now, and I have to say it has not once disappointed. It's in a fantastic location right in downtown St. Pete very close to the pier. Great area to walk around and then come for an equally great meal.Inside the restaurant is pretty upscale and much nicer than you'd expect from the outside. Honestly, between the name and the look from outside this is never a place that would catch my eye, but I'm glad that I decided to try it one fateful day.Everything I've tried has been so high quality. In my most recent visit I got salmon pasta, and the salmon was cooked to perfection, it was marvelous. The service is good and everyone is friendly, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. You can make reservations, which is probably recommended for when they get busy. And inside their bar area is pretty cool too. Again, so unexpected from just a glance at the outside, but don't be fooled by this book cover, because the inside is certainly more than meets the eye!"
"I came out here for a very special Christmas Eve dinner. I picked this place out due to it being right in the heart of the very scenic Hyde Park, which boasts a lot of festive Christmas decorations, and that it's been a place of interest of mine for some time. Best of all, is that I can take my sweet, precious Muffin with me since Dec. 23 is basically our anniversary together, and it's only proper that I enjoy a lovely meal with her by my side. Now, what surprised me is that the menu I thought would be available to me for tonight wasn't, so this review is a tad of a disclaimer, nonetheless, it's a good sneak peek of the great work they do!I really wanted to try their duck confit, but apparently, it wasn't available, so I went with what I thought was the next best thing. Their G-Life pasta and the black truffle kale salad. I start off with the salad, which was incredible! Crunchy, light, yet rich and complex from the parmasean cheese and truffle, it was the perfect size where I wasn't way too full to enjoy my main course. Which is why I'm very grateful my lovely server recommended I go with this plus the pasta when I was deliberating. Up next, I got the pasta. The fettucine indeed tasted very fresh, with colorful veggies and a light yet also flavorful cream sauce. It certainly rivaled what I've had when I was in Italy, and the plating and presentation brought me back there. Now, I wasn't trying to be ironic by ordering an entire vegetarian meal. After all, Meat is in their name. Rest assured, I'm determined to return for that Duck Confit dish. But, I think it is worth noting that the incredible vegetarian dishes are a testimony to the quality of food here, so even if I'm not feeling like meat, I'll know whatever I get will wow me."

"My parents came for a visit and my dad had some foods he never tried but wanted to. One being escargot. It was amazing. I've always sworn by Charley's escargot but this was better. The lasagna and cod sandwich were also great. WillBe back to try steaks"
"When we initially walked into the dining room I was immediately turned off by the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes from the casino. The food and service however were excellent!!! Every single thing we ate was delicious and well prepared. Our server and his assistant were very tentative. For those reasons I would return. I would think that such a high end restaurant could somehow figure out how to keep the place smelling good and not like smoke. Also, it's extremely hard to get a reservation and yet the restaurant was about half full the entire time we were there."
"Light out 10/10 food and service. A hidden treasure and perfect setting for a family meal. Price was amazing!!!!An absolute MUST ... I will be here every time I visit Tampa!"
"It's definitely a must-go! We thought we wanted to carry it out, but we figured out quickly why they don't allow their food to be put in a box! There is tremendous love and heart in every delicious morsel! The atmosphere was as fantastic as the food!"
"Steak is delicious and so were the sides. Service was great, very professional. It reminded me of Bern's."
"With a desire to sit outside the reserved table took a little longer than expected, but that was okay. It was good to start at the bar and be called over when it was ready. Sitting outside on a Saturday night in April had the bonus of listening to the wedding party still going on full tilt below. The CAESAR - chopped baby romaine, shaved parmesan, tomato confit, brioche croutons, reggiano tuile, housemade dressing, to start was amazing. I have never had tomato confit like that before. Wow!For my main I had the Gulf Grouper - roasted corn & poblano risotto, foraged mushrooms, artichokes, heirloom tomato, aged goat gouda, lobster béarnaise which was perfect. Plus, I had a small taste of the CHILEAN SEA BASS - pan-seared, spaghetti squash, scampi butter also at the table. Though I still preferred mine you couldn't go wrong with either choice.Overall, from start to finish it was a great experience and service outside was excellent."
"Driving from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa, we were looking forward to a lunch stop for catfish and hush puppies. We usually go to Catfish Country, but decided to try Crazy Fish as it was a bit closer. The dining environment is not great. There is a smell that reminded me of camping; but it's not really bad. You kinda get nose blind to it by the time food arrives. The service was excellent and very friendly. The catfish is lightly breaded, not greasy, flavor was good; but could use some more seasoning. It's hard to get flavorful fish when frying. The French fries were the best part. Both regular and sweet potato fries were excellent.I was disappointed that they no longer have clam strips or clam chowder on the regular menu. The oysters I saw looked good and they brand their own hot sauce that you can buy if you like it.Overall, I'd say we had a good lunch; but not good enough to return."
"Do not judge a book by its cover. This place looks dated on the outside and is small on the inside thus creating long wait times BUT the food is absolutely fantastic! Best Steak I've had anywhere in Tampa including Bern's!"
"We were in the mood for a steak and made a stop here. It is inside an office building. I would call the vibe and decor high-end casual. The filet mignon was tender and delicious. The drinks and side were good too. Service was a little slow but that's a nit."
"Had lunch here on our way through town. There is a wide variety of choices on the menu and they have a soup/salad/half sandwich lunch special. My husband enjoyed a chicken Caesar salad and I had a cowboy burger. It had 2 thin burgers. I enjoyed it - but couldn't quite finish it. The server was attentive and efficient - she had a lot of customers."

