Bruh Mans BBQ

So I was introduced to this spot about 6 months ago! We're so obsessed that I try my best to come at least once a month now. Even my 9 year old loves their food. The atmosphere is amazing and very lively. Sometimes there's a live DJ playing music or a great playlist playing. Either way it's a vibe and if you aren't up dancing you are at least bobbing your head to the music. I love the fact that there are seats and a covered area so you can sit in the shade and wait for your food. The service staff is friendly, knowledge and quick! I think I've been there at least 4-5 times now and I don't remember ever waiting more than 20 mins for my order. Now the food! Oh My! everything tastes so fresh! I waited this long to make a review, because I've been working my way through the whole menu. I have yet to find something I don't like. From the delicious ribs, to the juicy chicken! Shoot I'm trying to catch them on their Dino ribs special days now. I can't forget the sides! We always have the get the baked beans, collard greens and Mac & cheese, but all their sides are delicious so it's hard to choose which ones we want that day. The peach cobbler you can definitely taste that it is homemade like your grandma is back there baking it. Honestly the only downfall is the parking, but I usually park across the street. Very tasty barbecue with monstrous portions. The ribs, sausage and brisket were all delicious. Sauce options were flavorful and the meat was tender, moist and full of flavor. The baked beans were excellent. The mac & cheese was a bit dry and needed more seasoning. The collard greens tasted like Glory, canned greens and were pretty salty. Overall, I enjoyed this place but would skip the sides next time. Good music was playing when we pulled up and the staff were very friendly. We got our food super quick and the prices were extremely reasonable.

We ordered online, craving bbq and looking for a realSpot. The food was ready within the time frame and the line at the front DID NOT stop (always a goodSign). The food was fantastic and between both of us we would definitely reorder rom them. Atmosphere outside was loud and fun- had a dj and all -Could use additional parking spaces clearlyMarked but the food was fantastic!!!

Seriously, the best BBQ I've had in a minute.Placed an order for a two meat combo on Uber eats which comes with two sides of your choice and a drink. I chose the rib and sausage meal with sweet Carolina sauce, and potato salad and greens for my sides.Everything taste wise was phenomenal. The ribs were tender the sausage smoky and the greens seasoned to perfection. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who likes a little sugar in their potato salad, but I could tell they put a little in theirs which made it even better.Only con I have is that the driver forgot my drink which has nothing to do with the business. Overall I'd give them a 10/10. I will most definitely order from here again.

This was a oh let me try them out type of place. And when I say it was worth trying it was worth trying. Like I have not had good bbq in a long time and always skeptical when it comes to trying anybody's bbq. But this was really bbq I mean from the smoking to the seasoning to the tenderness and to the plate it was all around a good experience me and my mom ordered the the three meat combo and they pack that plate up to the brim. Reasonable pricing and a lot of flavor. Can't wait to go back

Definitely worth the wait since they are only open Friday and Saturday. Down home authentic soul food. The ribs, the pulled pork and all the sides are like a party in your mouth. Highly recommend, great portions and affordable.

This is one of my partners fave BBQ places. It's not close to us but we have to drive there every few months so he can get a rib fix. He loves them. I usually get the brisket and 80% of the time, it's really good. I like the lean side and always ask for it. There's been a few times they ignored my request and the brisket is very fatty. I won't touch it. The food gets the four stars. The parking and the nasty port-a-potty and building in the parking lot, are very unappetizing. We parked by this building one time not realizing how gross it is. There was a hole in the side of the building and flies were swarming in and out. I literally got a little sick to my stomach sitting there. Some of the employees were going in and out of the single port-a-potty back to the food trailer. I admit all I could think about was how I really hope there is a place for people to wash their hands well once they get back and are handling the food. I realize it's a small business but if they could figure out a better solution, I think it would be more sanitary. They are always busy when we go and I'm glad this small business is doing well. I'm not a huge BBQ fan but when I get the lean cut of the brisket, it's really yummy. One of these days, I'll remember to take pics before we eat all the BBQ.

Food truck - in a great location...grill was in full effect when I arrived. Cook and staff were very welcoming. Food was fresh and delicious! Rib tips were tender and smoked sausage was amazing. Servings was large so I shared :)

The best BBQ in Tampa hands down, cooked and sauced to perfection! The size of the potions definitely add to this rating as well. Top notch!
