Wonderful selections and really nice employees here. If you're a barber or hair dresser, you will definitely find it here at this beauty store. The store is really clean, well organized, and have so many selections. I will definitely be back soon

I was in Tampa for the weekend and needed some black hair products (not a big selection in Bradenton) so when I drove past Beauty Depot, I made a U-turn! I found my products with the help of the staff. They were friendly, responsive and professional. Special kudos to Tami for her helpfulness!

First impression the place is huge! It smells like weed but it's still really big Great selection of every product and line. I encountered two really nice employees, the one who checked me out wasn't as nice as the others. Note if your purchasing needle and thread, there's a 1.99 pack on the bottom shelf. It's been opened and stapled back together since the pack usually comes with two needles. They sell the thread and needle separate for a $1 each

Have been on the hunt for the original Creme of Nature formula, but haven't had much luck finding it at various places. Beauty Depot looked humungous from the outside, and I figured if ANYBODY has it, it has to be this place. The interior is huge, bright, and clean. All of the associates seemed super helpful. I was probably in there for 30 minutes and was approached by 5 different employees asking if they could help. I was walked over to the Creme of Nature section, and even tho they did not have the item I was looking for, I chose what I believed to be the replacement item the company created. I'm a sucker for beauty supplies, so I grabbed a few Queen Helene items that I have never tried before and cheap lipglosses for funzies. The line wasn't long, just one person in front of me.

I shop at Beauty Depot for all of my hair products. The store has a variety of hair products to fit your budget. The store is very organized and clean. I give 4 stars because the check out line is very slow. My cashier was very nice but it took her 10 minutes to cash me out because she kept talking on the microphone.

I won't be going back to this store. This was my first time in this store to purchase a wig but spent sometime also looking for other beauty stuff. So rudely accused of working for competition, no apology was even made! I also had to wait long at the cashier after they had to settle some internal issues and another buyer had to squeeze in to finish up her purchase. All this without hearing anything from the cashier about the delay. Too bad, the store is spacious with lots of beauty stuff but for me customer service is sooooo weird and bad!

First time in and I had a blast! HUGE selection of my favorite brands Bobbi Boss, Outre, Sensational etc! The staff was amazing, I had a blast! I was able to try on different styles and walk around comfortably without people breathing down my neck. Prices are reasonable, maybe a bit higher than what you find online. Seriously I felt like I was around friends. This is definitely my new spot! Thanks ladies xoxo

Be prepared to be followed around like a thief ....hair is expensive for it to be cheap hair ...I'm guessing people must steal a lot from here cause they have alarms on damn near everything besides the bags they use to bag your items ...I literally needed to run to my car to get another debit card and was chased down like a thief don't know if alarm sounded I was next in line rushing to get my card ...I hope the older chinese guy pays these girls well... overhead cashiers talking about customers ..clearly they aren't taking advantage of their discount so they don't need to talk about anyone ....just unprofessional...I read reviews figured I'll write one and help others !

I came to this location today after receiving horrible service at Divas beauty supply right down the street. I had a young lady help me and she was awesome. She walked me around and gave me different options for different price points. Amazing service and a great store! I will be back!

Sooo I signed up for yelp to specifically write this review. I used to love this store being natural they have a huge variety of products with reasonable pricing so much so that I drive almost an hour to continue shopping there since moving but after today never again. I went in for one specific item but of course seen other items along the way that it became too much to carry and started falling out my hands to the floor so I rush to the front to get a basket so I can carry it with ease and pick out more things but as I go back to the aisle to collect the items I dropped I notice two workers coming and say something like oh I thought she was gonna just leave it on the floor - nah sweetie I ain't that type to be disrespectful like that - so I pick it up and go the other way but I also notice the Asian guys who are I guess the owners or something start following me and they not even tryna hide it. Don't try to play me like I want to steal ya little products. Never in my life have I stolen and never will but you make me feel uncomfortable trying to shop. If you so concern have your business elsewhere instead of in an area that's predominantly black since you want to follow me around as if you think all we do is steal. Not going back ever. But I will say thank you to the cashier who was the nicest and sweetest and so helpful as I was checking out. Thanks girl.
