"when you have had a couple drinks and wandering around a bit, later in the evening, a street vendor can be your savior. Such was my situation last weekend. We had gotten into town late, but that didn't stop us from checking out the local libations that were semi close to the hotel. we had stopped at a couple spots when I realized I hadn't ate and most likely should. The waitress in the place I was at said to go to the joint outside. I don't recall seeing the stand on the way in, but wow, it smelled very good as I walked out. There was a fella there working hard at the grill. I waited a minute as he seemed to be putting a fresh batch of things on the grill, having been just sold out by the last group of people. I wanted a burger or sausage but I asked him, "what's ready?"he replied all that's ready is hot dogs. I grabbed one.But it was a giant one, and he puts some peppers and sauce on there that really had it going. I ate that thing in no time. the service and food was very deserving of a solid tip. if you are ever hungry, especially late night, this is an excellent spot."

"Oh my lanta! We have been searching for some true barbecue since moving here five years ago, and I think we've finally found it! For meats, we tried the brisket, hotlinks, and pork ribs. All tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with a beautiful smoke ring. Our sides were Mac and cheese and loaded potato salad. To add, they treat you with some delicious pickles, pickled onions, and the best surprise roll I've ever had (did the heavens make that?!)Food aside, the venue was unique and adorable. They have little shops inside for buying grills, wine, etc. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome and that was the cherry on top of a great experience. We will be back to try more very soon!"

"Never ate here before. Came in with family. The wait was an hour when we arrived but we just thought we'd kill time by walking the strip. Got a text within 15 minutes that our table was ready. COOL!! Seated after checking in. The music was so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talk at the table. So we basically sat in silence. We ordered the trio with chips, salad, queso and guacamole. The chips were really good, they have some seasonings on them so even without the dips they are good. The salsa was the only one my SIL and I didn't like, it tasted like chemicals. For my drink, I ordered the sangria margarita combo and frozen. It was good. For food I got the fajitas bowl which was very good. It's a lot of food so got a good portion of it to go."

"Treehouse BBQ had the shortest line at the Sunshine City Smokeout in St Pete this weekend. We hopped in line after checking out the menu. It took roughly 10 minutes to order, and then we were told the wait would be 45 minutes for the food. The food actually took 1.5 hours to prepare. We had a few drinks and empanadas while we waited. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and a side of potato salad. The brisket sandwich was delicious. The meat had tons of flavor and was cooked nicely! And the gouda cheese was perfect.I wasn't thrilled with the potato salad, but I ate it anyway. The wait time was excessive. There was only one person making the sandwiches. The smokeout had quite a few patrons. If possible, I suggest two cooks next time. But I did appreciate the delicious brisket! I would try Treehouse again, but next time I will ask how long the wait is for the food before placing my order."

"Got to try this business out a few months ago and we're pretty impressed! The concept is to have a hibachi show/dinner in the comfort of your own home. We booked online and had to fill out our menu preferences per person in an online form. We received email confirmations and even had questions answered via email in a timely manner. The day of the event our appointment time arrived and there was no sign of the business. We understood traffic or getting lost so we patiently waited about 10min before calling the number in the email. We didn't get ahold of anyone. We waited another 10min and tried again-still no answer. About 30min after our appointment a car drove up and it was them without much explanation. There were 2 employees and they went and set up right away. We regularly go to our local hibachi restaurant so we are very well aware of the typical tricks and show that is usually put on. Our chef was friendly and hilarious. His slight English made some things hard to understand but overall he was a great sport and got his message across. They incorporated us into the tricks and show which was cool! Lots of sake rounds were made. We were crying with laughter. The food was good but it did not include noodles which was a bit of a let down. It included rice, sauce, veggies, salad and protein(s) of choice. The chicken and steak were very tender and juicy. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend and book again."

After we booked the wedding, we were provided the contact info for 3 C's to set up a tasting. In the middle of the pandemic, we thought this would be a challenge but it went perfectly.Our tasting was set up at their location off 301. We sat in the dining area where they also serve daily lunch. The place was empty except for those working so it was nice. Like a private dinner just for us.We gave them the foods we wanted to try ahead of time so they were ready when we got there. One-by-one, dishes were brought out and explained to us. Starting with the appetizers, main course and side dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They brought out each dish, explained it and how it was made.I don't remember everything we tried but we ended up going with the bruschetta for an appetizer. The spring mix salad. Brisket and pulled pork with sides of green beans and mac and cheese. Everything is made from scratch and customizable. You can give suggestions for flavoring based on preference. The appetizers and meats we kept as is. The mac and cheese was good but we opted to add a bit more seasoning. The green beans were excellent as well and had a sweet taste to them as well. I think the secret ingredient is some sugar!Our wedding day went by so fast. Our wedding planner at Almost Heaven Farm made sure we ate, which was great. The food was fantastic. Hot, fresh and tasty. The bruschetta was fresh and on top of crispy bread. The pulled pork was moist and the brisket was savory and delicious. The green beans were just as we remembered with that hint of sweet. The mac and cheese turned out great too. Creamy and seasoned perfectly.My wife and I would recommend 3 C's for your catering needs!"

