Rachel M. "This was a great choice for a birthday dinner for my hubby. We made a reservation the day before, & initially I didn't like where we sat, but it did work out perfectly. It was on the bar side in a somewhat higher booth, but not too high. I just don't like the dividers, but it was fine. If we sat in the main area, it would have been loud with the big groups. Their additional seating is like a sun room so it's not as cool bc if all the windows. So it did work out fine. Our server was friendly and cheery and he took care of us. He was a little absent bc he was taking care of other tables, but that was ok. We both ordered Chicken Marsala. I had to order it too, and it was definitely so good. I also ordered a frozen orange creamsicle. This drink is irresistible here! Lastly, they give you a free dessert for birthdays, so I ordered that while my hubby was away. I picked the coconut pie. It was a generous size slice, & the best we have had in forever. We like Noble Crust food, and service is alright for the most part. It's pretty dark, that's how it is here. Thankfully not too loud bc it was middle of the week, but I could see how the volume would carry. It was a good experience overall and the birthday guy was happy!"

Karleni A. "I met Noble crust at a Yelp event and I loved it so much that I had to come back, this time at a brunch and I was just as delighted. The southern benny was undoubtedly the best recommendation, the wings are always a 10 but the best was undoubtedly the pear pizza with burrata, the sweet and crispy flavor of the pizza with cheese and the combination of flavors definitely makes me want to go back 10 times more. Also the happy hour pampers you is an extra to come back. The atmosphere and great service only make the delicious food more enjoyable."

Kristen N. "Very kind service and clearly a local favorite. We were visiting from out of town, and someone recommended we go to Bella's. Usually, an Italian restaurant with a gluten-free diet is a no-no, but they did have a great salmon dish that was absolutely gluten-free. There were a few other gluten-free dishes as well I believe chicken and mushroom. I had the maple glazed salmon with a side of broccoli and a side of potatoes. The drink selections were amazing! We sat outside because on the rare occasion that it's nice in Florida to eat dinner outside, we do! They are dog friendly, we were entertained by a couple pooches getting to know each other across the aisle. The inside was really cute, authentic looking with a fire oven. Our server was really friendly and helpful. They seem to have a lot of groups there and it's also intimate enough for date night."

A Reservation is encouraged on nights with events in downtown or at arena. Service is excellent and fast. Ingredients are absolutely fresh with sauces and dough made in house and sauces available for purchase. Sangria and wines for perfect pairing."

Upon entrance, it is nicely decorated with a jungle or Tulum vibe. I love the placement of the restaurant. You are right in the middle of the shopping area. Which has its pros and cons (the parking is not the best). My waitress was nice and sweet also! While waiting, i seen servers cleaning the glasses left on top of the tables. So i would say this place makes sure they present themselves well and make sure items are cleaned for the next group. I ordered the carpaccio. I love Wagyu! This was a good appetizer. It was very flavorful with the truffle oil drizzled on top. I ordered the chili margarita and it was the spiciest margarita I've had but i loved it. I am not too big on sweet drinks. It had a nice balance to level out the sweetness. It was rimmed with tajin and a small chili with chili oil inside for garnish. I then had the meatballs. To me, it was lacking seasoning. But it came out fresh and hot. This is a nice place to bring friends and grab a nice bite."

