The good is great, priced reasonably. Service is friendly and prompt. We've been here about 4 times and will keep coming back.

This review is based on the boba tea and service only.We were greeted upon entering and given a menu to order. Even though we weren't staying they still advised us to take a seat while we waited for our drinks. I had been to the location when it was Phoever and their boba wasn't great but it did get much better! We were very happy with the quick service and the boba tastes great. Our only complaint is the price, seemed a little high but since we don't have many options in the area we just dealt with it.

This was our first time visiting since the ownership change. The couple of times we went there previously, I would surmise the reviews as "meh". This time, they get an upgrade to "meh+". The service staff were friendly. The interior is nice with the usual table amenities of a Pho cafe. I will say, it doesn't take much effort to keep the table bins and sauces well stocked but this place has always seemed to make it so you have tor grab something from a nearby table. On to the food - I'll start with the Peach Black Tea which tasted good from a tea perspective but really had little peachiness and certainly no fresh peach. My companions had ice waters which tasted fine. I think if you are going to charge $5+ for a 16oz iced tea, it needs more flavor but maybe that is more common than I think. I asked for additional sugar which they accommodated without question. We then ordered some apps including the cheese wontons (truly fantastic) and the roast pork spring rolls which were good-sized but the pork was bland and dry. We then had the roast pork and eggroll vermicelli (stir fried) and chicken pho which were both decent but not comparable to the two staple Vietnamese places on the opposite ends of Waters Ave in North Tampa (Thinh An Kitchen and Saigon Deli). After all was said and done, our bill was slightly over $70 including tip. I just don't see the 4-start quality or value here but YMMV. I will say that the cheese wontons were really, really good. I would probably come back if I saw some other positive reviews as they continue to work on their product and consistency. I wish them well.

I decided I wanted to go here for my birthday dinner. I ordered the chicken. When the waitress asked if I wanted rice, fried rice or noodles. I ordered the fried rice, hubby ordered the chowmein. I ordered a jasmine mango tea with jellied lychee. My meal was delicious, but there was more bell peppers than anything. The chef/owner came out to ask if the food was ok. We said yes, he turned away, no smile, no thank you or appreciation. When we received the bill, we realized everything was extra. Where I thought the fried rice came with the meal, with the way the waitress asked. The rice was one price, the chowmein another additional price. My tea was $5.00 with an extra cost of .75 for a spoonful of jellied lychee.I recommend you try a meal here just be aware EVERYTHING has a separate price so it'll add up quickly.

This review is for the boba tea only. I had a kumquat jasmine tea, no sugar. It was great. Tasted first and foremost like jasmine tea. Boba tea needs to taste like, um, tea, instead of syrup. I hate those places that load a drink up on artificial flavors and low quality tea; this was actually really flavorful. The kumquat was refreshing. It came in a reasonably big cup. The two guys up front were great and very welcoming. Looking forward to trying the pho next time.

Service was good. I ordered chicken and veggies can't remember the name of it , it was so bland. I had to go up ask for a brown sauce like a veal sauce , they gave me something not sure but very thin sauce still tasted very bland. They said they put a sauce in it but I really couldn't tell. I finally had to tell them I could eat it. I felt bad but I could do it.
