"Nazca Express just opened on June 8, 2024, and I just tried it for lunch today. Let me just tell you it's been forever since we had some AMAZING Peruvian Chicken. This is it right here. So legit. So much flavor and not dry. Also died and went to heaven for the the chimmichuri sauce. It was the cherry on top! With the Order of whole chicken, it comes with two sides so we chose Papa a la Huancaina (Boiled potato with cheese sauce), and 8 tasty tostones. I love to make my own little stack with a tostones, lettuce, and chicken and sauce. So so good. You will order with them at the register, and pay and they bring your food to you.I would definitely recommend the chicken. They also have typical Peruvian dishes - Lomo Saltado, noodles, ceviche, fried rice. This place is new, clean, spacious, & they are friendly and helpful! Give them a try!"
"Super quick and delicious. Speed doesn't compromise the taste. Tucked away behind the Tampa airport is a family owned Peruvian restaurant with delicious chicken and I got the bow with rice and salad like toppings. It's super juicy, flavorful and the rice is to die for."

"I am so happy that I found this place. I am originally from Peru and can say this is hands down the best Peruvian I've ever had in the US. The ceviche is exceptional! Eating the pulpo al olivo took me straight to "el club regatas" in chorrillos. Álvaro is an amazing cook and I cannot wait to come back!"
"Had the traditional ceviche and it was soooooo good! Definitely coming back to try everything else. A++++++"
"I'm not sorry that I'm addicted to Ceviche.I convinced my hubs to upgrade the appetizer portion to the larger size of Ceviche for an additional $5 because I LOVE this dish so much that I hog it.The Ceviche is simply wonderful with extra red onions (THANK YOU, Pisco) for remembering to add more. I also liked the perfectly cut fish - just the right bite size and amount of citrus to "cook" the fish in it.I ordered and was able to get the food picked up in a very reasonable amount of time especially on a work night around 7:45pmEST. I always tell myself to be adventurous, but let's be real, this dish delivers on everything from freshness to a large serving AND is delightful. One day I'm going to travel to Peru, so I can eat this dish everyday on vacation like I did when I was in Costa Rica! =)Live Musical performances-check Facebook for band info.!"
"We came for lunch and while the service was pretty nonexistent at first, it really turned around during our visit. I ordered the mixed seafood ceviche, while the rest of the group also ordered seafood and a vegetarian fried rice. The portions here are extremely generous so great for sharing. I really loved the ceviche, it was loaded with seafood with just right amount of spice! We ended up sharing everything since there was so much food. I'm not a rice person but I loved the vegetarian fried rice. The yuca fries were also very good. It was my aunt's birthday so we got her some flan and they were nice enough to put a candle on it. This is a super casual place so the service is not very attentive but the food was truly delicious."
"What a great find! Love all the small restaurant options in this area and our family tried this one for dinner.I ordered the Aeropuerto fried rice and noodles with chicken and it was pretty good but needed some extra flavoring. If they offered spices to kick up the flavor that would be great. The bowl was HUGE! Enough food for 3 people easily! My family ordered their meals and each of them were incredibly large servings as well. We will definitely be back!"
"Absolutely delicious food and cocktails! We loved the charred edamame which was topped with a delicious soy drizzle and some really interesting seasoning. The chicken bao was out of this world (soft, crunchy, sweet, savory, creamy, etc) AND it comes with fries. This is at the JW so you already know the service is impeccable! The views are gorgeous. We sat along the glass railing but there are plenty of seating options like one very large center table perfect for group dinners and a really cool corner table I have to book next time for the 180 degree view!"
"Food and drinks were delicious!!Our waiter David was amazing! Definitely will be going back when we visit Tampa again."
"Place is a little hide in the flee market, but service is really good , place is cozy and food and prices are very good , but they do take long time to serve you the food , other than that is good place with really good dishes"

Thanks to Rachel " Mocha Coconut" for the inspiration to go here!Pros:Clean, comfortable fast casual restaurant with food A/CTheir sauces rival many sit down restaurants. The chimichurri is very fresh and the spicy orange one is great with anything. They have many specials with different price points. Cheap to fair pricing. The rotisserie chicken is very moist. It is seasoned well and goes well with both sauces. 8/10Open Sundays! Nazca is in a big Publix plaza so parking is not a problem.Misc:They have nice translucent blue cups for sodas similar to the old Pizza Hut ones.ConsThe credit card reader took a few tries to work.Overall: A great new Peruvian addition to the Carrolwood area