We popped in for a to go order on a late Thursday afternoon and Chris kindly helped out and recommended pizza slice types, at my request, since there were so many to choose from. Thanks Chris! The stuffed pizza was huge, filling and delicious! We also got a calzone, which Chris made fresh on the spot, and a spaghetti and meatballs because, why not? The kitchen is open and they apparently crank out their own pasta using a massive red Hobart mixer! The style and the vibe are casual with a few folks eating in and most getting to go. The ambiance was nice, the restaurant use to be a bank. The food was good, could have used a little more flavor but it was good. When we asked for cheese, I was expecting freshly grated cheese from a restaurant like this, I was disappointed that it was the cold shake from a jar cheese. Justin M. "I'm a snob when it comes to Italian restaurants. That said, Gino's was actually awesome. It's got such an old fashioned and comfortable atmosphere that you just feel like you're at home when you walk in. The bar area was especially cozy, with its low ceilings and string lights that just set a relaxed vibe. We walked into the bar entrance and grabbed one of the high tops along the wall. Amy was our server and came over to us almost immediately to take our drink orders while we looked over the menu. She was amazing all night long, even though the place was packed and it looked like she was handling the entire bar area herself (easily 10+ tables). She always made time to come over and chat us up, not simply to check on us, and this level of personal attention really took the dining experience to another level. Before you order anything, you're brought out a huge loaf of crusty bread covered in garlic butter and Parmesan. The bread is freshly baked to order and - spoiler alert - the garlic butter is not actually butter (it's margarine!), but the snob in me was strangely ok with this as the garlic flavor was so pronounced and had depths to it. It was pretty dope.We wanted to try a few things so we ordered the fried calamari to start. What a huge plate! There were plenty of lemon wedges to sprinkle over it (a must) and the marinara sauce itself was so good you could dip a flip flop in it and it would still taste good. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, because I always judge an Italian place based on their chicken parm and this was to be no exception. I'm a snob, remember? They nailed it. The chicken was huge; evenly pounded to a uniform thickness, you can tell it's the old school hand breading method, and cooked perfectly throughout. Covered in that delicious marinara and a metric ton of mozzarella cheese, each bite was like good old fashioned comfort. It's served with a side of capellini (think a step up from angel hair if you're unfamiliar) and topped with marinara again. The snob in me subtracts a point for the pasta and sauce not being mixed together, but none of the pasta was overcooked and I could mix it easily myself. My buddy got the Gnocchi in Smoked Gouda Cream Sauce with Blackened Chicken. I actually tried a bite and it was creamy, nuanced in flavor with a rich, decadent sauce. Quite tasty. We finished with dessert, which they had a couple specials going. Limoncello cake with a sweetened mascarpone topping, and pumpkin cheesecake with toasted marshmallows. Both were great but get the pumpkin cheesecake if it's on the menu. Holy crap was it good - each bite tasted like Christmas. I kid you not. I'll end with this: I can't wait to go back."

Chizom K. "Since the first time my wife and I picked up pizza from here, whenever we have a hankering for pizza we don't go anywhere else. We usually get the double pepperoni pizza (16-inch), which came out to $30.87 with 10% tip. The pizza is very good, and very slightly spicy. Good cheese pull, crust is a good thickness. We have also had the bruschetta al prosciutto on previous occasions, which has arugula, fig preserves, shaved parmigiano, and balsamic glaze drizzle. It is very fresh and very very good. We don't get it when we are getting pizza for takeout, because getting both the pizza and bruschetta is a bit expensive and very greedy. I would highly recommend it though. Overall, on a scale of 5, I would give Via Italia a 4.8/5 (only because it is a little on the expensive side). On a scale of 10, I would give it a 9/10."

Jennifer B. "Has it only been 12 days since I've seen you, Bella Brava? That's too long!! Your cozy ambiance, friendly service, hot honey pizza and $19.99 bottomless brunch time mimosas are calling me home. (And I could go for another blueberry Prosecco martini-or four) What a gem this spot is. It's located in Midtown, the mixed use retail, dining, lodging and residential space that's sprung up at the southeast corner of Dale Mabry and I-275 in the past couple of years. You park your car in the free covered, multi-story garage and then easily stroll through the development. Bella Brava is perched just off the "town square" area and is appetizing from outside in. I've been twice in two months-both times with groups-and both times we've been seated right by the viewable kitchen. It's a great spot, near the bar, with very comfy seating. The whole place is warm and inviting, modern but cozy. The hostess both times had been friendly and welcoming and the vibe is breezy and comfy. It's dressy enough for date night, trendy enough for co-worker gatherings and casual enough for families. And then, there's the menu! So many Italian favorites-Tuscan inspired and with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I was hooked on the hot honey pepperoni pizza after one bite on visit #1-so I ordered it on visit #2. It was just as gorgeous and yummy. Cooked in a wood stone oven, with delish crispy edges, the pie is big enough to share, but by golly, I hogged it all to myself. (Well, I took some home with me-with a take out ramekin of their hot honey!) Clearly, I'm hooked! I need to come back and work my way through the menu-everything my friends ordered, both times, looked great (one of them swears by the short rib ragu) but I don't know how I can stray from the hhpp. It's an obsession!' The wine list is large, but I haven't explored it yet. Both times we've been here at brunch and enjoyed craft cocktails and bottomless mimosas. (Such a deal on the latter!) I've heard there's a long and great happy hour here. I'll come back for that, too. Both times we've had attentive and kind servers-really top notch. That takes the experience to a whole other level. Bravo, Brava! Can't wait to come back. Is tomorrow too soon?"

