"LOVE LOVE LOVE this fabulous organic cafe & market!!! Ohmygosh! Hubby & I are in LOVE with New Port Richey & this adorable little place. We had the most fabulous lunch here, we have been talking about that beet salad & minestrone soup for days. As a matter of fact, soon as we got home hubby made me go get "red quinoa" to add to our beet salad bc that is his new favorite now :)...This is a locally owned small business that has just moved to this location & space. Formally just a supplements store, it's now a full blown organic market/grocery with a excellent organic cafe, offering locally grown produce as well! The only other cafe that can even compare to this one is in NYC, and this one blows that one away. Hubby & I both wish we lived in walking/biking distance to this gorgeous little market. The food is so amazing & we love the organic smoothie menu!!! We make the same Chlorella smoothie at home except we add Spirulina to ours. Scouting real estate. Will return ASAP !!! Highest Recommendations."
"Being epileptic isn't much fun, after all, who wants that Fit Life. This is a good store for prepackaged but dedidedly Bland Foods with zero spice, some heavy on the salt and its really about convenience and gimmick for me, as the food isn't very good. Let's be honest here. If you love it, then more power to you and enjoy it.It's a little expensive too and I'm not surprised at most 5 Star reviews either sound fake, or are from Hardcore hipsters, which is really the only demographic that would be into this, because the poor folk can't afford it, and those with diverse tastes would probably find this akin to slightly less unhealthy but similarly bland mediocre diner food.Three stars just because the person in here is nice."
"I'm not sure how I feel about this place, if only because of the perceived political leanings. I'm being absolutely honest here. The first thing I saw when I came in was a sign that peoclaimed 1776. The next thing I noticed were signs on how to get copies of a pocket guide to the US Constitution. This was on a support that separates their fruit from their registers. Any other time line, I'd think nothing of that and be cool, but in today's political climate, I felt very uncomfortable. Yes, you should ABSOLUTELY know your rights and the constitution, just never have seen this pushed in a health food store.Aside from that, their selection was fine, quite large with products that we had not seen elsewhere. Their snack section seemed particularly large and full of options as were their suppliments. Nothing wrong with the store, employees were friendly and engaging."
"North Lakeland, get your gears shifting right now and hit up Wildflower Nutrish as soon as possible! If you like a cute shop, friendly owners, and healthy products that don't taste healthy, well here you go.Wildflower makes incredible tea bombs- this isn't the tea you may think of. It's not herbally and earthy, they're actually super fruity and tart drinks that have healthy and natural caffeine- they'll get you buzzing. Trust me, they're incredible. Plus, way, way better for your body than a commercial coffee. They also make protein shakes, but in all kinds of flavors as well. My chocolate rolo one was the perfect offset to my fruity tea. Lauren, the owner was awesome and she runs this shop well. The way it's decorated is so aesthetic and on point. If I could have any suggestion it'd just be to have more seating- there's mainly the one couch and a chair, which makes it hard to let customers genuinely hang out and enjoy the products. If you've ever heard of or been to Bomb Nutrition in South Lakeland, this is actually the sister store, along with Auburndale Nutrition. So, they all have the same menu, and it's a good one. Don't forget to check their specials as well! Support your local businesses!!"
"We shopped here a few times when we were in Clearwater. This place has everything you could be looking forSouvenirs::::This place has it. Shirts, mugs, sea shells with ur names on it!!!! Hats, necklaces ect.....Snacks n food :::::They have your usual such as chips, candy bars n other snacks. They have sandwiches n hot dogs. You can't go wrong.Liquor::::Yes they sell Beer. Yahhhhh. Don't forget to get water you'll need it. It gets hottt on the beach. Enjoy!!!!!"
"This has to be my favorite new spot! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable! Fresh smoothies and juices and the food at the little cafe in the back is unbelievably delicious! They have sandwiches and soups and it's all healthy! This place literally has everything you could ever want to live and eat a happy lifestyle.I will be in here constantly. This is my new favorite place! I'm elated I found this place!"
