I visited the food truck at an AAPI Fest. They were busy but efficient so the wait was reasonable. The honeydew milk tea was refreshing, sweet, & delicious.

Fantastic food. We were at an Asian Marketplace and ordered from their food truck. We also ordered a Pho sandwich, and it is fantastic. Thai tea and mango tea were both spot one

Was really craving bubble tea today and needless to say, I am still craving it. I walked in to two young men working. Both appeared to be rather miserable. I ordered a Thai milk tea and it was ready almost immediately. This was not Thai tea. This cup tasted like water with a hint of sweetness. It was not the Thai milk tea I was expecting and I won't be back.

We had high hopes for our journey to Boba Lounge. Admittedly though the bar is quite high with other Boba places in the area. The nearest great one is Bee's Boba on Enterprise Road. Boba Lounge fell short. Some of the reasons are not really their fault. For example: location. Boba Lounge is in the ugliest strip mall I've ever seen. It is also tough to get off route 580 to even pull into the parking lot. Once inside, the atmosphere is just kind of cold & meh. The worker did not look enthused about being there. I ordered a Vietnamese Coffee with Boba popping beads. The coffee was substandard. Vietnamese coffee is made with sweetened condensed milk. The Vietnamese coffee here seemed to be lacking 50% of the flavor I've come to expect at any other store offering the same coffee. Finally this is just a little thing, but the plastic sealant put on top of our coffee cups was not easy to use. I wanted to like Boba Lounge but I was underwhelmed.

It wasn't good. I tasted sugar crystals in my Thai milk tea and at one point, I didn't even taste anything besides sugar. (And I don't have covid)I really don't have much to say besides it's not that good. Tip: Enter into the plaza from Behind and you'll find parking behind and next to plaza.

Boba Lounge is a new, cute drink shop where you can relax while sipping boba tea. I heard about this place through word of mouth. The plaza is located off of 580, and although it looks small, there is plenty of parking on the side and behind the building. Boba Lounge offers milk teas, smoothies, slushies and Asian snacks on their menu. The snacks include mochi ice cream and candies that are displayed on the shelves. You order at the counter and they will bring your drinks to you. There is a lot of seating inside, as well as a bench to take cute lounging pictures. The workers are all very nice and quick to serve. Since we visited in the afternoon while it was still very hot outisde, I ordered a raspberry slushie with lychee jellies. The drink was very refreshing, although on the sweet side. I prefer boba places that let you adjust the sweetness of your drinks, and I think my drink could benefit from such an adjustment. My friend bought the house milk tea and a Vietnamese coffee mochi ice cream ball. Mochi ice cream is always a great choice, and this flavor is pretty unique. She also commented that her milk tea was on the sweeter side, although it tasted good. When she put her straw through the plastic seal at the top, the bottom of her cup broke open somehow. Accidents like this happen, but another customer in the store with us experienced her cup also breaking, which was quite a coincidence. Be gentle with your boba cups here! The staff was apologetic and offered to replace both drinks without further question. Boba Lounge is a brand new tea place that has great potential to expand their menu and offerings. Their current menu has flavors that anyone can find something they would like, even if they are new to the world of boba tea. I'm really excited that they opened so close to my house for when the cravings hit. I'll definitely be back and I look forward to trying their other flavors.

Wonderful little shop in an unassuming area. Walking in the place is pleasant and clean, warmly decorated, great ambiance with pop music playing on the speakers. Nice seating area. Lots of variety in the menu options. In addition to the boba they sell mochi ice cream, those boba ice cream bars, and even some pastries. On my visit they we're selling the pastries for BOGO so definitely take advantage of that. The single staff member there was amicable and eager to serve. I had a wonderful visit and I'm glad I decided to take a little detour and check them out. Definitely take the time to stop by!

This was my first visit to this location, and I wasn't sure how to rate it at first, but after weighing it out, four stars seems fair. If you want to see why I knocked it down a star, scroll to the last paragraph. The location is tricky to get to, unless you are coming from the west, going over the bridge on 580 from Safety Harbor to Oldsmar (you have to make a u-turn on 580 if coming from the east). It is past the gas station in a little plaza with a martial arts studio & nail salon. I posted a pic of the sign to look for when driving, you enter the parking lot just before the sign. There was ample parking available when I visited on a weekday. About half the menu is made up of smoothies, which seemed odd since it's called "Boba Lounge." Other boba places I've been have an endless menu of tea options, so I was surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, even when I made a last minute change to my order. I was the only customer at the time, so I can't comment on service when they are busy. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with lychee (it also included boba). I was expecting it to be thicker like I have had at other places, but this was very thin - not that it is bad, just not what I expected. The drink was tasty, cute (always important), and reasonably priced. I liked that they offered two sizes, which I haven't found at many places. Now, the downside and reason I had to knock it down a star. Instead of a plastic removable lid, it was served with a thin piece of plastic that was sealed to the edge of the cup. At first I thought it was a neat idea with a cute smiling face. Then, I tried to remove the top, no luck. There was no tab to pull, no way to remove it. I looked for a spot marked to put the straw through, nothing. I tried to poke the pointed end of the straw through various areas, no luck. Unfortunately I was in my car, so I had nothing on hand to remove the top (a car key didn't seem sanitary). When I got home I tried again to pull the lid off, and finally resorted to using a sharp knife to cut a hole in the top (see pic). I knocked off a star because although the drink was cute and tasted good, I couldn't drink it until I had a knife available - if I hadn't been coming home right away the drink would have gone bad. Not sure if these tops are used because they are cheaper or environmentally friendly, either way, there has to be a more customer friendly option. I would go back again, but will be sure to ask for no lid (or a removable one).

I ordered the watermelon slush with boba and it was a light, refreshing treat while I was running errands. Fast, friendly service, and a very clean establishment.