Parkshore Grill never misses! I got the Marinated Creekstone Farms Skirt Steak and wow, it's flavorful excellence! The Chimichurri pairs perfectly with the tender steak, which is accentuated by delicious leek butter, and the hand-cut parmesan fries are crispy-crunchy perfection. The service is always amazing and the ambiance is relaxing. I love dining outside because you get insular views of Beach Drive, which is one of my favorite spots in Downtown St. Pete.

My date and I arrived at 4:30 pm on a Saturday night-- slightly before the dinner rush. The restaurant was quiet and dimly lit creating the perfect ambiance. We sat in the bar area and it was quiet enough for us to freely converse with each other. Our server was attentive and responsive and kept everything nicely timed. We had drinks, appetizers and dinner. I got the bourbon salmon and it was just ok. My date got the filet medallions, and they were a lot better. The Bada-Bing shrimp is tasty and the house salad is a must do. Overall, it was a wonderful date night experience!

A friend and I recently dined at Council Oak and loved it! We received excellent service -- friendly, warm, and welcoming, which really made the experience perfect. The food itself was delicious! I had the roasted burrata and the roasted beet salad, both perfectly delectable! My friend had the tartare and a baked potato, both which she said were perfect. We also had a couple drinks although I cam't remember what they were, but they were very good as well!If we lived in the area, we'd go back regularly!

We went down to treasure island for a trip and swing by Lisa Place for a Breakfast. The ambiance inside was small cute place much more than that they impress me with a nice hospitality that makes me feel like home. Services is greatest and beyond. Lisa was greeting us with a very warm welcoming. The food here was amazing ! And don't forgot to try Benedict with crab cake. Soooo good ! Love this place !

Loved the decor and vibe of this place. I wish I had more time to explore the menu. Unfortunately I came here before leaving Florida just to have their crab martini. I love crab meat and would rather have thieie crab martini then going to some of the local crab places in the area to crack the legs open It's a nice amount of fresh crab meat delightfully served in a martini glass. No cracking. No fuss. No mess. Just delicious indulgence. The bartender was friendly, engaging and helpful. Ended with sorbet. The bartender was right, the tropical one is best! Until next time