"Yayyyyyy! A new sprouts near me. Love it! I always love shopping at sprouts. They have so many great products and their prices are always reasonable. Today they had a grand opening sale. First 200 people in the door to receive 25% off their bill (excludes alcohol ). I was able to get in early, take advantage of the great discount and stocked up on some non perishables. You do need to park in a parking garage but your able to comp your parking ticket within the first 90 mins of being there. The store is absolutely beautiful and well organized. This is just another win for the area. If you haven't shopped at a sprouts. Get up and get going. With so many locations, shopping for fresh foods is more convenient than ever."
"Perfect place very knowledgeable about health and wellness . I think you will find what you are looking for."
"I put off coming here because I thought that they might try to pressure me to buy meal plans, and I'm the type that just doesn't wanna hear it. I was surprised, not a single sales pitch. I got exactly what I wanted and walked out.The meals aren't incredibly seasoned but thats fine because it lets me add what I want, if I want. I have so far really enjoyed the turkey meatloaf meal and the orange chicken. The way the meals are packaged is so incredibly convenient, I'm surprised publix hasn't caught on. There's so many options available, even breakfast. I will probably be back here weekly, at least. The only negative is that the packaging is microwave safe but not oven safe. I would prefer oven safe non-plastics. I get around this by emptying the food into a covered pyrex and heating on 380 degrees for 14 minutes for small meals"
"I LOVE THIS PLACE! The quality of food is amazing and the service is pretty prompt. Everything is made fresh so expect to wait a little bit for your food. Portions are great and also the macros on food are awesome. Everything is super clean and tidy... highly recommend getting the burger and pancakes. Air fries are awesome too.., they definitely have a return customer at night order from here at least once or twice a week. As a retired bodybuilder, I really look for places with clean ingredients and high-quality service protein houses definitely on top of my list here in Tampa."
"If you can afford it, this is THE place to go to for quality organic produce and specialty items for different dietary needs! Plenty of vegan, gluten free options, etc. Reminds me of a Whole Foods, but the sales here barely amount to any difference. They have a cafe with smoothies, grab and go fresh, chilled meals, wraps, and more! The staff member at the cafe was very friendly. Unfortunately the portion sizes are quite small for the price; a falafel and lettuce salad I finished in a few minutes cost $12, Most of the sides I saw were $10 each."
"The sprouts market here is clean and well stock. Every serving station clerk are helpful. Such as seafood, cheese, cure meat, and meat stations are easy access. I like the cooked food on this station. Especially the freshly prepared tuna poke for pick up and no cooking needed. We also get some cook shrimp, sushi and meat. It save for my wife to cook which give a restful day. May be you want to cook for love one and you don't know how to marinated, they have marinated meat and seafood that can be add to your meal. Fruit are sweet, the veggies section constantly have water mist spray on veggies to keep top quality. I also like coffee section. You can grind coffee as you need. As a result you don't need to commit bulk load coffee bean not not fresh after opening. The wine section is a bit tiny. May be this need to improve. Check out is quick with clerk are station there."

Whole Foods and GNC had a baby.Great place to get a boat-load of Gluten free, Paleo and Keto products, as well as fresh produce, frozen foods and snacks. I could have dropped $200 in here easily. It's a good thing my woman was with me, otherwise I might have.Other items they have are fresh salads and smoothies of all kinds. They got a good thing going here.

Fitlife Foods and specifically Project U area a great way to get your nutrition on point. I've been buying Fitlife meals for months now, but it wasn't until I started with Project U that I really was able to dial in my nutrition better and reach my athletic goals. Project U is an amazing free program where you work one on one with a wellness/nutrition coach to determine your goals, measure BMR, fat and muscle mass, etc, as well as define overall nutrition/fitness goals. I compete in weightlifting so gaining strength by eating properly is key. I'm pretty well versed in nutrition, having worked with dietitians, counting macros and meal planning in the past, so I know the hard work that goes into doing that and I absolutely don't like the time consuming aspect of it. With Project U, I don't have to worry about cooking or counting macros because all of that is already done for me. Since I've been working with Project U not only have I noticed an overall gain in strength and stamina at the gym, I've achieved multiple personal records and I feel better. As part of the program you get regular check-ins with your wellness coach to objectively reassess your progress which in my case has been a great of corroborating what I already subjectively feel at the gym.

