"While visiting Tampa I always love to try places that I don't have back home. I was in the mood for a really good burger . So when I looked up best burgers in Tampa I found burger culture . Now this resturant has more than one location but this location I was closest too and it was a food trunk . So to begin they have a diverse menu that not only contain burgers, but also hotdogs and sandwiches. I got the Avo burger and my friend got the bacon cheeseburger. We both ordered our burgers with sides but you also get a side of coleslaw instead. The food trunk is nestled in a park lot with plenty of tables for seating. The service was great our burger was cooked and served very quickly. My burger was cooked perfectly not too well done and not too much pink .If you are ever in the Tampa area please check them out . I will definitely be back to try more delicious items on the menu."
"WOWZERS! I was visiting the Joy Bar on the same street when my friend and I got hungry. We wandered to this taco truck spontaneously and now I go at least every other week. The tacos, quesadillas, and ramen are to die for. The food is fresh and hot and they give you decent portions. My fave thing to order is the birria tacos and ramen combo because it is enough food to cover you for another meal. The ramen is thick with slivers of meat throughout. The service is pleasant and they typically will have little coupon offers through their payment app if you sign up. Parking is limited and the truck can get pretty busy during peak lunch and dinner hours. They do have a few picnic tables but the area isn't pretty."

"Absolutely they serve Vietnamese foods and Korean foodsI can't wait to go back again. I have gotten take out and it was delicious. Tu think the food they seve is quite abit. Pho soup takes me 3-4 different meals. That's me. Someone Else may eat the whole thing in one setting."
"Located in a foodtruck near Causeway and 50th st! This is their current location (old location was in Ybor storefront). Yuppi is known for their WINGS. They are so crunchy but a medium not thick batter. FLAVOR oh my goodness, 10/10 It was a 15-20 minute wait when I walked up. The wings are made to order. I saw alot of people come get their call-ahead orders, I would do the same next time. Probably call and place your order when you're 15 min away. 10 wings is $20 and includes fries. The fried shrimp was also delicious and huge. But the shrimp get soft quickly compared to the wings which tasted crunchy even 30 min after you pick it up. Sides: recommend cornbread and potato salad! They run out of their cornbread by 8pm. The mac n cheese was not cheesy and lacked flavor. I would not get this again. And don't forget to grab a bread pudding! They have a facebook page and instagram for daily updates."
"Excellent eatery! Sim's has the best smoked mullet in the area. Great pulled pork, too. Other seafood is available. Stop in sometime if your in Seffner, FL."
"This is a great place for bbq and those smoked ox tails...omg..the only place I'd get oxtails from! Other than the corn soufflé, the sides need some help. They are best for the bbq! Very nice gentlemen though!"
"We were downtown for a show at the Straz on a weekday. We didn't have time to eat before the show and Shiso Crispy was open and not a long walk at all. First, I was surprised (not disappointed!) that this was a food truck. No worries at all. There are some cute little covered tables and bar height chairs to enjoy your food and it was a gorgeous night. We ordered Bang Bang Chicken Bowl and two orders of Bao Buns to share, the tuna and the short rib. This was a one man operation with a lot of customers to feed so it took a bit for the food to be ready. No problem at all. When it did come, one of our orders of Bao buns was missing. Easily remedied. The Bang Bang Chicken was very good, but not a whisper of heat in the vicinity. Like it was temperature hot, but where was the Bang? Mush less the Bang Bang? The rice was terrific. But dang I wanted some kind of heat from the chicken.I opened up the Bao buns and my heart sank. They were COVERED in a dark vegetal substance. I hoped it was seaweed but in my heart, I knew. I have a pesky and ongoing allergy to cabbage and these days, restaurants are straight up leaving it off of descriptions and surprising me with it. I get that menu boards have limited space, but when the dish has three components- bun, meat and slaw (and loads and loads of slaw), it's worth mentioning. Especially since the word slaw only has four teensy letters. My friend did a taste test and yep- purple cabbage. For Pete's sake.I spent a considerable amount of time removing every speck and sliver of cabbage and trying the tuna bun. It was fine. I know why it had a slaw, and am sure I'd have liked it much better had I been able to eat it as intended. But had I known the slaw was a component I wouldn't have ordered it at all. If I'm in the area and need sustenance, I would definitely get a bowl with that delicious rice. But sadly, I'm not rushing back."
