Just opened! Our new favorite place in the area. We drive down from Inverness. They just opened and are still catching up on brewing their own beer. However, they have many guest taps, which are all really good.I had a guest and I had the Broad Street Porter, which was excellent! The space is really cute both inside and out. All they need is some more shade for the summer! I love that they are in the Craftapped app. That's how we found them and that's why we'll be regulars.

I stopped by here tonight because I saw a post that my favorite pizza place (truck) was going to be there tonight. I decided to get a drink while I was waiting for my pizza. I sat down at the bar in front of the taps, and was looking over the signs on the wall saying what they had on tap. I was not greeted, but two others that walked in after were greeted and served. After a few minutes, I got the young ladies attention and asked if I could please get a drink. She was very helpful, and let me try the drink I inquired about. When I asked if there were any other ciders she did recommend I try a meade that they had. The meade was nice and sweet with a honey taste, so I ordered that. It was pricier than I expected, just over $8 for a small glass. The place was very clean and had a live musician playing.

First timers... We did not eat here, but you could what with the food trucks outside. The service was fast and efficient and the place was very nice being within an old 1953 Chiropractic building. But, be prepared because it is very loud there. We only stayed for one drink because of that. It is a small and quaint place just loud. We would recommend and be back for a drink maybe at some point. Cheers!

This place has a nice ambiance. It's friendly and fun. There were several "regulars" there who seem to enjoy the place time after time. I plan to come back for the bands some Friday or Saturday soon. I wish this place all the luck. The only sad thing for me was they don't have growlers.

BSBC is too cool for Brooksville! The couple behind this new brewery is really amazing. John was previously with Marker 48 and has a knack for unusual/unique flavors and Tanya has been an artsy community builder everywhere she goes. She pushed for Largo to promote the arts and got murals going down there and up in Brooksville she put together the outdoor markets in the BSBC parking lot before they officially opened. I remember seeing them at a few different markets vending cool woodworking pieces (oftentimes from reclaimed materials) and networking with everyone. Basically I'm letting anyone who hasn't met either of them know the following - they're committed to their community and their craft and I'm stoked to see this spot finally open. I've been following their progress for what feels like an eternity and went to their soft opening weekend.Opening day was insane! There was a line into the parking lot to make drink orders. There were samples passed around during the wait to make up for it, but really I didn't see anyone complaining. They had a good selection of beers, some canned sodas, CBD drinks, and small batch iced teas. There were sausage samples from a local butcher being passed around inside too. They arranged to have a few different food trucks outside (big ups to both the guy running Mo Rock'n Mediterranean and the family with the Spice Corner) and some live music inside. As busy as it was, I was still able to find a seat to hang out for a bit. The front corner has an old school N64 to play, I spotted board games on a shelf, there's beautiful art and architectural details, a merch corner, outdoor patio seating... You can see all the love that went into this place. Also, everyone manning the bar and bussing empty glasses was so nice! I hope BSBC becomes THE hotspot for Brooksville and inspires others to bring equally thoughtful small businesses to the area.

This is a sweet spot for Brooksville. The first local brewery in town and they nailed it. A variety of brews and a great relaxed atmosphere. I love dark beers and they have a lovely Milk Stout called DARK HEART so I keep coming back to refill my growlers. This is a locally owned spot with easy parking, chill staff and comfortable seating groups. Live music and food trucks on weekends. Try this place. You'll be back with your friends.

a place where a diverse group of people all feel comfortable & welcomed! I have been going for about 2 months now to the trivia nights on Thursday & been having a ball! the two young guys who run the games are just wonderful friendly young men who keep it interesting & fun for everyone! the owners are super friendly talking to everyone who comes in with the same respect & interest in getting to know their customers regardless of your age. (Unlike some places in town if you're over 50 they look at you like you're trespassing in private members only domain! food trucks are a variety of different types, all of which that I've tried have been great! if you're looking for an enjoyable night out, I highly recommend this enjoyable outing!
