Excellent service from start to finish. Plenty options for vegans! I really love the buffet style veggies instead of ordering with a server. Will be back again!

I normally come here Friday / Saturday . Good selection of seafood & veggies ! It's a HotPot / BBQ but most of the time I just do HotPot because there's tooooo much to eat and I just don't have room to do BBQ too. Friendly service - family friendly- clean & overall one of my favorite Tampa location. I choose them over the rest because of all the variety of sauce & broth flavor .

Our new favorite spot!!! We loved the taste and the fact that bone broth was used. The meat was good as well. The service was great, all attendants were friendly and helpful. Ambience is a little loud kind of cafe like, but there were many people there tonight. Kind of wish they had green chili sauce but that's okay, still delish. We will be back -- and probably will become regulars here. Thank you for a great experience =)

Stopped here for hot pot and BBQ and was pleasantly surprised. Everything is fresh, and you can tell that they make a big effort to make sure that all of the meat stays nice and chilled when in the buffet section. The options available are fantastic (and I was pretty bemused by the vegetables/carbs being on a conveyor belt). The place is definitely clean, and the service is fast, kind, and fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

Probably my favorite hot pot spot in the area. I love that they have the enoki mushrooms and the quail eggs (not everywhere has them). The meat here is decent, although I wish they'd add more types of beef cuts, but I have not found a hot pot place around here that does, like premium cuts. Service is always good and everything usually fresh! Love the conveyer belt, and the sauces too.

4/5Great place in the area to get some hot pot and bbq!!! I got the Tom yum broth and my partner got the classic broth. The soups were great!!! They had a sauce bar on the side if you want to dress it up a little more! For the self serve, they had fatty beef, lean beef, fatty pork and lamb? They had a variety of different fish and shell fish balls, kani, crawfish, fish, scallops, clams, muscles, crab, and kelp! Not to mention the different types of noodles and veggies, mushrooms on the conveyor belt. They also had bean curd, tofu puffs and tofu skin as well! For bbq, they gave us 2 pieces of short rib, 2 pieces of steak, and the self serve table had beef Bulgogi, spicy pork Bulgogi, chicken, pork belly. The place had a simple, modern vibe with Asian accents. And the table was large and spacious. I loved the conveyor belt idea and made it very easy to get some items, rather than waiting behind people. The service was great! My table is constantly being cleared and my water glass was always full! My only criticism is that they didn't have as many options of desserts, such as fruit or non dairy ice cream. I think it'd be awesome if they offered those giant self serve tubs of ice cream with unique flavors, such as matcha, red bean, taro etc etc

One of the worst food experiences I have had ever. As soon as we got there, we noticed half of the restaurant was shut down. The other half was packed so we did not think much of it. We sat at a table next to the conveyor belt and began grabbing add-ins while we waited for broth. The first topping we grabbed were noodles that were covered in mold. We then got up to grab protein from the counter and freezer. The freezer meats were not frozen and we watched as the staff added more semi-thawed meat without cleaning in between. The meats not in the freezer were sitting buffet-style on mostly melted ice; that should have been the point where we got up and left, yet we stayed. Then we took one bite of crawfish and immediately recognized seafood that had gone bad. I thought mom-seafood might be better so had the beef, but it crumbled in my mouth with a gritty texture that was nauseating.Besides the problems with food quality, there was a lack of variety in options. There were three types of noodles, two types of lettuce, and two vegetables that endlessly looped around the room. The servers were not around to bring drink refills and our pots of broth were never topped off with water. We paid $31 each before tip and went home feeling illl. The experience is timed to 1.5 hours but we could not make it past 40 minutes. I cannot wait to go home and brush my teeth to get rid of this taste. I will not be coming back, and I highly suggest you do not either.

We decided to dine in on a Sunday afternoon in celebration of my sibling's birthday. As you approach the restaurant customers are greeted by a small sign that is posted in the window of the door which states that each party has a time limit of 1.5 hour to eat once the party has been seated. Once we entered the establishment, the hostess explained the options which were BBQ and/or Hot Pot. Half of our party of 4 did not eat meat. However, we were informed that if half of the party selected BBQ then the entire table would be charged for BBQ. Additionally, we were informed that some meat options were only available for the BBQ selection. Needless to say, we were completely confused by the end of the conversation. After discussing the available options with our waiter, we decided to go with the Hot Pot. The soup which the meats and Ramen were cooked in were all either meat or mushroom based. As a result, one of the members of our party decided not to partake as they did not eat meat or mushrooms. The price was $30 per person for the Hot Pot, plus drinks. This is an experience but is not necessarily a restaurant that I would frequent. The individuals in our party enjoyed the event and all agreed that the food was tasty. I would recommend that the owners and staff focus on how to efficiently and effectively explain the process to customers as this would decrease the likelihood of confusion.

This place is such a bang for one's buck. All you can eat! HOT POT AND BBQ.I'll be honest we were in Tampa to visit family during the holiday so I was just down to eat and be a couch potato and most of the priority was to cook for family for most of the meals. However I'm glad we found boil spot. Never had hot pot with a conveyor belt, pretty cool.Buffet of proteins in the back along with a decent sauce bar. The addition of the Korean bbq is worth it if you're with a group of people- everyone can leave satisfied. Also super affordable and at first I was stressing about having our leftovers weighed- it wasn't much, less than 1 lb but we didn't experience that, however I would urge everyone to be mindful of how much food you bring back to your table. It's a buffet you can always get more.