"just a great place, the rooftop bar is awesome with the entertainment and all the girls up there Donna Suzy and all of the rest are just so great so thoughtful and so nice. I love that place Ramundo."
"Seriously, what a gem. Claudio puts a lot of passion and thought into the menu, the staff is really nice, and they have such great food. It's not a big, massive steakhouse like Urban, it's not stuffy like Rococo. It's just a great place to have really good cocktails, wine, and seafood or steak. The quality is always top notch. By far the best steakhouse in St. Pete."
"Excellent Asian cuisine their vegetables lomein noodles and house fried rice is amazing."
"My family of 6 did a random yelp search for a restaurant we have never been to and settled on this establishment. The service was appropriately prompt for the amount of patrons inside. The owners have made great use of the small yet spacious space with selective art and color combinations to make this place have an upscale feel and ambiance. The food was cooked to our desired taste and the flavors were amazing. We order the Parilla all beef and Renzos. The boys and I we super hungry so no pictures. I will be back so I'll update with pictures and final review."
"Absolutely loved finding this gem!We were nearby getting some senior photos done for my son, when we checked and found this place nearby on yelp. At first we weren't sure if it was located upstairs or downstairs since the name was on both areas...It was empty but thankfully still open. The AC was blasting, very clean and the ladies were very friendly as we walked in.We had no idea what to order since none of us had Venezuelan food before, we decided to try their Colombian empanadas to start as an appetizer, very good (we got chicken and beef) both equally delicious. For our meals we just picked what sounded good and we were all VERY happy with our choices. Not to mention they were all HUGE portions, we decided to take leftovers home. I went with the patacones with chicken.. it's basically a giant salad with plantains and lots of delicious sauces. I'm so happy with the choice I made and would definitely recommend it! It did not taste like your typical salad, it was very tasty. My son went with the pepito perdigon beef, which is basically a big sandwich with some chips on top, he really enjoyed it as well and had leftovers to take home, he also had the batido de mango with milk which is a mango smoothie with milk instead of water, so good! My boyfriend got the arepa llanera, I was SO jelly, it looked so delicious, it had both chicken and steak, avocado and cheese, he loved it as well and also had leftovers. I think next time I will try that.. we definitely will be back very soon. Mauri was our server and she was great in explaining everything and providing suggestions for us. The price is perfect for their menu options.. highly recommend this restaurant!"
"Heyyyyyy you guyssssss! Had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott and this was the in house restaurant. It did not disappoint, the sushi rolls were phenomenal, fresh, great presentation, the sushi chef knows what he's doing! Let's get into the cocktails, spicy margaritas or espresso martini's with Rick or Ricardo both are true mixologists, wonderful personalities, great convo, they know how to read a room and their service is A++. Look forward to coming again!"
"Ordered the stuffed shrimp and was a bit disappointed. The shrimp was not butterflied and there was a shell on one of my shrimp. The crab stuffing was the highlight. The service was the best part!"
"I have always had an excellent mealThe people are friendly and helpful I eat their often I love sushi and they're excellent once and a while I eat pho"
"After car shopping nearby, a quick yelp search lead us to try this restaurant for dinner. We called ahead and were able to get a reservation within a half hour.We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy ambiance and friendly, welcoming hostess when we walked in. My husband immediately noted the smell of a smoked old fashioned as we were being seated, which he ordered and really enjoyed. We skipped appetizers but were given breadsticks that my husband and son liked so much that they asked for a second round. I had a little trouble finding gluten free options on the menu, but our waitress was helpful in asking the kitchen for me. Ultimately I decided on the 8oz filet Mignon in their house seasoning and a baked potato. I had zero complaints...My steak was cooked perfectly and the food was excellent. My husband ordered the cajun grouper with the pina colada rice. He cleaned his entire plate and was very pleased. Lastly our son ordered the clam chowder (and stole some bites of my steak). My son is very picky and he loved his soup and the steak. Overall, a fantastic dinner experience. We'll very likely visit again!"
"Wonderful restaurant in our Marriott. Great service, food prepared to order, usual breakfast fare beautifully presented."
"I absolutely love Harps for Brunch. The atmosphere is great for a Saturday or Sunday morning out with your girlfriends! Hello Mimosas!! I've never had a bad experience and the food is always delicious. The servers are super nice and on St. Paddy's Day they have such a fun event. I highly recommend if you have never been to Harps."
"If you are in the area..gotta try this place. Hibachi dining at its best. Great ambiance, Fantastic portions, Tasty selections and the service is exceptional! But if your in the mood for a terrific LUNCH..the lunch specials are amazing also!! Bento Box comes w soup, ginger salad, rice, 3 gyoza, 4 pc sushi roll, and whatever you select from close to 10 different entrees. ( I happen to like the veggie tempura) FYI I can never finish my lunch here! And all for $10.49. Can't beat this place!! It's a winner in my book!!"
"Absolutely delicious and massive. Got the cowboy porterhouse cooked medium and it was a perfect medium rare. Went to burns recently and I swear this steak is so much more flavorful, smokey, more tender and the wet age leaves such a nice taste. Highly recommend this place."
"The service was great!Called in and my order was ready in less than ten minutes. This place is busy during lunch in a busy shopping center so I recommend calling in for to go.I ordered the chick hibachi lunch special. It was a lot of food. Chicken was juicy, rice was freshly fried and hot, and the veggies were cooked perfectly. I subbed the soda out for a clear soup. It had a rich broth with mushrooms, scallions and crunchy onions. I got all this for $10! The ambience is kind of a chain style sit down but it was very clean. I will without a doubt be back!"