They've painted outside and in, but it's still cozy and has the "local favorite feeling"... and we somehow ended up in the same booth. It was a Thursday afternoon, between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't busy. The plan was simple: thin crust pepperoni and that amazing Marty's salad. It's heavenly-and huge!!! (I wish I could say I had leftovers for days, but I couldn't leave it alone once I got home!) I really enjoy this place: service is personable and prompt, the food is excellent, everything is so clean, casual and welcoming inside. I need to become a regular. It's conveniently located near Brandon hospital, with a parking lot right out front. Somehow, we've always been here at "off" times of day-but I'll bet it's super busy on weekend nights. You order your food then go to your table which I personally don't mind but I know may be a deterrent for some families. I think it would make the perfect charming date. As for food everything was delicious and no notes on taste tbh. We started with the crispy artichoke app and the chicken parm app and both were incredible! The pasta sauce that came with it was to die for I would literally drink it. I got the sweet Jamie Kay pizza and was so full but literally couldn't leave a crumb it was delicious. I really appreciate that there are 3 levels of crust thickness you can choose from because everything is personal size. Almost everyone got pizza and enjoyed but my best friend got the fagioli pasta and really really loved it! It wasn't my personal choice of pasta but you could really tell that the pasta was made fresh and cooked perfectly al dente. This supper was paid for by her parents so I didn't get drinks but the spritz was absolutely calling my name and I wanted to tryI saw they have a brunch menu which I would love to come back to try I but I do wish they had a bottomless mimosa option instead of paying by the glass. As for service, the people here are so incredibly nice, they messed up an order and ended up fixing it and taking it off the bill. The only thing was that everyone's entrees came out at different times and my friend had her pasta and finished it before my pizza came out last but I'm definitely willing to look past it because the food was just that good!"

L'incontro

Jan-Michael T. "Lake Wales may be a small community/city, but that also means its local mom & pop restaurants have the chance to stand out. L'incontro had the chance to stand out as a top-tier Italian (I will be honest and say American Italian) restaurant, and they took that chance. My visit to this small restaurant was one I will not forget. As mentioned earlier, the restaurant is kinda quaint. There is a small indoor seating area up front but there is also a small outdoor seating area in the back behind the kitchen's back door. Since it was late afternoon and the ceiling fans were on, it wasn't too bad eating outside. We ordered a couple of appetizers, four mains, and two desserts. Any place serving calamari needs to get tested and it was good, probably a little above average. The lentil soap was good too. As for the mains, excellent presentation and excellent flavor. We did pass around samples of our food to each family member and nobody was disappointed. We unanimously decided the special of the day stuffed pork chop was the best out of all the dishes though all of them were steller. Finally, desserts were... well... desserts. I can't think of any major instances when a top-tier mom & pop restaurant of any kind messes up their desserts as they are usually the ones made with the most love. I will say that is the case with these desserts too. What brings it all together was the stellar service of our waitress. Kept our waters filled, made sure to check on us, and even "assisted" when we were arguing what certain colors are used for alerts. You know, miscellaneous table banter that I prefer to do over seeing those at the table with their nose to their smartphones.Ultimately, this was one of my rare five-star outings and maybe it is because I was expecting average and was thoroughly surprised. Definitely will eat here again whenever I go back to Bok Tower Gardens. On a sidenote, the restrooms were clean and the price of food is "two dollar signs" meaning the average price of dishes are between $10 and $20."