This location is perfect when you don't want to travel far from the hotel. You can grab a snack or drink. There are also lots of adult beverages. We could walk to the store. There is also $30 all day parking nearby.

I can't believe this is my first time here! Items are a little over priced but selection is decent. There's a full service cafe serving sandwiches, smoothies, soups and salads. They also have an organic co op every Wednesday for $25, which alone is worth a stop in.

Stopped by to pick up some acetaminophen and grabbed a few other things. Sprouts is great, they get their product from farmers and have a great selection compared to other grocery stores. The service was really great as the cashier was very friendly! Great ambiance also. Feel very refreshed after shopping there!

"Every year that passes, I find myself trying to make healthier choices. After several close friends and family have gotten ill recently, the importance of high quality, healthy food became paramount.Enter Nature's Food Patch Market and Cafe. Tucked away in Clearwater, this moderately sized grocery store has an incredible variety of healthy and delicious food. The produce is fresh, the bulk bins stocked, and the aisles chock full of just about everything imaginable. It's not a bargain basement or discount grocer; good food does cost money (don't get me started on how we need to adjust how we subsidize foods in this country). But it's hard to put a number on one's health, and what you put in your body is clearly a large part of that.Organic foods abound. Ethnic foods greet you at every corner. Want an interesting cereal, cracker, cookie or noodle you've never tried? Just walk the aisles. There are myriad plant-based options (including an entire freezer or two dedicated to them), although the fresh seafood and organic meat options are also fantastic. The pre-made section has the yummiest choices (blackened tofu sammie? bulgur tabbouleh? pacific rim salmon cooked to perfection?) it makes it almost impossible to choose. The salad bar is about as good as they come, the hot bar is always delish (check their twitter for daily updates), and the juice and sandwich bars are just incredible. I really am running out of adjectives. Once you grab yourself a snack or a full lunch, there's a cute little dining room nestled away for you to relax and enjoy your meal. I really cannot say enough good things about Nature's Food Patch Market and Cafe. Make sure to get yourself a customer card (it's not a credit card to be clear); it gets you discounts the more you shop there. And once you go, it's hard not to go back. To conclude, this is my favorite grocery store, bar none. Thank you for coming to my Ed Talk."
"1 pick up and 1 delivery so far. Both were perfect and easy. The pick up location is a bit hard to find. But stay alert, go to the back, way back and you will find it!We did a 10 meal pack- mixed it up both times.I must say the 1lb grilled sliced chicken was perfectly cooked, not dry and was great for snacking or salads.Breakfast choices and low carb options.Macros are on the container."
"I'm super excited to have Fitlife Foods in Wesley Chapel! We have nothing like it here. I especially like the items marked as low carb and gluten free. There are also vegan marked items for my vegan buddies like Joel!I tried the salmon with quinoa. That was alright to me. I picked a small entree of Korean beef which had a nice flavor. I also picked up a carrot cake which was super tasty and moist. I look forward to coming back and trying all they have to offer including breakfast items, snacks, salads, & entrees. Machaca chicken tamale, chicken gyro bowl, Jamaican pork tenderloin, & firecracker shrimp all sound good to me!"
"This is a smallish health store in a shopping plaza area. Check out the new Happy's ice cream, gelato and cookie place nearby for a treat after!!! Happy is healthy..Lots of vitamins, supplements and that sort of thing. Community oriented and friendly service. Various healthy living publications available (free and for purchase). Seems like a nice place. It always seems a little ironic to me that health food stores are at shopping malls with big parking areas ithat you have to drive to instead of in walkable downtown where you can socialize.. but this is America!!! :) Enjoy life and good health!!! Party on."