A foodie friend recommended Peruvian food and Pisco Restaurant for lunch because #1 I was looking to eat paleo dishes and #2 it was close to my job.You should know that this was the first time I ever had Peruvian food, so I cannot comment on authenticity and have no other past Peruvian dishes to compare it to. With that said, I really enjoyed the strong citrus flavor of the Ceviche and the assorted seafood were cut into small bite-sized pieces so each bite was flavorful. I liked that this dish included sweet potatoes and corn so it wasn't just a protein packed entree. My friend also had the Ceviche Mixto, but also ordered the Antichucos to share with me. I had never tried beef hearts, but I love to try foods that I'm nor familiar with. The antichucos was served with yucca and corn, which was a nice side instead of potatoes or rice. I expected beef heart to be chewy and tough. On the contrary, it was surprisingly on the tender side... like a thick cut of steak cooked medium-well and the flavor was spectacular. The fact that they served it with yucca made it a dish I would definitely come back for. The dishes are large and each entree is enough for 2 people to share or for 1 person to have a leftover meal for the following day. I cannot express how much I love that there were many Paleo options. Sometimes, it can be a challenge to find Paleo friendly meals at restaurants without having to make changes to the menu. Lastly, they had friendly and quick service. Note: they do have a nice lunch menu, but we ordered from the main menu.

OH MY STARS - returned to Sr. Rocoto recently and I can't get over how insanely delicious their Ceviche Pescado is! I have been running around Tampa once again to figure out the #1 Pervuian spot is and this place has dethroned Happy Fish because not only is it a couple bucks less, they give a heaping amount of Ceviche Pescado to leave me with leftovers whereas at Happy Fish I was close to paying $19 and left hungry. They make the Ceviche fresh and love how spicy their hot sauce is. They do take a shortcut by not giving you Cancha (crunchy corn), which I do miss a little, but they make it up with the insane amount of Ceviche you get for about $15.In the past, I also ordered Lomo Saltado. It's a good amount served as well. This is a mom/pop restaurant, so seating is cozy and limited just like the parking.I'm coming back here more often now!

Wow! We spotted this place on the Krate directory and love Peruvian food so decided to give it a try. It's a casual place, but the service is great and the food is outstanding! We started with Inca cola and then split appetizers: Causa de Pollo and the Yuca Frita con Huancaina. Both were incredible and we decided that this is the best fried yuca we've ever had! And we've had fried yuca many places, including Lima.

The location and service are 5 stars. The food misses the mark completely. A fusion of arguably two of the top cuisines in the world, Japanese and Peruvian, with both of them being highly rich and diverse, they just don't mix here. The noodles were wet and had a plastic feel. Granted, they are rice noodles, but I have had plenty of wonderfully prepared rice noodles at many Asian restaurants, and these were simply ... dismal. The fish was properly cooked, but they added too many condiments to it, effectively obliterating its flavor. It could have had the rice cakes with the sauce, and it all would have tasted the same. Also followed by a hefty price tag. I usually don't write two or one-star reviews, I just stay away from the place. But here... I feel that if they are going to charge these prices, they need to do better

