Bowlero Tampa Bay

I came in for my daughter's bowling league for handicapped adults. We were given a paper with rules on it, which is standard, but 2 rules some of us questioned. We can't bring in outside drinks or snacks. Some of us can't afford the food. Some of us leave work and stop for coffee , to stay awake. Please try to rework the first 2 rules. Bringing in tumblers with water, handicapped kids/ adults bring it in so that they don't bother others about a drink. The rest of the rules are fine. But you should have consulted the handicap bowling groups, before handing out flyers. Some people do get offended. Please know we understand, you have to make money, but times are hard for some of us.

This is a pretty nice bowling alley however it's a little pricey. For 2 people it was almost $60, when did bowling become so expensive? The bowling alley is clean, spacious, and the music selections were decent.

If you're looking to buy a bowling ball or getting into bowling, this pro shop has the best person for it, Tim. He's very precise with your finger measurements and gives you a few recommendations on which bowling ball that fits you. He doesn't overcharge you and actually gives you good deals! Also, the lanes here is good and there's many bowling league to join that give you amazing deals! Everyone here is also very friendly and will help you if you need any! Highly recommend it.

This place was amazing! Great for me and my family so fun definitely recommend!! The food and drinks were so delicious. Really good service.

This bowling alley is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have specials that are a great deal!

I came here work an after work bowling outing with colleagues. The only issue we had was I brought my 2 sons. And the bumpers had to remain on all the time. Usually, the pc system can be set to have bummers go up and down based on how you enter the players information. However, their older system and bowling alley doesn't have this capability. I didn't mind but the other adults without kids weren't a fan of the bumpers. Service and price were fine. I didn't order food, beers or other beverages. My colleagues did. It was packed for a weeknight due to a league playing. Make a reservation if you have a larger group.

If I could give it a o star review i would. This place is diryy. I saw a roach clima up the wall in the kitchen. The employee working in the kitchen named Gero said all kitchens have roaches. He was so rude and then a creepy looking guy told me that we will call out pest guy. Dont eat here.

I tried to bowl three games today with my son. The manager claimed his name was " Luscious " this character went on a 3.5 minute ramble of the cash deposit, rental prices, price per game yadda, yadda. I told him I wanted to bowl three games total and only needed him to set up the lane bumpers, I had my own shoes. He could not understand three games total, he could only understand three games each so the ramble started over from the beginning. He asked for a cash deposit, or card to start a tab. I gave he my credit card and it declined, so he asked for a cash deposit. I checked the ATM, it is broken so I called my bank. The bank stated the transaction was cancelled by AMF and my card was active and open for transactions. I asked "Luscious" what was really wrong with him and if he had a problem with me? He stated he closed the night before and was tired and complained about the company and new ownership. He did admit he was not listening to me, and told me about the high turn over of managers at Bowlero. I told him his service was questionable and I would like to report his conduct and to run my card again. The card worked and he was able to charge me for three games. The manager "Luscious " is running a game, or targeting people, both are unacceptable.

This is the worst place to bowl in Tampa Bay. The staff have no clue what they are doing. We went here to check the lanes out and possibly bring our league here, 20 teams of 80 bowlers total or start a new league. We arrived just as they opened and wanted to bowl for two hours. The staff stated they had no two hour lots available yet there was only 4 people bowling . They did offer us to pay per game, 6 games for 2 people, of which would take us two hours to bowl. The price was over $100, 3 times the amount we pay at other lanes. Needless to say they lost a ton of money from our organization and league.