"Very good selection of fresh produce dairy free cheeses, cereals as well as bagged chips, vitamins, supplements, organic juices, goats, milk, a full selection of frozen items from cauliflower crust, pizza to honey bear ice cream. Around the side by the vegetables is beautiful selection of local honey by season. Also, in the back is the café Eden, which has a lovely salad bar as well as many choices for lunch, such as spanakopita assorted deli salads, as well as hormone free roast chickens competitively priced with Sprouts market.Join the club when you check out and get points for your dollars you spend enjoy a refreshing wholesome meal outside on their café tables. Plenty of parking in this plaza."
"Very Knowledgeable! They always have what we need and know alot about all of our health issues and how to tackle them with the right products!"
"Im a fan of Sprouts. Learning that they were finally coming to Westchase was exciting news. The Plaza is unrecognizable to what it was just a few years ago. Its much more welcoming. It used to be a pain getting in because the only entrance was on the Linebaugh side of the road, thats no linger the case. The plaza its coming together really well and Sprouts its at the heart of it. I enjoy their vitamin section the most. They have a decent wine selection. I tried their box Pizza and the Herb Roasted Chicken, both lacked flavor, poor values imho. Id like to see BOGO deals on more items. An addition of a coffee bar would be fantastic. Overall, my impression of opening day was solid, nothing over the top. The workers seemed friendly for the most part, it'll take a while for them to get it all together, but Im sure they'll be fine once established. Sprouts is a welcome addition to the Westchase area and Im looking forward to future visits."
"The staff were very helpful! They suggested the vegan dark chocolate banana smoothie! This smoothie is plant-based and doesn't have whey protein in it. The slim and trim smoothie base has whey! Thank you so much for the nugget of wisdom. I've ordered the slim and trim for years. I'm a fan of the menu updates. The Odessa Smoothie King is very clean and the service is quick! If you haven't been to a Smoothie King in a minute, check out their menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the location, staff, and vegan dark chocolate banana smoothie!"
"I've been forced into a more healthy lifestyle this year. Yes, forced. I was turned on to some new 100% organic multivitamins. Yes, 100% organic! They are not sold in just any place and I'll be honest - this was the only reason why I came to this store...because Chuck's has 'em! And they are not cheap. But when you can save 20% on their Super Tuesdays, it's worth the drive to get 'em.I had read some dreadful reviews, but I have to say, even though I did not require any assistance, I knew what I needed and just walked through the store, found it and got in line to check out. The staff greeted me and when I was checking out, they were quite nice when I was expecting something very different. So, I was pleasantly surprised and will be more than happy to return to get some of more healthy requirements.I perused through some of the other aisles and found quite a few interesting things. I did notice the bulk nuts prices were high. I know people complain a lot about the pricing so I would shop around for bulk nuts in other places, but the sale (red tag) items and the Super Tuesday discount really makes some of these products reasonable and even cheaper than some other places.Overall, the store is clean, the little cafe on the left side looked like it might be interesting, but I didn't try anything there this time around. I would expect that one day when everyone becomes more healthy and healthy products are the norm and not some obscure trend, pricing in all health food stores will go down - healthy competition will correct that problem. You'd think since things are less refined and take less/no chemicals, etc - it should cost less to prepare to sell. So, once people all finally get it through their heads that this is the way it "should" be, things will level out. Because the other products will hopefully soon be recognized by all that foods in boxes, bags and cans kill. Now, how many years this will take, who knows. But, the movement is here!Spend a little more now and feel good and you'll spend less on healthcare and hospital bills."
"Loved this place for a quick healthy bite to fuel my day. Everyone was amazing but have to give a shout-out to Meghann for the above and beyond service. WILL BE BACK :)"
"Establishment is very clean, busy and friendly attentive helpful staff. When you enter this store it's so organized and clean like everyone prides the appearance of this store. Just keep going back it's very nice clean & comfortable to shop inside."