"It's not easy to find cabeza but lo and behold taco de oro has it. Let's get into the experience - ambience not much to say here it's a taco truck on the side of the road. If you love the hole in wall kind of setting it's great. Cabeza - it's not as fatty as I expected but pretty flavorful, I've had some of the best and this doesn't come close but it's good Chorizo - spicy savory nice spice blend textbookLengua - a little chew big chunks of meat it's a softer version of carne asada Solid tacos would come again"
"Ok... best Tostones I have had to date... they were crispy, soft, salty, and delicious! Yum! The Chicharron de Pollo (Fried Chicken) I had with the tostones... wow! Good flavor, and fun to eat (HOT! Should have let them cool a bit, but I was hungry, and they were yummy!) I will be back! And already thinking of what I want.. so many choices! :)"
"We actually attended the Pinellas Park Taco Fest this past Sunday and wanted to order from his food truck. (We had the opportunity to meet Rene upon ordering and we had seen him on HGTV). We walked around looking at the menus of all the trucks and circled back to Rene's which did have the longest line. Rene had the most unique tacos offered: Octopus & shrimp, crab cake, ahi tuna, lamb, pork barbacoa, al pastor, spicy shrimp, and pork belly to name a few (see pictures posted)Friends had eaten from Rene's truck on Saturday and highly recommended both the lamb and octopus & shrimp (mentioned that the octopus & shrimp was soft as butter and juicy). We decided on:*Beef Barbacoa de chacete on a flour tortilla. Tasty, a bit spicy and delicious.*Octopus & shrimp on a flour tortilla. Unfortunately, it was overcooked; the octopus was tough as a rubber band and the shrimp were chewy. (It was actually inedible.) The 5-stars are based on my friend's experience. I hope to try it again one day soon. The truck was inviting, the service was fast and the staff was very friendly. There was a $3 upcharge to use a credit card but it wasn't visually posted."
"The lengua was good. We had it in tacos and quesadillas. Both were delicious and we will go back."
"Ordered via Uber Eats...TNT Fries and bacon cheeseburger. Expensive, but worth it b/c the food is really good, and it was packaged really well. I should've taken pics before unwrapping and biting into the burger twice lol . Even the bag it came in was great quality...super thick and sturdy. The portion sizes were huge! I took off one star b/c the bacon on my burger wasn't fully cooked. I hate chewy, fatty half-cooked bacon...prefer it crispy. If nothing else, at least fully cooked. I just took it off and cooked it in the toaster oven for a few minutes, problem solved."

This was our first visit after seeing several ads on social media. We've been looking forward to visiting, and it was definitely worth the wait! Yes, a little spendy, but it was a lot of food and was amazing.Service was excellent. We visited on a perfect day, so sitting outside worked put great. I'm not sure if it would be as inviting during the dead of summer...but there are some shaded seating areas available. The Montana burger was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, they were out of pulled pork, so they gave me a ton of bacon instead...not a bad trade. :-)Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly as well. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Amazing. Small patio to sit out back. From the chicken, pork, ribs, brisket, cornbread, beans and greens it was phenomenal!! I don't live here and that's the only problem!

Found this place by way of the Yelp event. My wife is elite but I am not so I paid for the food. I am happy to support this black-owned business. The staff was very courteous and grateful for the support. The food was very flavorful. I went with the special which included wings, shrimp, Mac and fries. Everything was seasoned well, hot and perfectly crispy. Highly recommend. A little pricier than I expected though.FYI, It is located next in a random lot next to a car wash. If you're not paying attention, you'll drive pass it. It's a bit of a drive from me, but I would return if I'm ever near Brandon.

Brisket is the way to go! Def get the eggs and corn- sooo good! I can't wait to go back and try the seafood! Prepared fresh by two very hard working people! Couldn't wait to stop by and try this place. I always try the pulled pork first any bbq place I go- my neighbor went with me and got the brisket- Go with the brisket it literally pulled apart like butter! Both of us got the potato salad- very good like very good! She got green beans I got Mac and cheese both were ok. We tried the eggs and corn also- it's in garlic butter just had too and glad we did YUMYUM! Their sauce is more Carolina gold style- not my usual choice but this sauce was delicious. like I said I'll be back to try more, there's so much to choose from!

