Burger 21 - Carrollwood

The limited run strawberry cheesecake. Shake was the best shake. I've had in a long time and I've had a lot of ice cream in a lot of shakes.The menu was interesting and the burgers good but not the best but definitely good.The fries are excellent not too big like BK And the variety of dipping sauces was really good. I have no idea why somebody would want a marshmallow dipping sauce, but that gives you an idea of the range of selection. I liked the burger 21 sauce and the Cajun sauce. I had the barbecue bacon burger, and it's similar to the western barbecue at SnSI'll definitely check out some of their other items

Burgers was ok but Not seasoned.. Without the sauce you wouldn't have a taste, merely just a bland burger...Patties nice size just lack Seasonings. Serve arrived to shift with attitude, bathrooms need major cleaning attention (Men's restroom)..Business wasn't busy only two customers seated waiting on food ..

The quality of hamburger/food that we got at the Westchase location was in no way comparable. It's just different and not delicious. I don't know what's different. It's just not the same. Our family was visiting from Arizona and specifically wanted to go to Burger21 during their visit. Even they didn't enjoy as before and didn't finish their meal. Whatever Burger21 had when it first opened is gone. What happened?

First time visiting and the restaurant was nice clean but empty. Staff was around in the front. We were helped immediately and questions answered. It was a little wait for the food and an awkward moment with an employee. Anyways. I got the Tex burger 10 out of 10 delicious the fries were good but a bit to salty.

It's very difficult to find good tasting gluten free substitutes but this place nailed it! Very delicious and Tom was super friendly and helpful this place is awesome, definitely check it out. :)

This banana fosters shake is to die for! It was fun interacting with the employee as she got out the torch in order to caramalize the banana. Make sure you give this one a try on your next visit to Burger 21!

The guy taking our order was nice and so was the girl serving. They have a lot of gluten free options. From the outside it looked like a upscale burger restaurant, however when we got inside it was just a typical fast food looking place. I guess you really can't judge a book by it's cover. The food was okay. Everything was à la cart, and a little bit more pricey for what we got then expected.

My family ordered a burger with sweet potato fries, the order was COMPLETELY wrong, they forgot the fries and also added toppings to a burger that were GROSS. The burger was raw and the other fries that they didn't forget were just the casing. I don't recommend this restaurant!

Poor customer service for fast food is in the continued rise. I do understand that many restaurants and fast food chains are still experiencing short staff challenges since COVID and never truly regained having adequate coverage. However, to bring out food that looks like this is truly unacceptable. I addressed the issue with the shift manager on duty and it's clear corporate needs to ensure that their young leaders receive adequate training beyond just on the grill. I stopped by the Carrollwood location to share these concerns with the manager on duty, Chauncey. He was very apologetic and offered to comp the salads on a future purchase and that he would be speaking with the staff regarding issues with the quality of food. It's pretty simple people. If you wouldn't eat it, DON'T serve it! That doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. My suggestion is for GM's and corporate to keep your finger on the pulse with your restaurants.
