Big Bang Barbeque

Yelp must've fixed the whole "closed" thing. Dude is definitely not closed, saw him at Cigar City Brewing in Tampa. Holy crap. I'm not a huge fan of barbecue but oh my goodness. My wife, who is a huge fan of barbecue, was over the moon. Dude is super cool, food is awesome, has multiple barbecue sauces in case "Standard Baby Rays, Sweet Garbage" is not your thing. If this guy had a storefront, we would totally eat there. No question. The ribs and the brisket were fantastic.Edit: misspelling

This truck is not closed! They came to our work today! SOOO GOOD, especially for the price. I got the pulled pork and ribs combo with the Mac for $10. The pork was a generous serving! Everything was tender and delicious! Great find!

Consistently good, reasonably- priced food truck. I can only speak to the brisket and chopped pork, as that's all I've tried, but both were very good. Super - moist, no frills, great portions and prices, not greasy, down- home bbq. Sauce is provided on the side, with 3 or 4 options. I always go for Carolina gold. Really glad this truck continues to come to my business park.

The food was decent, a little cold but still decent. The server, not sure if he was the owner or just a worker, but none the less was very Rude. He could have had a better attitude towards the people that were patronizing his business. I asked for a receipt and his response was "where they do that at". Never got a receipt. There were several other patrons that complained of his attitude.

The following is based on a true story... I came into work this morning and for some reason was craving BBQ. I was telling my coworker about Mission BBQ and how I wish we had one in the area. Just so happens that we have Wednesday food trucks at our office. This week happened to be BBQ. I could not believe it. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. I could tell by the smell of the truck that this was real BBQ. I ordered the pulled pork sliders with the side of baked beans. This food truck is the real deal. Extremely well priced for the amount of food you get. Fast and friendly service. This food truck is on punto!

Yelp says this is closed but it is not. This food truck came to my office today and it was top notch. The pulled pork sliders were flavorful and very juicy and the bread was lightly toasted but still soft. The ribs were also very good and came right off the bone. The mac and cheese was rather bland but the potato salad was excellent, as it was a flavor that I've never had in potato salad. Lack of fries is my only complaint but that is just because I love fries. I hope they come back to my office soon.
