I used to frequent this place weekly... sometimes twice a week for their burger and chicken specials. Their chicken monger is THE BEST. I came back today after a hiatus and it was better than I remembered. The deals... you just can't beat! That is the biggest, juiciest chicken sandwich you're going to find these days for that price. And you can add whatever toppings you want for free! I highly recommend grilled onions- yum! Their ranch is delectable, as well. Their burger mongers are also amazing and I highly recommend. The service is actually amazing, as well. They are polite and attentive. Sometimes they have made errors in orders, but they're always kind and correct them. The interior is very casual and there's plenty of TV's to chill out and enjoy your sandwich.

I have revisit the restaurant and feel that their restaurant is take a step back in excellence like. I use to like their burger. I order the mushrooms Swiss burger. The burger is kind of tiny. The mushrooms are good. Taste is there. But value to price doesn't measure up. Don't have enough to fill stomach if you really hungry. Food needs to wait to be cook.

We ordered 6 wings, side ceasar salad, and a burger, with cheese and mushroom and fries. Issue: food came out one at a time - wings, burger, fries and finally the salad, after I went up and asked - "I ordered a salad." Apoligies do not help with weird delivery. People want their food to come out reasonably together, not salad last. Mediorce. $36.00 and pretty meh! We both agreed, below special, and timing needs serious attention. Will not be back.

Major takeaway was great customer service. The meals we got were signature burger mongers with fries and sweet potato fries. Also, ordered some bbq boneless wings which weren't tossed in the sauce just topped. Mozzarella sticks, weren't the best but better than most. Their variety of ketchups was a nice surprise. Bathroom was unisex and was decent. Overall, we'll be back.

First off, their service was a 5/5 stars! They were very, very friendly!!!! We ordered and relaxed while they made the food. The layout is great and we love how there are paper towels/napkins at each table. However, where they quite fell short was the food. I really, really wanted to love it but flavors overall were just lacking. The cheese sticks were okay, but seemed really low quality. The chicken was fried well but flavor was missing badly (needed more seasoning and sauce). We just felt the food was mediocre. However, the service and environment was good. I think they just need to tweek their recipes a bit.

I went to Burger Monger on Monday, February 25, 2025. Lissa helped me with my order, she was very nice, helpful, respectful with taking my order, and understanding the menu. The burger and fries were cooked to perfection. Burger Monger in Wesley Chapel, FL is a great restaurant. I will definitely eat their again.

I have not been to this location in a while, but it used to be my go to place for gourmet hamburgers. The burger patties were big, tasted amazing. The other day I went there for lunch because I had a gift card, I was so disappointed. The burger patties appeared to be half the size that they used to be, the bun was just as small; the prices were just as high as they used to be when the burgers were bigger.I hope they reconsider the burger patty size, don't think they will; sadly I still have a gift card to use.

Service is so bad here. Cook was openly vaping while at the grill, everyone was playing on their phones. Talked to the woman about it and she said that "we are hiring"Then she responded that it was only burgers.I told her that was nasty that he is vaping while cooking and she said "it's his last day anyway." What in the world??