"I researched a good clean fresh meal prep place for a recent project a few weeks before I got to Tampa for a work project. I was referred to this place by a lady on a Facebook group who said she was really happy with them and was a current customer. Heading over to Yelp it was clear to see this place was a no brainer. Their food is delicious. Have not had a single meal I did not love. Their protein donuts are great, too. Another plus is their boxes have FULL NUTRITION INFO AND HAVE A MYFITNESSPAL BARCODE! What else could you ask for? Their extra protein offerings have a true "double" protein quantity, other places have given as little as 30% extra, so it's nice to get a true double portion. Price point is what you'd expect for meal prep of this caliber right around $10 per meal which is ***well**worth it. I will be using Rebuilt meals whenever I am in the Tampa area. Thank you for making my meals super easy!"
"I've been to Natural Detox/Vegan Take Out a few times and it is awesome. A rotating menu of delicious vegan entrees and desserts that are homemade. The owner is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The small shop has some nice items, too. I love the ambiance, like your sitting at the table in the cozy kitchen of a doting relative. I had coconut curried rice with vegetables and faux chicken and I couldn't believe how delicious it was. If you're looking for healthful vegan fare that is predictably tasteful, you'll find it at this spot."
"ATTENTION CRAFT BEER LOVERS!! If you are looking for local or unique beers from all over the country, this is the place for you! Growing up in St. Petersburg, I frequently visited the location in St Pete so when we arrived in Tampa and discovered there was a store here, we were very excited! I'm going to be completely honest, we did not explore the store in full. We came here to stock up the fridge with local beers for the week and we were blown away by the selection. Neal, the gentleman in charge of the beer selection is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. If you have any questions or need help looking for something to fit your tastes, he is sure to find something perfect for you. They have everything from sour ales to imperial stouts, hazy IPAs to pilsners. The best part is, everything is extremely fresh! We noticed beers that were canned just a few weeks before the date we were there. Overall 10/10 craft beer selection. We ended up stopping back four other times to try out other new beers and even noticed a few new cans on the shelves. Do not miss out on this variety if you are in Tampa."
"Attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere! My physical therapist recommended Grill Fresh for lunch. I wasn't really hungry so I got a small bowl. For a small bowl I got a lot to eat! I started with sweet potatoes and noodles, and added chicken and green beans. All the sauces looked good, and I was able to try three. I settled on two - a white sauce and green sauce. I can not remember what I got, but they we're both good. In fact, my whole bowl was delicious and filling.I used a credit card to pay, and noticed a 43¢ fee. I didn't have cash, so there was no avoiding the fee."
"The Wesley Chapel location was super underwhelming. It sounded cool but it's a very small space filled with mostly herbs & spices. Was hoping for more products. Any of the products they did have were all out of stock. Would recommend checking out Sustain M.E. that's right down the road!"
"Love the "small bites" section small portions of cheeses and sweet treats for $2.50. Enjoy the great extensive variety of cheeses. I also purchased 3 herbs, spearmint, sage, and rosemary. Will definitely be back. Excellent customer service, my check out person informed me that i can get additional discount for being an amazon prime member. Great decor and store layout."
"We wanted a sweet without guilt and we found this incredible place that apart from being healthy is very beautiful. I ordered an oreo milkshake with almond milk that was delicious and not at all cloying, it's Keto and sugar free, I think it's an incredible option. The service is excellent, they gave us to try several flavors of ice cream and they also sell pint to take home. You can easily park outside and the atmosphere is very nice."