"Food is still amazing! We've tried several of the local sushi places over time and realized we prefer Akira to all others. The Gyoza and Crab Rangoon are also delicious! They recognize us and know our order ha. Friendly staff Atmosphere is always nice as well."
"My #Thankyouthursday review goes out to outback when all else fails I can always count on you guys to come thru and provide a wonderful ambiance to create lovely lasting memories I waited last minute to put something together for my daughters bday and let's just say she didn't even notice they went above and beyond for us! Just check out our pictures food was amazing and fresh as always we had a blast and we will always be loyal customers forever mates"
"Currently still full from eating so many rolls & butter lol. Had the best experience at dinner tonight - our server was the sweetest and checked up on us multiple times + kept our water full! I was craving ribs and they were delicious, no complaints :) I rarely go to Texas Roadhouse (maybe once a year), consider this my yearly fix!"
"We decided on this restaurant based on the reviews we saw on Google and some feedback from one of the parties from the area that they had great food before having a brick and mortar location. We went on a Saturday night and they were not that busy. It started to get busy and after we were seated it took a while to by acknowledged and take our order. Service is lacking because 1 person is the one taking care of all tables. It seemed rhat he was overwhelmed and was not as friendly. He changed a bit as we got our meal. We got checked on twice but almost until the end of our meal. To add, we waited about 1 hr to get our meal. The ambiance is not what you would expect for a steakhouse, so be warned that if you want a fancy comfortable restaurant feel, you will not get that sort of ambiance. Now on to the food, it was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was made with quality ingredients, good flavor, well made and good presentation. If you want to have a good meal and do not mind the wait or the different ambiance, you will sure enjoy your food."
"This place is pricey! Your date better give you your dessert when you get home because meals are not cheap here. Service was lackluster akin to a machine, lack of hospitality. Bread from the basket fell on the ground and they didn't instinctively get replacement rolls. Calamari: what is that drizzle? Geez. Fried ok. Snapper: sautéed nice. The coconut lime rice was interesting if not mistaken for mashed potatoes at first. Good asparagus. Cesar salad: decent and the croutons were not hard so I didn't lose teeth. Shrimp scallop risotto: I felt the rice was too crunchy and not al dente enough. You get four pieces each of the seafood. Could be better. Overall tab was $100. So yeah get that nookie at home"
"Anytime I have the desire for Japanese food I head directly to Jo tos. I was going once a month. If I could I go once a week. It's delicious. Better than any Japanese steakhouse in town. It's too bad it's not a little more beautiful, but what they lack in luxury they make up for once the food is made."
"Definitely a hidden gem of Haines city. Look forward to coming back here. Excellent food. Great service! Great view"
"Absolutely delicious meals !! We have been here twice already in one month, but often forget to take pictures, so I only have this one. The steak makes me eat first before the phone The service is amazing and there's a family ambiance... the server is very nice and welcoming!! The manager is also there making sure he asks us how it all went and making sure everything is running smoothly. The cocktails are very good too... the one I get has a lavender scent. Overall great local steakhouse. p.s.: just read a review about this place being so great you want it to stay open, but also keep on the DL... LOL. This is exactly how I feel about Birkin's."
"You'd drive right on by this place without Yelp! It's completely unassuming from the outside and surrounded by chain stores and small plazas on this very busy section of Route 60.I was told it opens at 4:30 and gets very busy so to go early. I showed up at 4:15 on a Thursday and folks were already walking in. By opening time, they had seated twenty customers. Wow!Atmosphere- Eclectic and very hard to describe. It's larger than it looks from the outside. Lots of hanging plants. Overall the feeling is rustic and natural. On a beautiful night it has very nice outside seating. Everywhere I looked was very clean. Overall, I loved it and my brain noted four stars.Customer Service- Perfect! My server had worked there 14 years and was everything you would want in a sever. She knew the menu backwards and forwards and was friendly in just the right way. Five stars!Adult Libations- This is a beer & wine place with a limited selection. I knew I was going with steak tonight, so I ordered the house merlot. It was a very heavy pour at $6.99 and just fine.Food- This is clearly a steak and seafood joint and they can be enjoyed separately or in many combinations. I went with the 10oz Filet @$23.99. I added sautéed mushrooms @$4. The meals come with a salad, garlic bread, baked potato and vegetable. The choices are limited with few substitutions available. My garlic bread was first up and to die for. Buttery and crispy and with plenty of garlic flavor. It was a wonderful start. My salad was next and quite a letdown. It was fresh but bland and pedestrian and a disappointment. It was a waste of space in my stomach. My meal arrived and was plated just fine. My baked potato was piping hot with a sizable chunk of butter but in the end, it was still just a baked potato and nothing special. Ditto with my side of corn. Nothing was wrong with either one. They were just there. But my oh my oh my the filet. It was perfect! I really could cut it with a fork. It was cooked exactly as I requested. It was one of the best filets I have had in my life and at that price an excellent value. The sautéed mushrooms were heaven and perfect with the steak. I would spear a piece of mushroom and then add a piece of steak to the fork. Pop it in my mouth and moan with delight. Repeat moan, repeat moan. You get the idea. I had a chance to listen to other diners. Most everyone is coming here for the proteins which myself and my dining neighbors agree are exceptional. The salad and sides are just along for the ride.My fellow Yelpers average 3.5 stars and I can see that. My service was so exceptional, and I moaned so many times that I need to go with 4."
