So my husband is a diabetic who enjoys milkshakes which we all know is a huge no-no with this disease, however at Bold House Nutrition, it's just nice to see my husband able to enjoy a milkshake without having sugar spikes. He ordered the Everything All chocolate milkshake and he really enjoyed it and his sugar levels actually went down because it's all sugar free. I ordered the Caramel Macchiato shake and it was better than what I've had in a long time. Creamy, not too sweet and refreshing with just right consistency. They also have sugar free doughnuts that were flying off the shelf and what's more... ooh yummy waffles!! If your in the Keystone-Odessa location, this is definitely worth your stop!

Service-Not the best. This was my first time and they weren't very helpful. I'm glad I had someone with me who has been there before. Ambiance-It was ok. Food-Not worth it based on the price.
