Attaching pic from the "do over" bouquet they dropped off. By the fifth day, four of the buds had dropping necks due to being so old when delivered. See how I circled the bruising on the outside pedals? Those are called guard petals. They are meant to take the bruising during shipping and handling, and supposed to be removed before hand it over to a client. It's these little tiny things that are so basic.

Yesterday I placed an order online for 12 roses to be delivered between 1pm and 3pm. Today I called to ask that the delivery be made as close to 1:30pm as possible. The lady that I spoke with told me that they close at 2pm and the flowers are on the route. They will be delivered in accordance with their route. She couldn't even tell me what time in the route they were to be delivered, only that they made a note to try and make it around 1pm. I specifically made a remark in the order for delivery between 1pm and 3pm. This is not what I expect as far as customer service when I just spent $100+ on flowers at her shop. I understand that the business has hours, but I reasonably requested these be delivered within those operating hours. Bottom line - find a florist that respects delivery time requirements. I will not do business with this place again and I'd advise anyone to find another shop.

I ordered on Wednesday a floral arrangement to be delivered to a nursing home patient on Friday. The flowers that arrived were wilted, stems not stripped of greens, greens stuck down in vase water and the water was filthy. Obviously an arrangement that sat in a cooler way too long. The recipient took a picture for me within 5 minutes of receipt. She is 52 years old. I am guessing they hadn't planned on a picture being taken since she is a resident there.I had ordered directly thru FTD, however I called the florist direct. A woman named Donna assured me it would be replaced with an added "bonus". She suggested candy. I told her the recipient was diabetic. She said she would "upgrade" to a larger arrangement as compensation. Those arrived worse than the first and smaller!!! It was an arrangement from a very pissed off worker. I cannot use the word "designer" because a 10 year old could have done better.I spent most of my day Saturday on the phone with FTD since the florist refused to give me an email address to send pictures of the bouquets. They told FTD they would not replace them again either!Long story short, FTD gave me a FULL refund!!!!Do NOT use this florist if you want QUALITY work.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. What my mother received looked NOTHING like what I ordered online. I know that things won't always look exactly like a picture but the bouquet she received was hideous. Very disappointed and not worth a single dollar.

My husband sent me a dozen long stem red roses for our anniversary. They were absolutely beautiful. The flowers began to wilt so my husband called them. Whidden responded quickly and sent a replacement bunch that same day with a heartfelt apology. The replacement bouquet was even more beautiful than the first. Whidden's was very professional and helpful. I will continue to use them for all my floral needs.

My husband brought home an absolutely beautiful Christmas Floral arrangement from Whidden's on Wednesday 12/24. Today is Monday 12/28. Five days later the flowers are still blooming and the fragrance is amazing. The flowers were so fresh and the arrangement spectacular!
