Burger 21 - New Tampa

First time coming and by the name it sounded like a cafe, but when you walk in it feels like fast food.The service was great, workers were nice. The food was very good. Didn't taste like fast food even though the place looked it. The burgers looked freshly cooked, lettuce crisp unlike most fast food places. The tots were crispy also and great sauce.I also has the red velvet Shake, VERY pink haha

The whole thing went well! We eat here often and it never disappoints! Service is consistently awesome and so is the food!I love their fries! Super crisp and perfectly salted. I love dipping them in the Thai ketchup. I ordered the haystack burger and it's always so good! The shakes are handmade and always creamy and tasty! We'll definitely keep coming!

Always a superior burger and friendly service. Fries are always on point and fountain drinks are plentiful and cold. They also do a marvelous job of executing lettuce wraps!!!!!! Worth every penny!

The staff were pleasant enough, and the food was just ok. The burgers come either medium or well done. We ordered medium but these were closer to medium rare, which was not a problem for us, but could be for others. The half and half sweet potato fries and onion rings were less than fantastic. The onion rings are very thin slices and mostly just tasted dried out. The fries were mediocre. The Heath shake was ok. I would have preferred more bits of Heath as they seemed a bit sparse. We switched booths as the food was arriving due to ghost ants marching across the table. We mentioned this to thebut nobody went to address the problem while we were there. In addition, the floors to between the table and window were covered in spilled liquid and crumbs. While there was the appearance of cleanliness at first glance, a closer look revealed the truth. This is a one and done for us. We won't return.

I've been here several times and I love their Monterey Chicken Sandwich but today was very disappointing. We walked in, waited for someone to come out. Well Allison (Alli) came from the back because the phone was ringing asked us to wait while she took the call which was someone placing an order. I've worked in customer for several years and when I worked at a fast food restaurant I was taught to give priority to those who take the time to actually come into the establishment. Having us to wait was rude and bad customer service. Someone else actually took our order.

The food at burger 21 is consistently average... it is never bad, but it is never phenomenal either. Ordered food to go over the phone. Friendly, fast service.We ordered:The Monterey Chicken Burger The Buffalo Chicken Burger Chicken Tenders with ranch and buffalo sauce The food was fine, not terrible but not memorable. Prices are moderate.

Awesome customer service I always order my favorite burger the OMG burger and Jewell took good care of me and took my tray when I was finished eating

So disappointed with service, quality and personnel at B21. We paid $40 for two menu burgers an order of "shareable" fries (you judge if it's $10 worth). Half the minuscule amount of fries was burned and too hard to eat and one of our burgers completely undone. Even the young man who brought our meal scoffed at the price of the fries.Do yourself a favor and go to Red Robin or really anywhere else. Value and quality is not we've come to expect of B21 at other locations. Sad to say but B21 won't see us again.

This use to be one of our favorite burger places. But it has become WAY overpriced. The food was ok..... not any better than that. The best thing was the couple kids working there. They were kind, polite and friendly. I usually get 2-3 ppl gift cards for there but I won't be anymore.

I stopped because I wanted to try something good and new and sad to say this was my first time patronizing this business and I'm highly disappointed. My chicken sandwich one was not the consistency of a chicken breast and something about it tasted like a kitchen. My fries were brown. Not golden brown, burnt, and not edible. I'm pissed. The employees were nice but the food is TRASH!