The food was amazing. I am not from Florida originally. I have to say this is the best barbecue I've had in Florida. The service was very good and the atmosphere is fine. It's a food truck so you get your food and you can take it home. The only complaint is, I purchased the meat madness special and two additional sides. It's supposed to come with bread, but they forgot to give me bread. Other than that, it was very very good.My wife and I will be coming back again and will tell others about this place.Thank you.

Food was yummy and although there was only one individual worker on the truck he was keeping up and pushing out orders in a timely manner! Our order only took about 15 mins, took a quick walk at river walk across the street to kill time. Flavor was on point and we'll definitely be back!

"They have the BIGGEST burritos! I swear, ours was the length of my forearm! It was packed with a lot of meat, beans, cheese. They have two sauces to choose from and we selected the salsa verde which was very good! My husband and I both really enjoyed it, still have enough for a second meal! We'll be back the next time we come to Tampa!"
"The best Cuban sandwich. The sandwich is enough for two people. The owner is friendly and a kind soul. Best to call your order before arriving."
"Recently, Sarge's moved into NoHo Junction. They still have the food truck and it's out and about. It's nice to be able to meander in and grab some tasty bbq. Amazing customer service! The menu is traditional bbq with brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Homemade bbq sauce starts with the sweet, spicy and mustard. All very tasty and yummy. The bbq here tends to lean towards the sweet versus the savory. It's all delicious. The baked beans are rather unique with chunks of meat, a variety of beans, and pineapple. Trust me, it really works. I've tried the pork, chicken, and brisket. They offer regular fries and parmesan as well. YUM!!! Great spot to grab a meal."
"I have never tried Los Comparres, since I usually hit a nearby competitor. Decided to make up for that tonight.Easy to find, plenty parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.... and communication is not an issue as they speak both Spanish and English.Ordered three Birria tacos with consomme and one Chorizo taco... and a Tamarindo Jarrito.Order was ready quickly, and I head home.Chorizo taco - I saw a previous review from Boon, that said some of the tacos he had were dry... and I agree, this chorizo was dry, flavor was ok, not great. Probably would not order again. I am used to chorizo that is greasy and full of flavor.Birria tacos - these were pretty good... not as flavorful as some others I had, and were definitely not "wet". Probably easier on the tortillas that way for to-go orders, expecially since you have consomme for dipping when you get home. Consomme was ok... not heavily spiced, but good to dip into. Salsas were good... and they give me three, Avocado, red and green.Jarritos are always good... love them.I am going to say three stars for the food... and an extra star for the service."
"I'm not the biggest fan of bbq food, but Pibb's Rib Shack was impressive. Placed my order over the phone, and the food was ready for pickup 15-20 minutes later. I ordered a rib meal, with beans and potato salad as my sides. I really enjoyed the baked beans and the potato salad was good, although I enjoy a little more texture (crunch) in my potato salad. The ribs portion was huge, although a little fatty for my taste, the meat itself was tender and flavorful, and I could tell a lot of love and patience went into its preparation. If you're a lover of all things bbq, you really should check them out! Great, friendly service, and they don't skimp on their portion sizes."
"I don't know which is better, Loli's or El Charrito. The lady who works there is so nice, and the tortillas were steaming hot when she gave them to me. They. Were. Perfection! The homemade hot sauce and cilantro sauce are so great, I want to bottle them up and take them home. I never, ever would have thought to stop at this little food truck next to a battery store, so I'm grateful for all the reviews on Yelp! The meat was flavorful, especially the chorizo. I definitely recommend the chorizo taco. I had juice dripping down my chin, but that's okay, because there are legit, heavy duty paper towels on the tables outside! I was super grateful for them, as using flimsy, cheap paper towels would have been a nightmare with these delicious, juicy tacos! The parking lot is small, but you get your food so fast (and if you're like me, inhale it fast, too), so I don't think it's a problem. I definitely recommend stopping by El Charrito if you're craving authentic, inexpensive Mexican food. Tacos are only $2 a piece! Amazing!"
