Burger 21 - Airside A

Brightly lit up burger place at United terminal. Self ordered at kiosk. Ten minutes later my order is up. I walk back to my gate, and burger is cold. Well you can tell it's premade, sitting there to be sold. Very disappointing.

While waiting for my flight in Tampa, Florida, to head back to NYC. I figured I'd try Burger 21, and they had a vegan option. The Impossible Burger was flavorful and filling with the sweet potato fries that were crispy on the outside and soft inside. Only criticism is that the fries could've been a little warmer or hotter, I would say. Other than that, this would be a staple for me to eat at the airport when I visit my sister in Tampa.

Burger was cold and no fries so they sub tater tot's. Service was poor. Ambiance of airside A.

Typical airport food . The burrito was really good with the jalapeños . The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was good too ! Tator tots was crispy ! I really like the nice guy at the counter

Awful breakfast burrito. Ice cold and all hash browns. A small 'slice' of egg, piece of bacon and unmelted, cold cheese. Promptly refunded without issues.

This is for the burger 21 in the Tampa airport in terminal A. My mother was disrespected by Emilio on Sunday April 28th around 5:20 AM. The cashier took my mother's order, she asked for sausage on the side, the girl did not say that they didn't have sausage and just charged my mother for hash browns. My mom received hash browns and tried to tell them that she asked for a side of sausage and Emilio made a nasty face, and told my mother, in a hostile manner, "We don't have sausage!" And then proceeded to ignore my mom and call order numbers. This man did not try to fix the situation, provide a lick of customer service, and was very rude. My mother did not deserve to be treated that way. Emilio Should not be working around people. The hash browns, like everything else in an airport was expensive for what it is and Emilio could have at least apologized for 1 and offered a refund. Also, who my mother was ordering for is allergic to potatoes.... This establishment needs to get it together.

Had to throw the burger away after I bit into bone 2 times. I know small bone pieces can be in ground beef, but I spit out 2 pieces in my first few bites. I don't need to risk a cracked tooth on vacation.

Fast service ñ, flavor was ok they didn't have the fries I ordered with so they replaced it with tater

I dont know if the food is good since I never got it.. Management team at Tampa airport location has no clue what customer service is, they are rude and just don't care.. No matter how good the food might be, I will never eat at any of their locations.You can tell a lot about a company when they don't have a email address for customer service on the corporate web site

Long line. Difficult order process. Mixed up multiple customers orders. Waiting and waiting. Went plenty early before my boarding. Still cut it close.