"Friday night date night and we went out for Peruvian food since neither of us have ever had it. This by far is the best Peruvian food in Tampa! Large order of the explosion ceviche was more than enough for both of us and so delicious We ate all, we ordered a large fried fish platter, including mussels, shrimp squid along with Yuka fries. For dessert we had the mousse fantastic and delicious a must have at the end of the meal. Service was great. Everything was explained to us no matter what questions we had. Portions of the food were enough for two person. enjoyed it immensely.Plenty of parking is available in the lot large enough restaurant that you didn't feel squeezed, even though it was full by 9 PM An absolute must try when you are up in the Northdale neighborhood"
"We ordered two chicharron sandwiches, a chicken tamale, and a mango smoothie and they all were delicious! Service was so quick and very friendly, 10/10."
"This must be THE place, we were trying to find the best roasted chicken in Tampa and I think we found it, we started with the ceviche carretillero mixto, it was delicious, very well balanced and seasoned, Peruvian Ceviche is one of my favorite things on earth, and this one was outstanding. My boyfriend got one of the soup and it was also sooo good, I tried a little bit and it was great! When we walked in they told us that we had to wait for the chicken at least half an hour, we decided to wait, and honestly it was sooo worth the wait, chicken was incredibly tasty and delicious! We also had to ordered one to go too.. Service is great overall, both servers on duty were so kind and on top of the table, I am definitely coming back for sure, next time I have to try their Lomo Salteado. Restaurant seems very clean, a little small but that actually made the place cozier. Best roasted chicken in Tampa."
"We've driven by this restaurant and finally decided to have a bite. The interior is expansive and nicely appointed. We were there for lunch and were the only ones there.Starting off, we ordered their version of Chicha Morada which is a Peruvan purple corn drink. To my taste buds, it tasted like grape juice with a hint of cloves. It was very nice.Being newbies, we asked our waitress for some suggestions. We ordered the New York Steak and Shrimp and the Pascado a lo Macho. The steak was ordered medium rare and came out well done. It's served on a sizzling plate that had totally over cooked it. The steak looked like a broiled round steak. It said on the menu that it came with a House Salad. The House Salad was a bit of shredded lettuces with about teaspoon of dressing. (see pic) The steak was tough and flavorless. The shrimp were tender but also flavorless. I didn't send it back due to time constraints. I wouldn't order it again. The fish dish was much better. It was a fried Swai with a really tasty seafood sauce. As a heads-up, this is not a typical Latin or Mexican food restaurant. There are no chips and salsa or bread service. The meal was very pricey for what was served. FYI, the seating is very hard wooden chair...it was a tough sit."
"Holy unbelievably amazingly delicious You would NEVER know about this without Yelp! I can walk here, daily! Lunch specials, perhaps I will actually take some pics instead of stuffing our face. We got to-go tonight and what I love is they packed the sauces separate from the rice, fries, tostones so as to not mush them. Service - everyone there was so nice, small contemporary dining room. No beer or wine- can you bring your own? Not sure, but that would increase my attendance there! We tried leche de Tigre- freaking delicious day 1 and 2, tostones mixtos, pescado ch......, and of course lomo salteadoFlavors spectacular Deep and developed Wow(Pics next time)"
"I highly recommend this. The pasta was delicious. The dessert and the service was unbelievable by the chef/owner."
"Came on a Thursday after the hurricane. I found it because it looked the closest to Haitan food. It was empty due to after the hurricane. There was only one waiter & one cook. The service was immacable, the food even better. You MUST try the Chimichurri sauce!! I'd def recommend!!"
"I enjoyed having Liz as our server. Very pleasant and professional. The food hit the spot as always. Must come hungry!"
"I always get two dishes from Pervuian restaurants and they include Cerviche Pescado or Lomo Saltado. A.) I love their Cerviche Pescado even though for $16.26 - I do think they should use higher quality fish than Swa because their prices are a couple bucks more than what I typically pay. This time around, I asked for Spicy, which turned out to be Medium. B.) They added a nice touch by adding the Leche De Tigre in a plastic container, so the fish wouldn't "cook" too fast from the Tigre aka lime juices to marinate the fish; I ordered To Go during Covid-19 (few eating indoors) & it meant I wouldn't be able to eat it until I got home, so that was helpful. C.) LARGE SERVINGSThey did include a lot of fish - enough to feed two, cancha (roasted corn), white potatoes (this confused me because sweet potato is better and was disappointed they had a shortage) & big pieces of cooked Pervuian corn is another delightful texture added to this dish. The inside is no frills - simple. The food is always so good that they have me addicted to their Cerviche on my side of town; I go to a different restaurant when I work in Westshore, but since I'm WFH for now, love supporting this place & grabbing bite to eat after work for dinner."
"It was simply fantastic. A definite new go to for me. Rotisserie Chicken 1/4 Write with Rice and Beans!!!!!!"
"Food always excellent. Very clean and the owner and staff are super nice. He even offered to translate anything we were not familiar with. Great Cuban sandwich and burgers. Great cafe con leche"
"As always exceptionally delicious, fresh and friendly service. The owner is such a nice person and greets everyone with a positive energy which is difficult to ignore! This dinner was a ribeye with yucca fries and white rice. A bit carb heavy I know, but I earned it! As usual the ribeye was cooked to perfection. The rice was moist and flavorful, along with the yucca fries which were just right, crunchy but soft in the middle and that authentic yucca flavor I've come to adore. Definitely stop by on Dec 26th for their anniversary celebration!"
"Recently had dinner at Aji Limo Peruvian Cuisine with my husband and two kids and was so impressed with our meal! We started our meal with some delicious red sangria (WARNING: the sangria is more potent than it tastes and I should not have ordered a second glass!!!) We ordered the grilled octopus appetizer (pulpo a la parrilla) with golden potatoes and white corn and could not get enough of the amazing huacatay sauce that accompanied it. The only thing that kept this dish from being a five star dish was that one of the tentacles was a little over cooked and a little too chewy to eat. The other tentacle was super tender and delicious. For my entree I ordered the seafood Paella and my husband ordered the lomo saltado. My husband loved his steak and I loved my paella and was impressed by how much seafood was in the dish. The portion of paella was so huge that I had leftovers twice! My kids made a weak attempt to try some of the components of our meal, but opted to order the kid's chicken tenders and fries. I feel like if we made a few more visits we could convince them that they do like Peruvian food and they didn't need to order a children's meal! Will definitely be back soon!"
"El confort de este lugar es excelente , la música en vivo , la comida deliciosa con una elaboración única , servicio especial , muy contento de cenar allí en mi cumpleaños"
"Best chaufa around ! From the Boba teas to the shrimp wraps everything is amazing! The owners are friendly, provided excellent service and the food tastes great. You can't go wrong. Family friendly environment with a kids table as well and excellent music and vibes."
