Burger 21 - Airside C

Even though you know you might not be getting the best quality of meals at the airport, one expects to dine on a decent meal. After looking around the limited options, we choose Burger 21. Can't mess up a hamburger, right? Well, I ordered a plain burger with cheese and a fried egg. The burger was huge so I am like mouthwatering, ready to take a bit, but as soon as I did the meat tasted a bit "artificial" and the fried egg seemed like it was a pre frozen hockey puck. I did not even finish the meal and dumped everything in the trash.

No lines, easier to order. Was able to customize for a vegetarian breakfast burrito. I wish they wouldn't have cut the burrito though. One burrito was missing jalapeño and the tator tots were greasy but it was a solid breakfast option.

Terrible service, the fries were cold and tasting old. They gave us the wrong order (we asked for a plain, no toppings impossible meatless that we paid $4 extra for and gave us a regular burger with all the toppings).

Made fresh to order and you can see every ingredient. The breakfast burrito was just what I need for tasty, filling, and easy to eat breakfast on the go. You can order on the kiosk or by the cashier. You can customize your order which I did removing the jalapeños. Quick, easy, fast is always great for airport breakfast on the go.

I used the self order screen to place my order then waited about 7 minutes for it to be ready, which wasn't bad. Once I got to my gate I was a bit surprised to see a slider patty on a full size bun when I thought had ordered a full size burger on a full size bun. Therefore I don't think the value was there. The fries were tasty, warm and salty.

The breakfast burrito is top notch. It just needs some salsa to couple it and they would hit it out of the park.

I don't know what's up with the negative reviews but this airport place had the best breakfast egg and cheese sandwich I have ever ordered. You order via kiosk. The staff were very polite btw. The breakfast egg and cheese sandwich came in hot and decadent. Tater tots were perfect. Now the reason why the sandwich was top tier was that it had three fried eggs, lots of cheese, and an amazing sauce that had me savoring every bite. Washed down with Gold Peak ice tea. I wasn't expecting a spectacular sandwich at an airport place. Next time I'm in Tampa, I will be ordering from Burger 21 again.

Burger 21 at Tampa airport is not very efficient for a fast food establishment. Order 12:53...order filled at 1:20 ... salad, burger and fries. The food was ok they forgot my 21 sauce. I didn't miss it because I never had it.

Finally had a good burger in Tampa!Thanks to Burger 21 at the C Terminal. I know airport food is always touch and go but this place was clean and the self order system was easy to use. Great service from all the guys behind the counter. We had a breakfast burger and the cheesy burger. Bothe cooked great and the buns were fresh. We split the regular and sweet potato fries and were very pleased with the seasoning and crispiness. Leaving Tampa airport? Stop by Terminal C and get a burger from Burger 21.

Should be a simple and fast burger place. It is not. If you don't have 45 minutes, go to theChicken place next door. I ordered, received my food, found a table and ate my entire meal while my wife simply waited for her order at Burger 21. Just don't bother.