Typically, we cook for each other but in the time of coronavirus, we have been participating in the #takeouttuesday campaign.After finally narrowing down what we wanted to eat, my fiance suggested Big City Grill. I've never seen this place, never been there, never heard of it. The UberEats menu looks a little different from the menu on their website but the prices match up. I had to look at both menus at the same time to make sure I was picking the right item on the UberEats app.I placed the order around 6pm via the app while I was at work. I scheduled the order for delivery between 7:15pm and 7:45pm. I arrived at my fiance's house around 7:30pm and the food was there waiting for me! My fiance said it arrive around 7:15pm, so the delivery was prompt.I ordered a double angus burger with cheese. The burger doesn't come with sides but it was less than $8 to begin with it. My fiance ordered the buffalo chicken salad with the meat and dressing on the side as a special instruction. We were glad to see the special instruction was followed. The burger was really good. It was cooked well-done, no pink at all but wasn't dry. It wasn't overly seasoned but it had a good taste and to me, seemed to be good quality meat. The condiments were fresh. I asked for extra pickles and that's what I got. The side of onion rings were crispy and tasty. Not greasy. Other reviews said the onion rings traveled better than the fries for delivery. Fries don't do well with delivery from anywhere really.My fiance's salad was good she said. It was large and came with an ample amount of buffalo chicken. At the end of the evening, we were satisfied with our meal. It was delivered quickly and was still fresh. The quality and taste was good and the whole meal, with delivery, came to less than $30. Big City Grill is a solid choice for a delivery meal."

She also told me that she was making a vegetarian broth for the matzah ball soup, if I would like that as well - yes, thanks!I paid online, and then was contacted during the week by Lynn to confirm my order, and my pickup time. I could have had her deliver it for a fee, but it was just as easy to pick up. Everything was ready when I went to pick it up, and while I could have re-heated it in the aluminum tins everything was in, I put all the food in containers with lids that could go in the oven.When dinner was served, my guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was. The matzah balls in the soup were light and fluffy. The homemade gefilte fish was the best I've ever had. Potatoes and carrots were well-seasoned and tender. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and flaky and moist. And the chocolate 'cake' roll, while it fell apart when serving, was incredibly rich and flavorful.Truly a great meal from start to finish and I will definitely be using Lynn's Catering in the future when the need arises."

"This past Easter we saw Adore Boards pop up on Instagram and we knew we had to try them out! Not only is this supporting local, but it's also supporting a small mom and pop shop trying to make it during COVID-19! Ordering was easy peasy. We messaged them on Instagram and they told us what they were offering, the different sizes, how much they would be and how we could get it delivered. The sizes ranged from very small which served 2 to 4 people, small which served 4 to 6, medium which served 6 to 8 and large which served 10+ people. We went with a small charcuterie board which was plenty! We talked with them and they agreed to deliver it up to Wesley Chapel. The total cost was $84 with cost for the board, delivery fee and tip! The charcuterie board was amazing! It has 4 different kinds of cheese ranging from. Blueberry goat cheese to a manchego cheese that was out of this world. It had cured meats like salami and others, it had local honey, nuts, picked, olives, fruits, apricots, veggies, and crackers! It was amazing and so fresh! It even had my favorite chocolate truffles with strawberries...yum! The board was so tasty that we couldn't stop eating from the money we started! We picked and picked and picked some more! It was tasty and fun to the last bite! If your having a party, social gathering, graduation event, or anything think about ordering a Charcuterie board from Adore Boards! It was the perfect COVID-19 Easter treat that my family needed! I highly recommend to all!"

"One of my favorite places to eat at Armature Works.We originally came here with a group of Yelpers. During that outing, I got food from Surf and Turf (which I highly recommend). One of the other Yelpers, Dave W., got the Roast Porchetta from here. He raved about it. Enough so that when I brought my dad here for dinner I stressed that he should try the Roast Porchetta, which he did.I got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. We also tried the potato salad and parmesan garlic chips. Everything was superb. You can really tell that they make their own meat. The meat was absolutely delicious. I couldn't try the porchetta since I don't eat pork, but my dad said it was fantastic. I also appreciated how they absolutely doused the chips in parmesan. It was the perfect amount of cheese for me. They have a good selection of sandwiches. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to spots when I come to Armature Works!"

The Beef Brisket is as good as I've had in Texas and the Empanadas were absolutely amazing with a perfectly balanced Chimicurri Sauce and Braised Lime Onions. Everything including the sides were so flavorful and a bit of a break from traditional BBQ. Being a classically trained at Culinary school in France, the owner Bryan incorporates a unique flavor balance to otherwise traditional BBQ. It's located in the back part of a neighborhood that's adjacent to Grace Family Church off Van Dyke Rd.We cAme here for the required pre Cana meeting for our catholic wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and are centered around a lovely lake. The main conference building has a beautiful wrap around porch that overlooked the lake. The grounds also have several cottages and bunk houses that allow youth groups to have retreats. While we were at the Bethany Center, there were several other groups there having meetings. The main building we were in was beautifully decorated and new. The bathrooms and kitchen area were modern and up to date. I'd highly recommend this place for your next retreat or conference."