"Heavy's is one of the better food trucks in both quality and quantity. I haven't always considered myself a BBQ enthusiast, and probably still don't, but I'm slowly becoming a convert thanks to incredible dishes at great BBQ places like Jazzy's & Heavy's. And do show up hungry - Heavy's portions are gigantic! My co-worker has previously enjoyed Heavy's food truck in St Pete, and highly recommended them. Although I also *like* them on Facebook, she notices when their schedule occasionally puts their food truck in Clearwater, and she alerts me so we can go. And now that we've been a few times, I fully understand the draw. Meals are HUGE, and delicious. Their collard greens are my favorite, but I also love their macaroni & cheese. I usually order pulled pork because it's so perfectly tender. It's also drizzled with their sweet BBQ sauce that I surprisingly love. My KC friend tells me this is Kansas City style BBQ. Whatever *style* it is, it's outstanding. And sometimes Heavy's has banana pudding, which is equally fabulous."
"This spot is a hidden gem in Apollo beach! A family-owned food truck parked off of Apollo beach Blvd that makes some of the most delicious Latin food is a welcome surprised upon moving here. We've tried the salads, empanadas, tacos, tostones, and Cubans just to name a few of the items on their menu. The owners are so kind & make adjustments to ingredients easily to personalize our orders. We come back often and hope they're always around!"
"OMG.Honestly, those were the first words out of my mouth immediately after biting into my burrito! OMG OMG OMGI had the preconceived notion that this would be no more than a 4 star experience because of the following: No ground beef is used in their entrees, the sour cream (if you want it) goes inside the burrito (which could lead to soggy leftovers), the food is from a food truck, & I am an otherwise loyal fan of TacoSon.Oh, how I was mistaken! I've never before bit into food & called out to the Almighty himself! Seriously, this was the BEST burrito I've ever tasted, & I normally detest steak in my burritos, tacos, etc. The steak was tender & cut into very small pieces. The wrap itself far outshined any I've ever eaten; it had lots of flavor & it wasn't chewy. I can't explain it other than to say it was quite different & excellent. I didn't even add mild sauce (or any other sauce) because the burrito was perfect just the way it was served. (See pic.) Is there a downside to Pinch A Taco? It's not easy to get to in rush hour traffic on Nebraska Ave if you're coming from the opposite direction, I had to take back roads to successfully reach it-- where I encountered not one, but two "working girls," & eating outside on a picnic table in the Chevron gas station's parking lot won't really impress a date. But, if you love GREAT Mexican food, love supporting a local family owned business, & want a quick meal to go, this is where it's at! They accept cash & all major credit/debit cards. The vegan jalapeño chili was last night. Tonight it's the real deal-- steak burrito night! So incredibly yummy:) 5 stars for Pinch A Taco!"
"The food was simply amazing. Was heading to Busch Gardens and needed a quick meal when I stumbled upon this food truck. The food was flavorful, portions were great, and quick friendly service. Will be coming here whenever I'm in the area. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Must try!"
"Fantastic! Ordered a beef arepa and the sweet corn pancake (capatcha). Both were amazing and HUGE! I ordered it as I was getting on the highway so I didn't take a pic, but the menu pic below is spot on. Definitely authentic Venezuelan food. Very clean and spacious. I will definitely stop in again!"
"Great selection of tacos. It's a small taco truck on the side of the road easy to miss but it's definitely worth the stop. Their menu is small but they offer so many different types of tacos from steak, chicken, ground beef, shredded beef, al pastor, beef tongue, and shrimp. I tried one of each and they were all great. Their house made hot sauce and guacamole sauce were so good."
"Nice little bbq spot. I always like to get the brisket. The sides are delicious too and lots of sauce options. Staff is friendly and service is always quick."
"Had the garlic shrimp with dufongo. This was exceptional!! Me and my family also had churrasco and empanadas and arroz con gandules and we can't say enough great things about the food. We also happened to be there on their 5 year anniversary!! Honestly, I am still dreaming about their garlic sauce!! I wish I lived closer!"
"Food is amazing. Always hot and fresh. Customer service is superb for it to be a food truck."
