I wanted to have food ready and out for when the wife and kids got home. It's Friday before Mother's Day, my wife really likes Italian food and this place is less than 2 miles away. I call for a delivery order at 4:40pm. Order Bosco's Garlic Cheesy Bread Sticks, Cheese Steak with onion, baked spaghetti, side of meatballs and side of sausage. I was told it would take 45 mins to an hour, which is ok given Friday night; but more importantly perfect time right before kids and wife get home. 6:01pm, after not receiving the food, I call to check on the food. I'm told that they are on the phone with the driver, she was lost but has now found the neighborhood and further told "she is there". (As an aside, neighborhood is not hard to find, and no other service seems to have trouble finding the house/neighborhood). Being told she was there, I hang up and although frustrated because the family is home, I leave things alone and go wait outside for the driver. 6:19pm, driver calls me and asks me what the missing number is for my house because her manager only put 4 numbers. My house only has 4 numbers and I immediately know she's not in the rightNeighborhood. I'm trying to explain to her that she's not in the right neighborhood and try and give her directions back to my house. She seems to understand what I'm saying but still goes a different way. At one point, I offer to drive to Bascos and meet her there. But she insists that she can get to our house. At some point, she decides to "search for the neighborhood" and surprisingly says she now knows how to get here. Turns out she was on the other side of town. Business owners need to make sure they hire delivery drivers who are somewhat familiar with the roads and neighborhoods- seems like that would be a good business idea. Finally at 6:40, the delivery driver shows up, with two other gentlemen in the truck. She is apologetic for the two hour delay, but at this point, food is cold and frustration (on both sides) have set in. She offers to take the food back, but that would only delay us ever eating anything. We take the food. My wife calls the manager to make sure he knew of the 2 hour delay, the multiple people in the vehicle and the very poor service. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to call and check on food if there is a delay. As you can imagine, with food like this, as it sits for a long period of time, not only does it get cold, but everything you expect the food to be it isn't. There is no cheesiness to the cheesy Garlic bread. It was hard and greasy. The cheese steak was bland, bread soggy. The spaghetti was a bit hard (likely because it was overcooked sitting in a pizza warmer for nearly 2 hours). The sausage was forgettable and the meatballs were dry. I really really wanted to like this place. Being so close to my house, I wanted to have a good, go to, Italian place- all the meanwhile supporting local. Unfortunately, it is extremely unlikely I'll ever eat here again. As a foodblogger, I try and be objective and that's why I ate the food in hopes that stunning food would overcome the horrendous customer service. The food was mediocre at best, yes in part to the delay, but also in part because the flavor was just simple and forgettable. I truly hope that this is not the norm for this place and others have a better experience because I love seeing local businesses succeed. Several customers rave about how nice the owners are. I'm sure they are wonderful people and hopefully one day I can meet them and buy them a drink. But today, our family dinner from Bosco's was nothing more than disastrous service with a spoon of mediocrity eats.

Unfortunately, 2.5 stars. (Patrons gave this business 5 stars??? WoW.) A very nice couple have owned this pizzeria for 1.5 yrs; the business opened 15 yrs ago under different ownership. Boscos is open till 11:00 weekends & 10:00 weeknights (Monday thru Thursday). There are just 3 metal tables & 6 tall metal chairs inside the tiny location; pickup & delivery are commonplace. This is not NY style pizza. It's standard fare that reminded us of Hungry Howie's pizza. The 18" large pizza was loaded w/ sauce & cheese (we ordered extra of both), but it severely lacked pepperoni (which all should have been on one side). We found the sauce & crust rather BLAND. (See pic.) Bland pizza is unacceptable. The four meatballs (2 per order) were ok, but nothing special; they lacked sauce & one was overcooked. (See pic.) As for drinks, you have a choice of a can of Coca-Cola products for .99 or a 2-liter for just under $3. There are a few Italian dinners available, along w/ calzones, stromboli, wings & garlic knots. There are also salads, subs, spaghetti, stuffed shells, & Alfredo. And there are daily specials including a lunch special: two slices of pizza or a 6" sub (w/ a drink) for $6. And if you really like the pizza, the "2nd pizza is ALWAYS half price." All major credit cards are accepted.Due to being very hungry & needing a place that was open late, we decided to stop in. We probably won't return, although the friendliness of the owners was appreciated & we wish them well.

While driving home from the gym tonight, we craved pizza from Bosco's. (This was our first time here) It was 9:58 pm when I called to place our order, the lady owner answered the phone very sweetly and took our order with no hesitation. She said our cheese pizza would be ready in 10 minutes for pick up. The pizza was ready on time, it not only smelled delicious, it looked delicious too! I got to meet both of the owners~,husband and wife ** I love that Bosco's is a family owned business. They were both extremely courteous and appreciative of the business, with zero complaint about us keeping them open an extra 5 minutes. I am posting a picture of our delicious first pizza from Bosco's. It was soooooooooooooo GOOD!!!! We don't eat out often, but we will most definitely order from Bosco's again :) I will have to try their new gluten free pizza next time..

Part two review. First part was about first visit to Bosco's and how the nice lady made a GF pizza for my friend. She did everything by the book. Took it home she had it for dinner. Two hours later she was sick. For two days. DO NOT order a GF pizza from Bosco's.

Living here in the WC its nice to try another place that has decent pizza and good service. Order two large pies to go, cheese and mushroom. Both done on time and still hot. We were warmly greeted into the shop and we obliged with our own friendly greetings! :) Met the owner and some of her staff. We thanked them for their great attitude and service. Both pizzas were enjoyed by my family and everyone was 'thumbs up' and we will order from Boscos again! Being Italian - i know pizza. These folks are doing it proud here and it revivals the best in town. There are many other offerings here which we will be trying again. If you want good pizza and good service at a good price-- this is your place!

Skip! The pizza is the equivalent of Dominos if not worse. Disgusting! If you are used to "real pizza" do not waste your money as you'll be greatly disappointed. I ordered two pies and we literally threw them in the trash..

Finally tried Boscos after searching for a locally owned (small business) pizza place. Owners were working and super friendly, held an entire conversation while the pizza cooked. Expressed their excitement that this was out first time and thanked us for coming. THE. FOOD. WAS. INSANELY. GOOD. Pizza, calzone & cheese bread. Absolutely amazing. Found our new pizza place !

Ordered a Chicken parmesan hero the chicken wasn't breaded. Who in there right mind would make a hero like that. That's just lazy cooking. Sorry but not going back.
