Marianne C. "This place is one of the best kept secrets in Pasco County and I think it's about time that this secret gets let out of the bag! The shows and talent that they get here are absolutely fantastic! And it's only $5 per ticket?!!! I am SERIOUS!When you drive up to the bldg you think you're about to enter some dumpy warehouse and when you step inside you are amazed at the decor. Then you take a trip to the Ladies room and you think you're in some high class night club. They have a nice big dance floor and they always seem to fill it up.They also serve dinner before the show for a fairly reasonable price. The quality of the dinner is just ok really so we sometimes opt to grab something elsewhere. I would recommend the pot roast and shrimp scampi as the best dinner options. You can absolutely NOT beat the top rate entertainment and shows that Colorama presents. Oh and they also have a recording studio so if you're an entertainer and want to cut a recording this is a great place to do it.Check out their website for more details about that. I should also note that it attracts an older crowd. I am no spring chicken myself (57) and am usually on the younger end of the guests."

We find ourselves frequenting the bar on Friday after work to wind down with a beer and some chicken wings. The vibe is typically locals that are all hanging out and having good conversations OR you may find a few guys tossing a bag to a friendly competition of cornhole. If you are looking for fantastic perfectly cooked chicken wings, look no further - their sweet thai chili sauce is the best. They have live music on both Friday and Saturday night. Love this place!"

Air conditioned restrooms as well as selling drinks and food are key advantages over other concert venues. The most challenging thing is when there's bad weather. They are very dog friendly with the person seating customers even having dog treats! Our waitress was great and attentive and the service was 10/10. The food, however, leaves a little to be desired. The French toast came with some really good cinnamon butter and when used it was great but the French toast on its own was incredibly bland. The toast that came with the eggs and bacon was SOAKED in butter, it was definitely overkill. The bacon and eggs were fine. The drink I got...I was surprised by how little I got for the cost so I wouldn't recommend the drinks for their value. Overall, I would come back but it doesn't top my list."

Parking in the area isn't great ($20) and the seats are not particularly comfortable so being a towel to sit on, but otherwise the sound is excellent and, let's face it, when you're seeing a 50th anniversary tour of a rock band, the band members resemble George Washington more than a 1970s hippie so just enjoy the sound!"

Irene E. "Not likely to return. We've lunch there yesterday - Saturday. The location is great, on the Hillsborough River, with plenty boat slips at 1:30pm.It has indoor and covered outdoor areas. We sat out. All tables are for max 8 people, benches with no back support. The service is slow, both drinks and food - got our food exactly an hour later. Our girl is gracious and lovely. The few waiting staff I saw, are young girls who wear tight outfit (not unifform). I would expect them to be sporty but instead, I feel lifeless. I yielded to a tall girl after bathroom. She opened the door and just left. Ok, maybe she was juggling two drinks on the tray ... I would use my body to hold the door for the next person IF my hands are occupied ...The foods: average bar food. I've Little Neck clams, the two pieces of toast are delicious. Chicken wrap is good.As we were leaving, a band came to set it up. One member wore a Brookly NY leather jacket honoring the fallen heroes on Veterans Dat. I asked him if he was from Bly and he replied a big YES -:). Then asked me if I'm from Thailand or Philippine. I replied, Africa."Really?"Really sir. Thanks for these who have served."

They have a nice selection of drinks and the bartender was very polite on answering my questions about the place. They have about 30 classic arcade machines, 15 pinball machines, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. I liked their variety of classic arcade games, from fighting games to shooting games. My favorite that night was Tetris and the Jurassic park game. We were sad there's no DDR, although that's been very hard to find now days. I was also hoping they have KillerQueen. I didn't like that some games cost more than 1 token and some machines ate my tokens. This place was cramped, they just need a bigger place."

The staff here was extremely friendly and with that said somewhat efficient, they were almost indistinguishable from the customers, so it was a party every night not just a group of employees waiting tables and tending bar. We had originally picked this spot out of convenience but after one visit it quickly became our dive bar to go after the hotel bar closed to extend the evening. We did enjoy some eats during one early afternoon visit, the bar food sampler, included mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, onion rings and fried pickle spears all delicious. James D. "Ok. I'm sure I'll get criticism for this but oh well. Raccoons has been a staple in the Lithia for a while. I used to come here during college breaks and now almost ten years later I've come in for a beer... Or five. Raccoons has a huge horseshoe shaped bar that seats plenty. There are also a few high tops scattered around. There's plenty to do besides drink, three darts machines, silver strike bowling, golden tee golf, two pool tables and a stage for live shows. The food is standard pub fare. The wings here are special. They're good. No they're great. The beer is cheap and the locals will make you feel at home. The bar staff is laid back and if you want to pay more for worse service go on over to JF Kicks. This is a smoking establishment, if you're allergic or smoke sensitive you probably shouldn't come here, however their ventilation system is top notch. There is no visible smoke in the air. This is a locals bar. The people that patron this bar have been for years. If you have no sense of humor, again, go to JF Kicks. This bar has happy hour from 9:30am to 8:00pm. Raccoons has character, charm, wit and a lot to love. If you can't handle blue collar patrons, go to JF Kicks and deal with the douches of Fish Hawk and River Hills. PS, I live in River Hills. It's one of those places that you go to and if you're a regular, they know you by name. Parking is.. well.. tight, but it's ok. I was there on this particular night for a concert offered by Goth's own VOLTAIRE, the man is a legend in some circles. He was opened by VampHelsing. THe music was horribly loud, I couldn't understand the words, but hey, what are you going to do, it's Gothmetal. So I endured. Ah the plight of the elder goth. For Voltaire, well that's what we all came for. The sound was perfect, he was engaging and I really hope he comes back as he said he would and make this a yearly thing. Gracious and engaging, warm and generous with his time, he sang a few songs never heard before and regaled us with a few stories of his time on the road. Yeah, this is what I came to the Pegasus for, even if it felt like I had to burn my clothing after wards due to the smoke."