"I gotta give this spot 5, yes 5 stars... You can smell the grill stinking (in a good way) up New Tampa for miles! It's hot out but how can you resist the smells of the Caribbean? How can you not want The Jerk?! I've admittedly driven by a few times, always saying, I'll stop next time... we'll, after living in Tampa for a year and a half, today's the day!!Man, the smoked turkey legs look like they came off of a dinosaur and they taste amazing. I've never had Rasta Pasta before but oh yeah, I'm a fan! I also ordered the red beans and rice and to my surprise they came with the Caribbean cabbage and plantain. I couldn't even eat half of the food so I have something to enjoy tomorrow. If you're in the area of Livingston and... I can't remember the cross street but "follow your nose, it always knows"!"
"What a treasure of a find on a hot Friday afternoon for lunch! The A/C was working great inside Tito's ( it is no longer just a food trunk ). The owner or manager has done a very creative job on decor inside to reflect New York Puerto Rican pride! Really cute inside and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed two Pincho's. Which are skewers of meat. One of chicken and one of pork - both delcioso with sweet media niche bread on the side. Our sandwich we shared was the churrasco with hot, fresh friend. The flank steak was prepared perfectly and there was enough food that lunch tomorrow is covered. The cashier was super friendly and the guy who was making the food in the kitchen came out, made eye contact with my husband, and with gesturing made certain we liked the food. My husband nodded enthusiastically! YES! A great find off Waters Avenue that you should check out some day soon!"
"Delicious food; great prices, clean and accessible restaurant and VERY nice folks! The Bandeja paisa is my absolute favorite, but I also like their Chicharrón . The food is made fresh, to order, and I believe that is part of why it is so delicious. If you haven't been and you like Colombian fair, you must check out Cositas Ricas!"
"AY PAPI! This is a small Brazilian food truck that is parked next to a PJ Liquors (one story blue-green store on the northbound side of Dale Mabry near Humphrey street)There is parking shared with the liquor store but I parked between the liquor store and the red building. They take credit card/debit card. (It does not state this on the website)I got the mixed grill , which consisted of 1 lb of chicken, chorizo, churrasco (flap), and picanha (Top sirloin).it also came with one side-. I picked mashed potatoes.Mashed Potato- Actually homemade and not some instant packet stuff that is overly smooth. There is butter, garlic and chunks of real potato in there As a gringo, It is nice to see MP in a meat centric place. 4/5The meat was were super juicy and flavorful. I wish there was a little more, but the quality was there. Yes there is a little oil in the box (Title of your sex tape) but ill take that over the food being overly dry. They ask you the level of "doneness" before cooking. Of the various meats, the picanha was my favorite. 5/5Since this is a food truck , there are just 4 picnic style tables. It was rainy so I took it home. If you like meat, this trumps some sit-down places here and is worth your time. GO GO GO!"
"All I have to say is WOW! This is the best birria I have ever tasted. The meat is juicy and flavorful, The ingredients are fresh, the cheese is melty and perfect and the portions are super generous. We purchased the Birria Pizza for 3 adults and 1 child and it was more than enough! It was delicious, well balanced between tortilla, meet and cheese and left us feeling happy and stuffed. The Birria egg rolls were crunchy, full or gooey cheese and flavorful meat! I will say that the price point is pretty high, but the flavor is worth it!"
"I came by late at night when I found them on the way home from work I was taking that day. While they were about to close, they were still super accommodating and the food was fresh and delicious. Already dreaming about my next visit!"
"Thank goodness I don't live to close to here because I would weigh 800 pounds because I would eat here everyday. I had the carne frita (fried pork chunks - yeah pork and fries) over yellow rice with fried yucca (my cardiologist is not a fan right now). It was absolutely delicious. The pork was fried perfectly and the dipping sauce added even more flavor. The fried yucca was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I think there was a little crushed garlic on top to add to my eating pleasure. My wife had the pork rice bowl with two fried sweet plantain. That was also absolutely delish. To find Puerto Rican food this good is a rarity. I'll be back alot now that I've had my first meal here!"
"Sleeper hit! I don't even usually care for arepas but my food was phenomenal. I ordered the Chicken Mechado ($13.39) via Uber eats. Was ready very quickly, amazingly packed, everything cooked to perfection. Lady who handled my order was really friendly. I'd suggest the food truck improve their signage game though, so it's easier to find on foot."