"Fitlife founded 2011, the Countryside store opened in 2012 as a second location to provide organic meals for athletes, active adults and free fitness coaching. The meals took off due to range of options, healthy prep, local sourcing when available and pricing. Here we are 10 yrs and we still very much depend on these meals to supplement our weekly cooking and busy routines. Five stars to Fiitlife for continuing to improve the menu, improving packaging, offering delivery and website ordering options and recognizing the value of organic, healthy and calorie controlled (approximately 250 to 400 calories) meals for all lifestyles. Many of our friends shop here to improve digestive issues for their teens. Our family continues to shop at this location because of the convenience of fresh, balanced (75% lean protein, a vegetable and a healthy starch) meals we can grab from our frig throughout the week. Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan meals available, including Butternut, Coconut Curry and the Impossible Bowl. We tend purchase breakfast for busy work weeks. The Sweet Potato Pancakes and French Toast are a favorite. Countryside is happy to exchange a meal if you are not happy with flavor or ingredients. Based on the cost to buy fast food, these prepared, already cooked meals are a win win as they are healthy, travel well in lunch boxes and definitely make your tummy feel better than eating fast food. Ranging in small, medium and large portions, you purchase based on your dietary needs. Countryside staff provide excellent customer service and it's obvious Fitlife has become a family and community focused shopping experience. Five stars as Fitlife rewards shoppers with a free meal for every twenty containers returned for recycling. An extra point for bringing your own bag to shop. Staff gets to know you personally and your dietary needs. The staff culture promotes friendly, team dynamics. You can tell the staff are proud of the product and excited to offer our community help with weight loss and healthy gastro options."
"I have to say, I'm really impressed. This is a tricky review to write. It's not a restaurant, nor a grocery store. It's a health food store with fully cooked & prepared one-dish meals. Just heat and eat. I like the simplicity of it all. I bought four, and ate one right away. It was surprisingly good. Don't get me wrong, they are not five star restaurant delicious, but expectations were exceeded. Keep in mind, they are very healthy versions of selected foods. They maintain a good balance between tasty and healthy. The sizes come in small, medium, and large. I can eat a large amount of food in a small amount of time. Portion control is something I've struggled with my entire life. I love to eat! It's one of my hobbies. For me, the small would be a very large snack. The medium would be a small meal (probably the amount of food I SHOULD eat in one sitting). The large was enough to gorge myself, and feel like I need a nap afterwards (just kidding, but I think it was more than I should eat at one time). Next time, I'll pick the medium sizes and see how that holds me.To date, I've tried 4 of the 60 menu options. I've had the Tampa Bay BBQ Beef and Mack'n, Chicken Pesto Tortellini, Sriracha Cali Chicken Bowl, and Chicken Enchilada Bake. All were good, not exploding with flavor, but I would order them all again. They also have a "green label" monthly menu change. I think thats good to prevent monotony and boredom. This place really focuses on the health aspect of things. They offer everything from one on one coaching, to a meal planning program. All the ingredients are fresh, never frozen. This leads to a short shelf life (something to keep in mind when you're picking your meals), but all seem to be low fat and low carb, while maintaining high percentages of protein vs. calories.Overall, this is a win in my book. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is price. They are pricey, but I guess that's the trade off for living healthy. Maybe its psychological, but even after 2 days, I feel lite and more energetic. That's motivation enough to go back!"
"My last review is from over 10 yrs ago so time to profess that I am STILL in LOVE with this shop. They are the most kind hearted people that care so much. Whether I am running in last minute to grab a gift (which they wrap at no charge and make beautiful) or wandering they always help me find fun things. For Shop Small Saturday they had so many specials and mystery bags ... my mystery bag was awesome with a huge lotion, candle, coasters, anklet and more. They were sampling tea, spiced hot cider and had snacks. If you never been go, if it has been a while go back! It is part apothecary, part loose leaf tea shop, part body treats (lotions, oils, face masks, etc), part gift shop including a kids section, amazing clothes and handbags too and there is so much more. Thanks for being part of the community!!"
"This location is right off of Hwy 301 and very easy to spot. Sprouts markets are nice to go to and look at alternative and natural foods. We went down every aisle and looked at their items and definitely picked up a few things. Although the store isn't big like the super markets but they definitely have more selections if you're part of a certain diet or health fad. Only complaint is price point but you get what you pay for so I'm not complaining. Their keto chocolate was bomb! I am definitely coming back for more! Cashiers are nice and I always love going to Sprouts!"
